  • 경전철 차량에 위치한 집전장치는 무선급전 인버터로부터 전력을 공급받아 동력계통 또는 에너지 저장장치에 전력을 전달하는 역할을 한다. 따라서, 집전장치의 손실을 최소화 하고 전력을 안정적으로 전달할 수 있는 제어방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 필요를 만족하는 적절한 제어방법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 집전장치 제어방법의 유효성을 검증한다.

  • When the wind speed changes rapidly, the wind turbine is stopped for the safety of the power system and the mechanical system. At that moment, the wind turbine gearbox is damaged and broken due to the contact load of the gearbox. In addition, the problems such as increasing frictional heat and deteriorate of the brake occur, because the power of the blades is transmitted directly to the brakes. This paper proposes a hybrid magnetic gear shape that solves the problem caused by the contact of the mechanical gear, which is the power transmission device of the wind power generation system, and the power cutoff system. The shape of the hybrid magnetic gearsuitable for the wind power generation system is derived through the torque and loss analysis according to the shape of the hybrid magnetic gear by using the two dimensional finite analysis method.

Study on a Full-Size Tester for Manual Transmision Clutches (수동변속기용 클러치의 관성시험장치에 관한 연구)

  • Three models with various degree-of-freedom for a manual transmission clutch full-size tester have been developed and the models' reliability and accuracy have been verified using the measured data. A simulation study has also been conducted to understand dynamic behavior of the tester. The model for this simulation study includes clutch disk friction and damper dynamics. The developed model is very accurate in terms of maximum torque exerted on the clutch, slip duration and the vibration response except a slight difference compared to the measured data. In a history graph of the clutch torque, the maximum torque response from simulation is flat but the measured is sunken with a noticeable curvature. This phenomenon is found to be irrelevant to the dynamics of the full-size tester but is originated from the characteristics of the clutch itself. Thus, the full-size tester has been proven to be a reliable tester for clutch's power and torque transmission capability. To obtain a better understanding of clutch's characteristics and relationship between full-size tester and other testing methodologies, future research directions have been suggested.

  • The data acquisition unit, signal acquiring and processing equipment, processes and provides major data of an aircraft such as engine system, power train system, hydraulic system, etc. However, it had lots of failure related to the system during production test flight, and it is necessary to fix them perfectly as soon as possible because of the significance of the equipment. In this paper, it contains failure classification and analysis for each defect element to improve whole software as well as electrical circuit. Particularly, utilizing Fault Injection Method based interworking test, more efficient improvement activity was performed for not only equipment level but also aircraft level, and as a result, it is achieved that considerable betterment of Surion quality and flight safety.

  • 자동차 동력전달계통의 중요부분을 이루고 있는 치차장치는 고장의 영향도가 대단히 높은 장치일 뿐만 아니라 점검과 열화, 손상검지가 곤란한 장치이다. 지금까지, 치차진단기술의 연구는, 구미 에서는 성행하고 있음에도 불구하고, 국내에서는 그다지 되고있지 않다. 이와 같은 상황을 근거로 하여, 본 연구실에서는 치차진단기술의 연구개발에 착수하여, 그 첫 번째 단계로서, 현상의 기술 및 연구내용을 조사하였다. 그들중에서 중요하다고 생각되는 것을 여기에 소개한다. 치차장치의 내부에 이상이 생기면, 진동과 이음이 생기기도 하고 속도변동 등을 일으킨다. 또, 윤활유 중의 금속분이 증가하거나, 온도가 상승하기도 한다. 이와같은 이상의 정보를 포함하는 것을 징후 parameter라고 말한다. 이들 몇 개인가의 parameter중, 치차결함의 검출은, 진동과 음이 가장 좋은 parameter라고 생각되고 있다. 따라서 진단기술의 연구는, 거의 대개가 치차로부터 나오는 진동과 음의 발생기구와 신호처리에 관한 것이다. 전자로는 (1) 치차의 마모모델과 발생진동수 (2) 각종 결함고 발생진동수 후자로는 (3) 시간평균화처리 (4) Cepstrum (5) fluctuation 분석 등이 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 3kW 영구 자석형 동기발전기(PMSG)를 이용한 풍력 터빈 시뮬레이터 개발에 대해 기술하였다. 풍력발전 시스템은 블레이드를 포함한 회전부, 동력 전달부, 발전기, 전력변환기로 크게 나눌 수 있으며, 시뮬레이터는 유도 모터와 PMSG, 인버터-컨버터와 제어 시스템으로 이루어진다. 시뮬레이터를 운전하기 위해서는 특정 속도의 바람 모델을 적용하여 풍력 발전기의 회전부에 걸리게 되는 토크와 회전 속도 값이 요구된다. 풍력 터빈 모델로부터 계산값을 시뮬레이터에 맞게 스케일링하여 유도 모터를 구동 한다. 발전기측 컨버터는 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) 알고리즘을 통해 제어하고 계통측 인버터는 유효 전력과 무효 전력을 제어하도록 한다. PSIM과 MATLAB/SIMULINK를 이용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 그 결과를 증명하였다.

