Most of discoid menisci are lateral and medial discoid meniscus is very rare. There is no report about simultaneous medial and lateral discoid meniscus in one knee joint. A 15-year-old male patient was diagnosed as having a complete medial discoid meniscus with horizontal tear and intact incomplete lateral discoid meniscus by means of magnetic resonance image and arthroscopy. The patient was treated by arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for both discoid menisci.

Most of conventional ultrasonic transducers are constructed to generate either longitudinal or shear waves, but not both of them. We investigated the mechanism of dual mode transducers that generates both of the longitudinal and shear waves simultaneously with a single PZT element. A piezoelectric ceramic PZT has the hexagonal 6mm crystal symmetry, after poling. We studied the performance of a PZT element as a function of its rotation angle so that its efficiency is optimized to excite the two waves equally strongly. The results are verified by checking the impedance variation of the element with Finite Element Methods, and checking the wave form by pulse-echo test simulation. Validity of the theoretical calculation is verified through experiments.

Despite previous literatures suggesting the co-occurrence of substance abuse and behavioral addiction, their relationship has not been systematically explored. Especially, college students are a high risk group for alcohol use and gambling activities and they have various psychosocial problems due to addictive behaviors. This study aimed to empirically examine that drinking problems predict gambling problems among college students. A total of 455 college students who experienced drinking and gambling completed a survey. Logistic regression analysis were performed. After adjusting for demographics and family related variables, drinking problems predicted the occurrence of problem gambling. Implications for social work practice, policy planning and research area on addiction are discussed.

B+-Tree는 데이트베이스 관리 시스템에서 대용량의 데이터를 관리하기 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 인덱스이다. 그런 기존의 B+-Tree는 데이터베이스의 초기 구성 및 재구성시 많은 비용이 들고, 또한 삭제 연산의 빈번한 발생시 색인 구조 변경연산의 발생빈도가 높아져 동시성이 떨어진다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 기존 대부분의 데이터베이스 관리시스템에서는 일괄구성과 지연삭제를 이용하고 있으나, 동시성 및 회복에 대한 처리가 미흡하여 실제 시스템에 적용하기에는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 일괄구성과 지연삭제 방법을 적용한 B+-Tree에서의 동시성 및 회복기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 일괄구성 시에 잠금의 부하와 연속적인 철회(Cascade Rollback)가 없고, 또한 지연 삭제기법을 확장함으로써 빈 페이지 리스트 관리에 대한 부하가 없으며, 삭제 연산에 대한 회복 시 논리적 복귀(Logical Undo)가 빨라지고 구현이 간단해진다는 장점이 있다.

R-Tree 색인은 기존의 공간 데이터베이스관리시스템에서 공간 데이터 검색을 위하여 많이 사용되고 있는 공간 색인기법이다. 하지만 R-Tree 색인에서 기존의 잠금(Lock) 기반 동시성 제어는 갱신연산의 잠금으로 인해 검색연산의 블록킹 오버헤드(blocking overhead)가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 R-Tree 색인에서 검색연산의 블록킹 오버헤드의 주요 원인이 되는 노드 분할 연산과 MBR(Minimum Bounding Rectangle) 갱신연산에 대해 각각 노드단위와 노드엔트리 단위의 버전(Version)을 생성하고 유지하여 동시에 발생하는 검색연산이 갱신연산으로 인한 지연이 없이 자신에 알맞은 버전을 읽음으로써, 검색성능을 높일 수 있는 버전 기반의 동시성 제어 기법을 제안한다.

항공기 소프트웨어는 기능적 실패 시 인명피해나 재산피해와 같은 큰 사고로 이어질 수 있다. 따라서 항공기 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 엄격한 검증 프로세스를 수행하지만 오류를 완벽히 제거하는 것은 어렵다. 병행 프로그램에서 발생하는 동시성 오류는 잘못된 동기화에 의하여 공유자원을 사용할 때 발생할 수 있다. 하지만 복잡한 인터리빙을 모두 고려하여 디버깅하기 어렵기 때문에 자율적으로 수리되어야 한다. 본 논문은 항공기 소프트웨어에서 함수 호출을 기반으로 동시성 오류를 자율적으로 수리하는 기법을 제시한다. 제시하는 기법은 모니터 및 컨트롤 엔진, 순차정보 제공 엔진, 건전성 관리시스템으로 구성된다.

