The Study on The Participation Motivation of Dance Sports Activation in Dance Sports Club Members (댄스스포츠 활성화를 위한 동호인의 참여 동기에 관한 연구)

  • This Study designed to examine the effects of participation motivation of Dance Sports Activation. The dance sports club participants were selected by systematic stratifies cluster random sampling method. The questionnaire was given to 320 members of badminton club members and engaging in the range activity from March 2019 to April 2019. After collecting the questionnaires, I exclude 20 unreliable questionnaires which were incomplete, incorrectly marked or double marked, and used 300 questionnaires for the study. The conclusion of this research was as follows: First, Participation motivation had a effect on enjoyment factor in dance sports club participants. Second, Participation motivation had a effect on exercise dependence in dance sports club participants. Third. Enjoyment factor had a effect on exercise dependence in dance sports club participants. It was concluded that participation motivation would be beneficial for enjoyment factor and exercise dependence in dance sports club participants.

A Factor Analysis of Motivation To Learn Among Korean Elementary School Children (한국 초등학생의 학습동기 요인 분석)

  • This study is to investigate, from the perspective of implicit theory, what elements influence children's motivation to learn and how their configurations are different according to different sexes. One analysis was based on answers to a motivation questionnaire by fourth to sixth graders from four different cities in South Korea. The subjects children were most highly motivated to learn were math and science for boys, and math and English for girls, respectively. Factors influencing the motivation were near 30 in number, including later happier life, joy of learning, parental rewards, pleasure of being informed, and meeting parental expectations, among others. Another analysis was an exploratory and confirmative factor analysis on motivation to learn among 856 fourth to sixth graders randomly sampled from 7 different cities all over South Korea. Factors revealed to contribute to the motivated learning here were five factors of utility, interest, recognition, knowledge acquisition(being informed), and expectancy sufficiency. There were some differences in the structure of factors between sexes; importance was given to five factors of utility, interest, recognition, knowledge acquisition, and expectancy sufficiency in descending order for boys, and six factors of interest, utility, rewards, recognition, expectancy sufficiency, and competition for girls.

Parenting Motives Moderate the Link between Parents' Relationship Satisfaction with their Children and Subjective Well-Being (양육 동기에 따른 자녀 관계 만족도와 주관적 안녕감)

  • Children play a crucial role in the lives of parents, but research on the parent-child relationship has focused mainly on its impact on parents' social relationships and happiness. This study explored how parenting motives affect the association between parents' relationship satisfaction with children and subjective well-being. Previous studies have suggested that the psychological benefits of achievement or positive experiences in specific life domains are dependent on the perceived importance of such domains. Thus, we hypothesized that a satisfying relationship with children can strongly predict the subjective well-being of parents with elevated parenting motives. The study included Korean (Study 1) and American (Study 2) participants. Results of both studies demonstrated a pronounced positive correlation between parents' relationship satisfaction with children and subjective well-being in individuals with high levels of parenting motives. This moderating effect persisted even after controlling for relevant covariates (e.g., gender, age, and Big 5 personality traits). Notably, this effect was particularly evident in subfactors of subjective well-being, which is negative affect.

  • 전압의 시간적 변동으로 인하여 시각적 혹은 심리적으로 인식되는 불편함을 나타내는 플리커는 인간의 생체심리학적 인지능력과 관련이 있으며, 인간의 눈은 0.3%에서 0.4%의 매우 작은 전압변동에 대하여 5Hz에서 20Hz의 변조 주파수에서 민감하게 반응하며, IEC는 실증시험을 통해 8.8Hz의 전압변동에서 가장 민감하게 인식하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 플리커는 시각적 불쾌감과 함께 지속적인 경우 회전기와 같은 기기들에 악영향을 주며, 전자장비, 전구, CRT 장비, UPS 동기상실, 제어설비 및 보호설비의 오동작 발생으로 효과적으로 관리가 필요하다. 현재 국내 전기품질 관리기준은 IEC 국제규격을 바탕으로 제 개정 작업이 진행되고 있어 본 논문에서는 IEC 61000-3-7 국제규격을 국내 적용을 위해 필요한 국내 전력계통의 플리커 전달계수를 제시하였다.