In this case of automotive diagnostic module in today, there is Primarily to use DLC(Data Link Connector)Connector called self-check terminal. Generally, vehicle Diagnoses to use DLC Connector such as OBD2(On Board Diagnostics) Through Diagnostic Module(scanner). But there limit diagnostic as engine and powertrain part, and not consider user's perspective In this paper, By designing Vehicle diagnostic monitoring system using Ethernet Port, transmit and Receives CAN protocol vehicle data, and implement Easily monitoring system that provide and Diagnoses to provide vehicle's state and information to use PC.

  • The electrical load testing system developed from this study was designed to control rated-capacity-testing or variable-load-testing in an active and precise manner and save electric energy during testing, and also to convert the saved electric energy through the electrical load testing system to grid line. As for the device under testing, it was designed to be applied to not only transformer, rectifier, voltage regulator, inverter which require grid voltage source but, also applied to electric power, aerogenerator, photovoltaic, hybrid generator, battery, etc. which do not require grid voltage source. The system was designed to return the power consumed during the testing to the grid line by connecting the synchronizing pwm inverter circuit to the grid voltage source, and was also made to enable the being-tested system from disuse of approximately 93.4% energy when compared to the conventional load testing system which has used the passive resistor.

  • In this study, core technologies of a traction system on a mountain tram operating on the track of mountain road full of sharp curves and steep gradients were developed. In domestic mountain resort areas, sometimes the transportation service is not provided in winter because of ice and heavy snow on roads, so a mountain railway service independent of the climate and geographic conditions is needed. A traction system was designed taking into account of the power of a traction motor to climb the gradient of 120 ‰, which is common in domestic mountainous areas. and power transmission system was designed to consider the installation space for the traction system. In addition, a reduction gear and a propeller shaft were developed. An elastic pinion was developed and applied to the rack & pinion bogie system for steep gradient so that noise and vibration generated by contact between the steel gears could be reduced. Impact comparison tests showed that the vibration level of the elastic pinion is one-third lower than that of previous steel pinion. Independent rotating wheels and axles were developed for the bogie system to operate on the sharp curve of a 10 meter radius. In addition, the band braking system was developed to enhance the braking force during running on the steep gradient. A test for the braking force showed it exerts the required braking force. The performance of the developed core components were verified by the tests and finally they were applied to the bogie system running on the track of steep gradient and sharp curve.

A Research on the Reverse Engineering and Verification for the Development of An Independent-Suspension Type Axle Through-Drive on Heavy Duty Special Vehicles (대형 특수차량용 독립현가형 액슬 스루드라이버 개발을 위한 역설계 및 설계검증 적용 연구)

  • Independent-suspension type axles for heavy duty special vehicles are usually produced by only a few specialized companies. The special techniques, such as designing, producing, testing techniques has been unveiled. The test of durability with the vehicle in which is installed a prototype taking several years is required for setting the designing parameters. In this research, through-drive the core-component of the independent-suspension type axle has been tested with the reverse engineering and the testing methods for the confirmation of the accomplishment in the development goal has been suggested. Also the prototype is developed from designing and testing the design with the CAD and CAE tools. As a result, the process and testing methods studied in this research are useful in the development of power train.
