The demand for the study about the pollution haven activities under increasing return to scale is increasing since the trade theory under increasing return to scale has been developed. In this paper, based on Davis (1998)'s argument about home market effect, pollution haven activities under increasing return to scale is developed. The result shows that pollution haven effect can be identified with the high trade barriers. When the trade barriers are lowered, both pollution haven effect of heavy polluted industries and migration of low polluted industries are mixed together. Even the behavior under pollution haven hypothesis and that of pollution haven effects are co-existed. Therefore, to keep both environmental protection and continuous economic development, the local government of the region with high environment preservation value encourages the productivity increase of the environmental technique.

In this paper, we propose the novel approach to enhance the visual quality of the digital image with adaptively sharpening and removing the noise. Image enhancement is performed in two ways. The pixels in the high dynamics area are sharpened by the adaptive unsharp mask with the parameter, which is derived using the statistical information of the image. On the other hand, the proposed algorithm do not perform the sharpening process in the uniform area that may cause the undesired artifact due to noise amplification, rather it performs smoothing to suppress the noise in this area. The decision, which process will be applied at the pixel, is also controlled by the statistics of the pixel dynamics. The proposed algorithm enhances the visual quality almost automatically by sharpening and smoothing at the same time with less parameter selection.

This study is a descriptive research study to verify the relationship between social presence, cognitive presence, and online learning satisfaction, and to identify factors that influence online learning satisfaction of nursing students who experienced Asynchronous Online Discussion Activities. The study was conducted in December, 2020 for two months, and the participants were 93 grade 4 nursing students attending universities nationwide. The t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were run on the collected data. There was a significant positive correlation between nursing students' social presence, cognitive presence, and online learning satisfaction. Online learning satisfaction had a positive effect on social presence. The explanatory power of online learning satisfaction was 62.9%. Based on the above results, in order to increase online learning satisfaction, a plan is needed to improve nursing students' social presence for online discussion classes.

입시위주의 주입식교육에 적응되어있는 대학생들의 기초학력 저하는 대학의 정상적인 교육과정 운영에 심각한 문제를 초래하고 있다. 또한 기초학습 능력의 부족은 학교생활 부적응을 초래하기 때문에 생각보다 심각한 상황이 아닐 수 없다. 자기 스스로 학습 수준을 파악하고 계획적인 학습 습관을 정립 할 수 있는 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동은 교과에 대한 이해와 관심을 끌어올리고 동시에 학습의욕을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 많은 대학이 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동으로 튜터링을 운영하고 있으나 운영방법상의 문제점으로 많은 효과를 보지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동 시스템의 문제점의 하나인 활동보고서의 서면 제출을 안드로이드 기반으로 하여 간단하게 제출 할 수 있는 시스템을 연구하였다. 안드로이드 기반 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동 관리 시스템은 튜터의 제출보고서 작성 부담을 줄여주고, 운영기관에서는 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 시스템이다.

방재정보시스템은 주로 자연 재해에 관계되는 정보를 일원직으로 관리함과 동시에 재해대책 활동에서의 정보의 수집ㆍ처리ㆍ검색ㆍ제공 등의 업무를 종합적으로 지원하는 시스템으로 방재상의 특성과 요구사항을 충분히 감안한 최적의 시스템을 구축하는 것이 요망된다. 방재정보시스템에 있어서 정보기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 우선적으로 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 다양한 측면의 인프라가 구축되어야 하며 동시에 방재정보시스템으로서의 정확성과 신뢰성 , 효율성 등을 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여 방재정보시스템 구축을 위한 기본적인 Framework을 제시한다.

폐는 산소가 많이 포함된 신선한 공기를 혈액에 공급하여 줌으로써 우리 몸의 활동유지에 필요한 산소를 공급해 줌과 동시에 신체의 활동에 의하여 생성된 이산화탄소를 몸밖으로 배출하는 작용을 주로 하는 기관이다. 따라서 폐는 본연의 기능을 유지하기 위하여 계속적으로 외부의 공기를 흡입하여야 한다. 이 과정에서 외부에서 균으로 오염된 공기를 흡인하거나 또는 폐에 도달되기 전에 공기가 거쳐 지나가게 되는 구강 및 인후가 균으로 오염되어 있다가 오염된 분비물이 기도로 흡인되거나 하는 경우에는 폐실질에 염증이 발생할 수 잇는데, 이러한 경우를 폐렴이라고 한다. 이밖에도 다른 외부장기의 감염이 혈행성으로 폐로 전이되어서 폐렴이 발생할 수도 있다. 폐렴의 원인균은 각종 세균, mycoplasma, chlamidae, rickettsiae, virus 등 매우 다양하며, 균이 아닌 자극성 물질 또 호산구의 폐침윤 등에 의해서도 폐렴이 발생할 수 있다.
