In this study, From 1,560 entry-level of TOPIK standard vocabularies are 702 Sino-Korean words selected which account for 45% of the whole vocabularies in TOPIK. In addition, the same form and morpheme words in Sino-Korean are sorted out by comparing them with 5,000 words of the NEW HSK vocabularies in Sino-Korean morpheme, array position of morpheme, meaning, and usage. Those are categorized into three parts : type of completely the same form-morpheme and same meaning, use, class(189 pairs), type of completely the same form-morpheme and partly same meaning, use, class(28 pairs), and type of completely the same form-morpheme and different meaning, use, class(10 pairs). The first type of words that account for 83.26% of them are used in exactly the same way in both Chinese and Korean. Through an accurate understanding of these vocabularies could either Chinese-speaking Korean learners or Korean-speaking Chinese learners apply those words in their mother tongue to the acquisition of the target language and get more effective means of learning methods for language proficiency test.

In this research, the writer has done a comparative analysis of 4,791 trisyllabic modern Chinese vocabularies from "a dictionary for trisyllabic modern Chinese word" and the corresponding Korean words written in Chinese characters out of 170,000 vocabularies hereupon that are collected in "new age new Korean dictionar y". Aa a result, we have the total 407 pairs of corresponding group with the following 3 types: 1) Chinese : Korean 3(2) : 3 syllable Chinese characters with completely same form-morpheme and same meaning, use, class (376pairs, 92.38% of 407), 2) Chinese : Korean 3 : 3 syllable Chinese characters with completely same form-morpheme and partly same meaning, use, class (18pairs, 4.42% of 407), 3)Chinese : Korean 3 : 3 syllable Chinese characters with completely same form-morpheme and different meaning, use, class (13pairs, 3.19% of 407).

우리나라에 서식하는 담수어류는 약 200여종이며, 이중에는 산과 계곡이 많은 지형 및 기후 특성에 적응 분화한 특이한 종들도 많다. 그러나 환경파괴로 인하여 출현수가 격감하거나 별종의 위기에 처한 담수어류도 다수 존재한다. 따라서 이런 어종을 인공번식시켜 우리의 생물자원을 보존하기 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이런 단수어류중에 갈겨니Zacco temmincki와 피라미 Z. platypus는 잉어목, 잉어과에 속하는 소형 담수어로 우리나라의 서남해로 유입되는 하천에 자연분포하며, 산란기에는 아름다운 혼인색을 가지므로 관상어로서의 높은 가치를 가지고 있다.(중략)

Epidermal growth factor(EGF), a single chain polypeptide of 53 amino acids with a molecular weight of 6,045 Da, was first isolated from the male mouse submandibular glands. EGF stimulates cellular proliferation and differentiation in several tissues and accelerates the rate of wound healing. EGF is bound to the specific receptor(EGFR) on the cell membrane of its target cell. EGFR is a transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 170,000 Da and is detectable on a large variety of cell types and tissues. The authors investigated the expression of EGFR in the normal and inflamed human gingival epithelium to study the role of EGFR in the inflammation of the gingival epithelium, and the expression of EGFR in the dental follicle by using in situ mRNA hybridization and immunohistochenistry. The results weree as follows : 1. The expression of EGFR mRNA in the normal gingival epithelium on in situ mRNA hybridization was mainly localized on the basal cell layer, and the spinous layer was weakly positive The granular and cornified layers were negative 2. The expression of EGFR protein in the normal gingival epithelium on inmunohistochemistry was localized on the cornified and granular layers, and the spinous layer was weakly positive. The basal cell layer was completely negative 3. The expression of EGFR mRNA in the inflamed gingival epithelium on in situ mRNA hybridization was evenly and homogeneously distributed in the whole layers of the gingival epithelium except the cornified layer. The staining intensity appeared to increase progressively from the basal cell layer to the cornified layer. 4. The expression of EGFR protein in the inflamed gingival epithelium on immunohistochemistry was evenly and homogeneously distributed in the whole layers of the gingival epithelium. The staining intensity appeared to increase progressively from the cornified layer to the basal cell layer. 5. Strong positive reaction was seen in the epithelial cell rests of Malassez, whereas only background staining was seen in other cells of the dental follicle. In conclusion, the up-regulation of EGFR in the inflamed gingival epithelium and the high amounts of EGFR in the epthelial cell rests of Malassez in the dental follicle can be regarded as responses to the possible damages to the oral environment to maintain the homeostatic conditions.

The flow field around a symmetrical airfoil in a uniform flow under the generation of noise was studied by experiments and numerical simulation. The experiments are conducted by visualizing the surface flow over the airfoil with a shear-sensitive liquid-crystal coating and by measuring the instantaneous velocity field around the trailing edge of the airfoil. The results indicate that the discrete frequency noise is generated when the separated laminar flow reattaches near the trailing edge of the pressure side and the turbulent boundary layer is formed over the suction side of the airfoil near the trailing edge. The periodic behavior of vortex formation was observed around the trailing edge and it persists further downstream in the wake. The frequency of the vortex formation in the wake was consistent with that of the discrete frequency noise.

Different English terms indicating a same part in insect head were arranged according to position and function, and their corresponding different Korean terms were suggested. The terms include lines on head surface, head regions of embryo, external and internal skeletons, internal parts of mouth, long mouths, external parts and basic segments of antenna, antennal shapes, and hairs on surface.

자동차 애프터 마켓 시장은 관련 기술의 진전과 함께 비약적인 발전을 거듭하여 여러 자동차 애프터 마켓 상품이 개발됨과 동시에 가파른 성장세를 보이고 있다. 다양한 기술과 차량의 점검과 관리를 위해 차량운전자와 정비사가 동시동소에 있어야 하는 제약을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 IoT를 이용한 차량정보 전송 및 활용 기술을 소개하고자 한다. 본 기술은 S/W로 CAN통신, WEB 서버, DB, MQTT, WIFI 등의 기술을 사용하였고, H/W로 ESP 32, Rasberry Pi 4를 사용하고 있다.

To investigate the inhibitory effects of Citaowan (CTW) on the growth and angiogenesis of breast cancer in vivo. Orthotopic breast cancer model was established by injection of MDA-MB-231 cells into mammary fat pad of nude mice. Seven weeks after injection, CTW was orally administered at dose of 50, 100 mg/mouse every day for 40 days. Body weight, tumor volume, tumor apoptosis, microvessel density and tumor proliferation were evaluated, after the mice were sacrificed. The body weight and tumor volume were not significantly changed in CTW group compared with the control group. Tumor apoptosis, proliferation and microvessel density were significantly reduced in CTW group (100 mg/mouse) compared with the control group. These data indicate that CTW has anti-angiogenic and proapoptotic effects on breast cancer.
