This study evaluated the sanitary state of seawater and shellfish in Yeoja bay from January 2014 to June 2016. The sampling stations for sanitary survey in Yeoja Bay was composed of 50 stations for seawater and 4 stations for ark shell and the samples have been collected monthly at a stated date. The total and fecal coliforms in seawater and Escherichia coli (E. coli) in shellfish were investigated as sanitary indicator bacteria, respectively. The geometric mean and the estimated 90th percentile ranges of total and fecal coliforms for seawater were <1.8-3.9, <1.8-2.6 and <1.8-29.7, <1.8-9.3 MPN/100 mL, respectively. The range of E. coli levels for ark shell were <20~330 MPN/100 g. The sanitary state in Yeoja bay was evaluated clean area according Korea criteria and conditionally approved area according US criteria and Class B area according EU criteria.

This study has been carried out in order to observe the status of performance warranty contracting system currently being implemented at the advanced countries including Europe, U.S.A., and Japan, review the introduction feasibility and possibility. For this purposes this study has surveyed the concept and necessity of performance warranty contracting system as well as the status of domestic performance warranty contracting system. Especially the application environment for the performance warranty contracting system of Europe, U.S.A., Japan and Korea in terms of maintenance guarantee liability system, performance warranty regulations for design-build contracting system, selection method of successful bidder, performance warranty means, project contracting system including maintenance cost, and specifications and contract conditions for performance warranty system have been comparatively evaluated. And introduction methods of performance warranty contracting system were suggested.

With the financial crisis from USA had negative impacts on the real economy, base metals price on LME was downward in 4 quarter of 2008. Following the deepest global downturn in recent history, economic growth solidified and broadened to advanced countries and simultaneously the price of base metal on LME showed a rising curve over 2009. There are three factors supported an upward tendency of base metal's price. The First factor is the US economy recovery, the second factor is the weak dollar, the third factor is the chinese base metal demand. Among the factors, the last one is a major factor. Therefore, this study analyze the factor of the movement of price of base metal with linear regression analysis. The result of analysis show that the chinese GDP growth has effect on the recent upward base metal price. Despite the result, the upward movement is difficult to be sustained without the full recovery of advanced economies.

A fire risk assessment in rack-type warehouse is typically determined based on the following factors: 1. flammability and fire loads for storage of goods, packing materials, and pallet, 2. a ceiling height of warehouse indoor spaces, and 3. height, arrangement, and spacing for storage racks. For appropriately extinguishing and protecting the fire in warehouses, therefore, it is necessary to classify combustibles considering the previously mentioned factors and to develop design Standards for sprinkler system. As the first step to apply automatic sprinkler system to domestic warehouses, this study investigated characteristics for commodity distribution and warehouse configuration using 28 warehouses in five distribution complexes located in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. In addition, this study analyzed Standards for commodity distribution adopted in USA, Europe, and Japan. Using the field survey analysis, this study was aimed to provide baseline data to prepare for Commodity Classification Standard for warehouses in South Korea.

Terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (TDMB) is a method of bringing multimedia images, radio, internet, and television to portable devices through terrestrial digital radio transmissions. TDMB related educations being carried out in colleges are focusing on developing firmware which enables users to choose a wanted service. TDMB transmission frame is made up of synchronization channel (SC), fast information channel (FIC), and main service channel (MSC). Services such as video, audio and date are transmitted in the form of subchannel in the MSC. FIC carries information related to each services and subchannels. This paper presents a TDMB frame analysis simulator for analyzing and displaying FIC data on PC. TDMB frame analysis simulator contains functions such as controlling TDMB receiver through USB, establishing the frequency, bringing FIC to PC, displaying ensemble ID and levels, and displaying informations related to services and subchannels. In addition to that, this simulator has a function of being able to store FIC date and subchannel data. This simulator being developed with C++ is expected to be used to view those data visually so that it helps students to understand the TDMB system better and bring about the educational motivation.

There is increasing interest to the development of environmental friendly products related global environment and health issue and it is very important technology for recycling contained hazardous substance that occur due to oxidation during used oils and fats of vegetable and animal to eco-friendly products. In this study, papers and patents for recycling technologies of used fat and vegetable oil as monomers were analyzed. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1976 to 2012. Patents and journals were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies. Such pretreatment purification, polymerization for monomer, and polymer manufacturing technology were ahead of the United States.

