일본 도쿄인쇄박물관이 최근 개관했다. 동양에서는 최대 규모의 인쇄박물관으로 평가되고 있는 동 박물관 개관에는 우리나라의 이어령박사(전 문화부장관)와 천헤봉교수 등 석학들이 많은 자문을 한것으로 알려지고 있다. 본지에서는 창간특집으로 이어령박사가 동박물관 개관에 즈음하여 발표한 '인쇄문화의 동과 서'를 3회에 걸쳐 요약, 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 컴프레서 쉘의 구조해석을 수행하기 위하여, 범용 구조 해석 패키지인 MSC/NASTRAN을 이용하여 컴프레서 쉘 전체의 동특성 해석을 수행하였으며, MSC/NASTRAN의 Superelement 모듈인 부분구조합성법을 이용하여 구조물 전체의 동특성해석을 수행하였다. 그리고, 각 분계의 변형 및 운동 에너지를 산출하여 전체 구조물의 고유모드에 대한 분계의 기여도를 평가하였으며, 각각의 에너지에 기여가 높은 분계의 형상을 변경하여 구조물 전체가 원하는 동특성을 얻도록 하였다.

합리적인 기기의 활률론적 지진위험도 평가를 위해서는 모델의 동특성에 대한 보다 현실적인 정보가 제공되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 심한 비선형 동적 거동을 보일 것으로 예상되는 철제 전기 캐비넷의 동특성 시험결과 및 분석 절차를 제시하였다. 특히, 이 연구에서는 가진 강도의 크기에 따른 동특성의 비선형 집중분석하고, 그 비선형성의 원인을 고찰하였다. 시험 결과 및 이 논문에 제시된 분석 절차를 이용하여 시험체의 동특성이 효과적으로 도출될 수 있으며, 대상 시험체는 가진 강도에 따라 심한 비선형 거동을 함을 입증하였다. 비선형성의 원인은 일반적인 재료 비선형이라기 보다는 각 부품들의 마찰력과 기하학적인 비선형성에 기인함을 발견하였다. 또한, 캐비넷 형식의 기긱에 대한 합리적인 내진안전성 평가를 위해서는 각 방향별로 서로 다른 감쇠값을 적용할 것을 추천하였다. 또한, 캐비넷 형식의 기기에 대한 합리적인 내진안전성 평가를 위해서는 각 방향별로 서로 다른 감쇠값을 적용할 것을 추천하였다.

The noise of a compressor is a major contributor to overall noise radiated from the refrigerator. The major source of the noise is radiated by the vibration of the compressor shell. In this study, to identify the dynamic characteristics of compressor shell, a compressor shell is divided into several components and these are analyzed with a commercial FEM(Finite Element Method) package such as MSC/NASTRAN. Using substructure synthesis method, the dynamic characteristics of the total system is identified. The coherence of each component to the total system is computed by using strain and kinetic energy. To increase the frequency of the first resonance mode which is most effective mode to the noise of the compressor shell, the improving strategy of dynamic characteristics is suggested by changing mass and stiffness of the coherence component to the first mode.

It is required to have Personal Information Agreement when a financial company uses personal information by the Law of Privacy. So, financial companies have to demand customers the submission of Personal Information Agreement. Thus, financial companies have made Personal Information Agreement in various formats for customers. However, financial companies are lack of a verification process, the cases of collecting invalid Agreement often occurred. This study focuses on the verification process of Personal Information Agreement and the contents of Personal Information Agreement. In conclusion, this study proposes an improved model that added to the process of verification for the concept of Agreement. Based on this study, I hope financial companies to reform their agreement process and to improve the effectiveness on the implementation of Personal Information Utilization Agreement.

The major purpose of this study is to explore the effect of the presentation undo combined by main four media(moving Image, audio, turf image) of web contents on the children's information processing process. So children were assigned to one of five experimental medium conditions: 'moving Image1 (auditory-visual redundancy)', 'moving Image2 (auditory-visual dissonance)', 'text', 'text-with-image', 'audio'. Results indicated that the moving image was found to be the most effective transmitter of internet news information for children's recall. And the recall advantage of moving image was found to be particularly pronounced for verbal information supplemented with redundant visual.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 멀티미디어 수화사전 Web-Sign을 설계 및 구현한다. Web-Sign은 여러 가지의 검색조건에 의한 수화동영상을 화면에 출력하고 관련 정보를 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한 Web-Sign은 100% JAVA로 구현하였기 때문에 플랫폼과 OS의 영향을 거의 받지 않으며, 애플릿과 어플리케이션으로 모두 배포 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. 웹 브라우저에 의한 접속은 애플릿을 자동으로 지원하며, 어플리케이션을 이용할 경우 모든 데이터는 On-Line 혹은 Off-Line 형태로 전송이 가능하다. 검색방법은 단어입력, 가나다순서별 선택, 동작정보(수위소)선택, 동작화면에 의한 선택, 수화 교과서〔10〕의 챕터순서별로 선택, 주제별 수화분류에 의한 단어선택 등을 이용할 수 있다. 현재까지 등록된 동영상은 현재까지 총 500 여개이며 각 동영상에 대한 시작 및 끝 화면의 정지영상 1000여개와 빠른 전송을 위한 동영상 1000여개를 참고자료로 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 Web-Sign은 많은 검색방법을 가지고 있고, 다양한 정보를 인터넷을 통해 제공할 수 있으므로, 사용자가 쉽게 접근하여 수화를 익힐 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
