Since a smart phone became popular that leads mobile era, we've faced diverse life style changes. Particularly, a mobile messenger which changes communication method from voice and video call to text based multi media messenger, leads new gift-giving culture called mobile voucher gift-giving. Although many researches have validated diverse models about digital voucher, this research utilize the model which divide motivation of gift-giving from three theories: gift-giving motivation theory, technology acceptance model, and consumer value theory. The purpose of this research is not only validate the model but also grouping by giving frequency of samples and validate disparity among groups. In conclusion, there are three groups founded and shows difference motivations.

In order to suggest a strategy for continuous growth of webtoon, this article examined webtoon usage motivation and tried to make a prediction about culture content products and services connected with webtoon, including intention for viewing movies, based on webtoon; intention for switching to paid webtoon content, and intention for buying webtoon character products. From the point of view of Uses and Gratification Theory intentions for using webtoon and human sociocultural behavior intention are already predicted but with the usefulness of Theory of Planned Behavior Integrated Model this study extended the explanation power of prediction about webtoon related behavioral intention. Results found 5 motivational factors for webtoon usage i.e. 'seeking information', 'entertainment and access availability', 'webtoon genre characteristics', 'influence from a friend or acquaintance', and 'escapism and tension release'. Among them the ones that influenced the intention for viewing movies, based on webtoon, were found to be 'webtoon genre characteristics', 'escapism and tension release' and the 3 variables from Theory of Planned Behavior. 'Seeking information', 'entertainment and access availability', 'webtoon genre characteristics', and all the 3 variables from Theory of Planned Behavior were found to influence the intention for switching to paid webtoon content. The intention for buying webtoon based character products was affected by the motivational factors 'seeking information', 'escapism and tension release' and the behavior and subjective norms variables from Theory of Planned Behavior. Based on the uncommon results from the research several suggestions were made for the continuous growth of webtoon.

전류 동기 검출법은 3상이 불평형된 전원 시스템하에서도 전원전류를 평형된 정현파로 보상해 줄뿐 만 아니라 순시전력이론에 비해서 단상에도 적용 가능한 이론이다. 그러나 종전의 전류 동기 검출법은 능동전력필터가 고조파 성분과 기본파 무효성분을 독립 제어하는 하이브리드형 능동전력필터 시스템에는 적용할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 불평형 전원 시스템하에서도 비선형 부하전류를 유효성분 기본파 무효성분 그리고 왜형성분으로 분해하여 제어 가능한 확장된 전류 동기 검출법을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법의 타당성을 입증하기 위해, 불평형 교류 전원하에서 평균전력이론 동기 전류 검출법 그리고 제안된 방법을 실험에 의하여 비교 검토하였다.

본 연구는 켈러의 ARCS(Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) 동기화 이론을 수학과 문제해결학습에 적용하여 학생들의 지적 수준과 능력에 맞는 동기유발 요소로 실제 학습동기를 유발시키고, 수학과 학습에 흥미와 관심을 갖도록 하는 코스웨어를 개발 및 적용하여 그 효과를 입증하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 ARCS 이론을 적용하여, 실생활 속에서 문제를 인식하고 동기화를 촉진시킬 수 있는 동영상 자료와 플래시 자료를 포함한 '동기유발자료'와 문제해결과정을 다양한 형태와 방법으로 연습할 수 있는 '스스로 공부해요' 메뉴를 포함한 코스웨어를 개발하였다. 개발된 코스웨어는 학생들의 관심과 흥미를 충분히 반영하여 스스로 조작하며 학습할 수 있도록 학습자 중심형태로 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 캐리어의 동기가 맞았다는 가정 하에서 초기동기 직렬탐색 방식중의 하나인 Multiple Dwell 방식을 사용하여 각각의 초기동기 평균 획득시간과 분산 값을 비교하였다. 문턱값의 설정은 Maximum Likelihood 방식을 도입하여 MATLAB으로 이론값을 계산하고, 이를 SPW라는 시뮬레이션 툴로 모델링을 하여 시뮬레이션 값과 이론값을 비교 분석하였다. 신호 대 잡음비에 대한 Multiple Dwell 방식의 성능을 비교 분석한 결과. Dwell의 수가 증가할수록 성능은 개선되지만 Dwell의 수가 2일 때가 성능 개선 폭이 가장 컸고 Dwell의 수가 4이상에서는 개선 폭이 아주 작아짐 을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is examine the relation with the academic motivation variable, cognitive style and the academic achievement, and guide to strategies of Mobile game learning development. Based on cognitive theory, the academic motivation variable has more related with academic achievement. As a result, internal motivation variables has highly positive correlation on academic self efficacy.

The purpose of this current study is to explore use of pod casting. First, the study investigated types of motivation for using pod casting. Secondly, based on theory of planned behavior, we analyzed how social norm, attitude, and self-efficacy regarding using of pod casting influence people's using behavior of pod casting. We found the four different types of motivation for using pod casting: Everyday life information, entertainment, flee from reality, and professional information. Regarding theory of planned behavior, the theory was significant model to explain use of pod casting, and self-efficacy was the most significant variable to predict use of pod casting.

The purpose of this research was to examine the factors affecting motivation for change of injured workers. Data from 305 injured workers were anlayzed using hierarchical regression Factors associated with injured workers' motivation for change were: multiple psychological security, acceptability of injury, and independence at personal level, family support at family level, and perceptive severity of injury, job, and return to job.

The complex system synchronization methods improve based on synchronization theory; however, due to deeper level of complexity within complex system compared to that of chaos system, it is difficult to synchronize complex signals from complex system. In this paper, we proposed coupled-synchronization theory in the n-double scroll circuit and new embedding driven-synchronization theory, a method of accomplishing synchronization with only one parameter out of may parameters, in hyper-chaos circuit to apply synchronization in the complex system. By applying proposed synchronization method using computer simulation, we confirmed the accomplishment of superior synchronization in complex system.

A number of recent paper have investigated the feasibility of synchronizing chaotic system. In this paper we proposed the chaotic synchronization of the canonical Chua's circuit with RLCG transmission line by drive-response system. We expected that to be available to apply this secure communication with RLCG transmission line.