This study aims to analyze in depth the operation of the Public Lending Right(PLR) system that is implemented in 34 countries in the world in order to propose the ideal operation of PLR system. The PLR system is that authors receive payment because they lose the sales opportunities due to the loan of their books by libraries. Among 34 countries implementing the PLR system, 31 are European countries and 20 countries enforce the copyright law for the operation of the PLR system. Fund for the PLR is financed by the budget of the central government in 25 countries and payments are made on the basis of loans data in 20 countries. Writers, illustrators, translators are eligible to receive payments in many countries. 17 countries provide payments to the authors who have contributed to books lent out by libraries.

대구시는 여름철을 제외하고 서북서풍내지 서풍으로 서풍계열의 바람이 우세하여 지리적으로 서쪽에 위치한 공장지대와 신흥 부도심의 영향이 도심지 내부에 크게 나타날 수밖에 없는 그런 구조를 가지고 있으므로 도심내의 녹지공원 조성과 같은 오아시스 효과로 자연형 대기 순환 구조를 구축하지 않을 경우 환경오염과 지구온난화로 인한 심각한 피해가 초래할 수 있으므로 친환경도시를 위한 준비를 소홀히 해서는 않된다고 사료된다. 아울러 대구광역시의 연평균 대기오염물질의 농도는 $PM_{10}$, $NO_2$ 제외하고 환경기준을 초과한 것은 없으며, 주로 자동차와 주변 공장에 의한 오염원이 대부분임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 $PM_{10}$의 경우 대구시에 산재한 환경측정만 대부분의 지점에서 환경기준을 초과하고 있으므로 디젤 자동차 및 비산먼지 저감 등 미세분진에 대한 저감 대책을 신속히 마련하여야 한다고 생각한다. 그리고 대구시의 $O_3$과 $PM_{10}$의 고농도 현상은 고기압이 장시간 우리나라를 지배하면서 대기가 안정되고 바람이 약하여 국지풍의 발달이 용이할 경우 도심지내에 고농도 오염을 야기하고 있으며 지형적으로 도심의 오염물이 다른 지역으로 수송되거나 확산이 용이하지 않는 지형구조를 갖고 있으므로 도심을 흐르는 신천을 바람통로 이용하고 도심에 녹지공간 형성 및 도심지의 불투수성 지표면을 잔디 이식을 통한 자연형 도로로 바꾸어 줌으로서 도심내의 열 축적 현상을 줄이고 증발산을 도울 수 있는 cold island 역할을 증대시킬 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 사업은 풍속이 약하고 건조한 독일을 포함한 유럽의 내륙지방에서 활발하며 최근에는 해안에 있는 대도시에 저온의 해풍 또는 강바람을 도심에 유입시켜 도시열섬을 완화하고자 하는 시도가 일본을 포함한 아시아 국가에서 많은 관심을 가지고 있다(Ichinose, 1999, 2000; 김해동 외, 2002).

The Radio-frequency electromagnetic(RFEM) spectrum is defined as waves that range in frequency from>0 to $3{\times}1012Hz$. Although there are several thousands of reports that present data or opinion of the biological response to RFEM radiation, no consensus has emerged regarding thresholds and mechanisms of injury. This review presents a overview of the subject on mechanisms of interaction of RFEM fields with tissue, chromosomal and mutagenic effect. carcinogenic effects. The scope of the review is expanded to include systemic effects such as those on reproduction, growth, and development, hematological effects. Some biological end points, those with associated with behavior and cataractogenesis is discussed.

In this paper, we propose a collision simulation technique the evaluation of urban trains. We perform simulation that include a dynamics bogie model which represents the dynamic behavior of bogies and a finite-element model that can model crash behavior. We perform simulation in accordance with the 40-mm vertical offset head-on scenario for overriding the evaluation of the EU and domestic crashworthiness regulations. We evaluate the overriding by the vertical displacement of the wheelset using the overriding evaluation standard. Finally, if proposed simulation technique is applied, we can evaluate the overriding for urban-train crashworthiness regulations.