Stochastical independence is separated into two. One can be intuitively judged and the other is not. Independence is a concept based on assumption. However, It is defined as multiplication rule and it has produced extension of concept. Analysis on this issue is needed, assuming the cause is on the intersection sign which is used for both simultaneous events and compatible events. This study presented the extension process of independence concept in detail and constructed twofold interpretation of simultaneous events and compatible events which use the same sign $P(A\cap{B})$ with Pierce Semiotics.

본 연구에서는 1차원 수치모형을 이용하여 댐 여수로에서 발생하는 흐름을 해석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 1차원 수치모형은 매우 복잡한 지형에 적용이 가능하며, 상류가 사류가 동시에 발생하거나 도수가 발생하는 흐름도 해석할 수 있는 모형이다. 이 모형은 해석해를 가지는 도수의 경우에 적용하여 검증된 바 있으며, 자연하천의 보에서 발생하는 불연속 흐름에 대해서도 적용된 바 있다. 또한 매우 불규칙한 자연하천에서 발생하는 흐름도 효과적으로 모의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 댐 여수로 흐름 해석을 평가하기 위해 단순화된 하도에서 발생하는 불연속 흐름에 대해 이론적인 해와 비교하였다. 또한 댐 수리모형 결과에 수치모형을 적용하여 빈도별로 발생하는 흐름을 해석하였다. 해석결과 여수로에서 발생하는 매우 작은 수심을 정확하게 모의하였으며, 여수로 직하류부에서 발생하는 도수의 발생위치, 발생 전후의 수위도 잘 모의하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여수로 및 도수 전후에 발생하는 유속도 정확하게 모의하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구에서는 1차원 수치모형을 여수로 뿐만아니라 댐 상류 하천, 저수부, 여수로 접근수로, 여수로, 도수, 하류하천등으로 구성되는 전 구간의 흐름을 동시에 모의하기 적용하였다. 적용 결과 댐 저수지 상류 하천과 저수지, 저수지와 접근수로, 접근 수로와 여수로, 여수로와 도수, 도수 발생 후와 하류하천 등에서 복잡하게 형성되는 흐름을 동시에 잘 모의하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 사용한 1차원 수치모형을 이용하면 댐 여수로나 저수지, 연계되어 있는 상하류 하천에서의 흐름을 동시에 해석할 수 있기 때문에 향후 수리모형실험과 연계하여 댐 설계에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.지는 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 본 연구결과를 통하여 투수성 포장과 지하수에 관련된 매개변수의 집적과 분석결과는 현장기술 적용 시 매개변수의 유용한 선택과 도시유역의 물 순환 건전화 대안기술 적용에 효과적인 방법론을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.첨두홍수량을 저류하기 위해서 상대적으로 넓은 저류면적이 필요한 것으로 나타난다. 대등한 수위감소값의 홍수저감효과를 발휘하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 On-Line 저류지 면적은 Off-Line 저류지에 비 두배 이상이 필요한 것으로 보여졌다.들에 관한 정보는 종종 현장관측에서 조차 무시되는 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수질모형의 매개변수 중 특히 수리특성에 관련된 매개변수들이 수질에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 적용된 수질모형은 QualKo를 사용하였으며, 대상 하천은 낙동강 본류 경남구간 시점 부근인 회천 합류 전부터 낙동강 본류 경남구간 종점 부근인 밀양강 합류 전까지의 경남 오염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간

Color laser printers are nowadays abused to print or forge official documents and bills. Identifying color laser printers will be a step for media forensics. This paper presents a new method to identify color laser printers with printed color images. Since different printer companies use their own printing process, each of printed papers from different printers has a little different invisible noise. After the wiener-filter is used to analyze the invisible noises from each printer, we extract some features from these noises by calculating a gray level co-occurrence matrix. Then, these features are applied to train and classify the support vector machine for identifying the color laser printer. In the experiment, we use total 2,597 images from 7 color laser printers. The results prove that the presented identification method performs well using the noise features of color printed images.

This study was designed to explore the experiences of female victims who had abused by alcohol-abusing spouse. The results were deducted from in-depth interview with 10 female victims by utilizing Giorgi's phenomenological method. The results of research showed that experiences of women could be classified in three stages. From the lack of understanding stage, "ignorance of drunken violence" had appeared. "Confinement of vicious circle of drunken violence" and "dealing with drunken violence in the community" had been found from the coping stage. Finally, from the resting stage "re-defining of the relationship" had been drawn. Based on these results, the practical and political implications were suggested.