  • 북한이탈주민의 입국자가 곧 3만 명에 육박할 것이다. 이로 말미암아 북한이탈주민에 대한 한국사회에서의 안정된 정착이 큰 문제로 대두되고 있기에, 그 문제들을 해결하고자 창업교육을 실시하여 북한이탈주민의 경제적 고립을 막고, 한국사회에서 올바른 진로를 선택하여 미래 통일 역군을 만들고자 한다. 본 논문은 창업교육 전, 후 창업동기 및 의지, 기업가정신, 진로장벽, 진로성숙도, 진로미결정 요인을 분석하여 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 강조하고자 한다. 아울러 장지적으로는 국내 입국 후 북한이탈주민들이 느끼는 심리를 분석하여 그들이 진정으로 원하는 진로와 정부지원정책을 도출해 내고자 한다.

Born Global or Not? It May Depend on Psychological Ownership of Top Executives (중역들의 심리적 소유의식 확대를 통한 중소기업의 글로벌화 가능성에 대한 실증적 고찰)

  • 'Born Global' is a core value that small to medium sized enterprizes (hereinafter SMEs) in Korea are pursuing due to increasing competitiveness and relatively smaller market size in domestic markets. How can we build capabilities to be born global? This paper seeks to find the answer for the question, and investigates the role of psychological ownership of top executives. Results show that psychological ownership of top executives positively influence the ratio of export in revenue, surrogate for global performance. In addition, the results show that psychological ownership can be built through information access, participation in decision making, and procedural justice.

  • This paper investigates the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurial intention of college students and the importance of entrepreneurship through empirical analysis. Therefore, In June 2018. A total of 214 samples were collected from 220 collected samples. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, psychological independence has a positive (+) effect on the entrepreneurship, but it cannot make a direct impact on the entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, It is confirmed that the entrepreneuship has a significant positive effect on each of the entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, it is confirmed that entrepreneurship has a fully mediating role in the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurial intention. Fourthly, It is confirmed that the higher the entrepreneurship among male students, the stronger entrepreneurial intention, but there is no sexual difference in the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurship, psychological independence and entrepreneurial intention. In this paper, it has been confirmed that it is important to create a preceding factor of the entrepreneurial intention like psychological independence.

  • Due to the educational ecosystem in South Korea, there is a significant need to explore a new balance for students who pursue sports rehabilitation education based on their academic performance, in order to help them adapt to their majors, find career paths, and foster motivation for employment. There is a lack of related research in this crucial phase. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of sports rehabilitation education on career aspirations and employment motivation through psychological reactions. The research methodology involved conducting an online survey from December 11th to December 28th, 2023, targeting university students undergoing sports rehabilitation education, with a final collection of 212 survey responses used for analysis. The research findings indicate: firstly, that the knowledge of sports rehabilitation educators has a positive influence on voluntary psychology. Secondly, the competence of sports rehabilitation educators has a positive impact on voluntary psychology. Thirdly, the attitude of sports rehabilitation educators negatively affects involuntary psychology. Fourthly, voluntary psychology positively influences career aspirations. Finally, voluntary psychology positively influences employment motivation, while conversely, involuntary psychology negatively affects employment motivation. These research results are expected to contribute to the development of sports rehabilitation education that influences career paths and employment motivation through psychological reactions.

The Effect of Authentic Leadership on Creativity: the Multiple Mediating Effection of Psychological Safety and Cooperation Behavior (진성리더십이 창의성에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안전과 협력행동의 다중매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effects of authentic leadership on creativity, psychological safety, and the mediating effects of cooperative behavior in order to enhance the creativity of personnel as a means of innovation in enterprises. The hypothesis was established based on the theory and prior study of authentic leadership, creativity, psychological safety, cooperation behavior. The data collected from 353 employees of domestic enterprises were verified for reliability and validity through CFA, SPSS 25, and AMOS 25. Macro Process 3.0 was used for hypothesis testing. Verification of the hypothesis of the study model showed that authentic leadership had a significant positive effect on psychological safety, cooperation behavior and creativity, and that the mediating effect of psychological safety and cooperation behavior was also significant. The significance of this study can be found in the fact that the impact of authentic leadership has been verified based on motivation among the CMC (Componential Model of Creativity) and that it has suggested that creativity of an organization's personnel may be enhanced by changing organizational culture through leadership.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the negative circumstances of Korean education and to provide some suggestions in terms of cultural psychology. Researcher considered the negative situation as Han(恨) to Korean people and analyzed it with the cultural psychological theories. In Korean culture, Han(恨) could be overcome by Shinmyeong which is known as a Korean unique positive emotional experience. According to results of a recent research, Han has been thought that it was the negative feeling from loss of self-worth, and Shinmyeong might be the feeling related with retrieval of self-worth. On the base of discussion about Shinmyeong, several psychological solutions to negative circumstances of Korean education were proposed.
