복합센서를 이용한 공구이상검출

  • 본 연구에서는 절삭중 공구파손을 실시간으로 검출할 수있는 시스템을 구성하기 위한 일환으로 일차로 AE(acoustic emission)센서를 사용하여 mechanism의 특성과 공구파손에 따른 주파수 특성을 해석했고, 차후 연구로서 AE센서가 아닌 가속도센서와 전류센서 및 공작기계의 절삭동력계를 이용한 복합계측시 스템을 구성하여 절삭특성 및 공구파손이 발생할 때의 신호특성을 해석했다.

  • Actual and strict definition of the shift quality for the powertrain system equipped an automatic transmission must be understood through the acceleration change of the vehicle body, which the driver directly feels as a shift shock. For this reason, it is necessary to concurrently analyze the characteristics of the powertrain system and the vehicle body. This paper presents the mathematical model of the vehicle body, which is based on the equivalent lumped system, to append to the developed model of the powertrain system. The concept of tire slip is also introduced for the experimental relationship between tire/road and driving force. Using the developed dynamic simulation programs, shift transients characteristics are analyzed. Theoretical results are compared with experimental ones from real car tests in equal conditions in order to prove the validity of presented model. In these tests, the system to measure the vehicle acceleration is used with various speeds and engine throttle sensors. It is expected that the presented modeling techniques can provide good predictions of the vehicle driving comfortability.

대응출력 200마력 과급기에 의한 디젤기관의 출력향상 및 배출특성에 관한 연구 (A study on power improvement emission characteristics of marine diesel engine with response power 200HP turbocharger)

  • 최근 높은 출력을 요구하는 각종 산업분야에서 사용되고 있는 디젤엔진의 효율을 높이기 위해 대응출력 200HP 과급기를 장착한 디젤엔진과 자연흡기식 디젤엔진을 동일한 조건에서 동력계와 배출가스 분석기를 통해 동력특성 및 배출가스 특성을 실험한 논문이다. 자연흡기식 디젤엔진과 과급기를 장착한 디젤엔진을 실험한 결과, 저속에서의 출력특성의 차이는 적었으나 고속에서의 동력특성은 과급기를 장착한 엔진의 출력과 효율이 증가한다는 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 이와는 반대로 배출가스 특성에서는 과급기를 장착한 모델에서 $NO_X$$O_2$등의 배출가스가 증가되었으나 $CO_2$의 저감과 동력 특성 증가의 효율을 볼 때 배출가스의 증가치는 적다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 과급기가 장착된 디젤엔진이 자연흡기식 엔진 대비 효율성 면에서 경제성이 높을 것이라 예측된다.

고 Mn 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강의 기계적성질에 미치는 가공유기 마르텐사이트 변태의 영향 (Effect of Deformation Induced Martensite Transformation on the Mechanical Properties in Austenitic Stainless Steel with High Mn)

  • The effect of deformation induced martensite transformation on the mechanical properties in austenitic stainless steel with high Mn was studied. ${\alpha}$'-martensite was formed by deformation in austenitic stainless steel with high Mn. Deformation induced ${\alpha}$'-martensite was formed with surface relief by cold rolling. With the increase of deformation degree, volume fraction of deformation induced martensite was increased rapidly in early stage of deformation and then, increased slowly. With the increase of deformation degree, hardness and tensile strength were rapidly increased with linear relations, while elongation was rapidly decreased and then slowly decreased. Hardness, tensile strengths and elongation were influenced strongly by deformation induced martensite.

마찰을 고려한 차량 동력전달계의 Stick-Slip 현상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stick-Slip Phenomenon of the Driveline System of a Vehicle in Consideration of Friction)

  • This paper discusses the stick-slip phenomenon of the driveline system of a vehicle in consideration of friction. Friction is operated on the between of flywheel and clutch disk. The expressions for obtaining the results have been derived from the equation of motion of a three degree of freedom frictional torsion vibration system which is made up driving part(engine, flywheel), driven part(clutch, transmission) and dynamic load part(vehicle body) by applying forth-order Rungekutta method. It was found that the great affect parameters of the stick-slip or stick motion were surface pressure force between flywheel and clutch disk, time decay parameter of surface pressure force and 1st torsional spring constant of clutch disk when driveline system had been affected by friction force. The results of this study can be used as basic design data of the clutch system for the ride quality improvement of a car.

초기 변위를 가지고 연속 이동하는 스프링-질량계가 등분포종동력을 받는 단순지지보의 동특성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Two Successively-moving Spring-mass Systems with Initial Displacement on Dynamic Behavior of a Simply-supported Beam Subjected to Uniformly Distributed Follower Forces)

  • A simply supported beam subjected to a uniformly distributed tangential follower force and the two successively moving spring-mass systems upon it constitute this vibration system. The influences of the velocities of the moving spring-mass system, the distance between two successively moving spring-mass systems and the uniformly distributed tangential follower force have been studied on the dynamic behavior of a simply supported beam by numerical method. The uniformly distributed tangential follower force is considered within its critical value of a simply supported beam without two successively moving spring-mass systems, and three kinds of constant velocities and constant initial displacement of two successively moving spring-mass systems are also chosen. Their coupling effects on the transverse vibration of the simply supported beam are inspected too. In this study the simply supported beam is deflected with small vibration proportional to natural frequency of the moving spring-mass systems. According to the increasing of initial displacement of the moving spring-mass systems the amplitude of the small vibration of the simply supported beam is increased due to the spring force. The velocity of the moving spring-mass system more affect on the transverse deflection of simply supported beam than other factors of the system and the effect is dominant at high velocity of the moving spring-mass systems.
