중소기업의 역할과 특징에 비추어 볼 때 중소기업에 대한 국가 차원에서의 후견적 지원의 필요성에 대하여는 부언의 여지가 없다고 할 것이다. 중소기업은 시장에서 독자적으로 경쟁기능을 확보하는 것이 곤란한 거래주체인 만큼, 국가 차원에서의 후견적 지원은 중소기업이 실질적으로 대등한 경쟁이 가능하도록 그 지위를 향상시키고 부당한 불이익을 방지할 수 있도록 권리를 옹호하는 내용으로 전개되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어산업의 특성과 중소기업의 중요성을 살펴보고 효과적인 지원정책의 수립을 위하여 외국의 중소기업지원 사례를 조사하고 시사점을 분석한다.

빛과 생체와의 interaction에 대한 연구, 레이저의 소형화와 신뢰성 향상, 빛 전달장치와 주변장치의 다양화등에 힘입어 레이저의 의학적 응용은 급속히 늘고 있다. 파장 및 照射모드의 연구로 치료의 質이 향상되고 있으며, 광섬유와 내시경을 통한 Minimally Invasive Surgery는 독자적인 수술 장르로 구축되고 있다. 새로운 레이저 수술 및 치료 procedure가 개발되고 있으며, 암진단 치려 및 진단장치등으로 응용 영역도 확대되어 레이저는 21세기 의학에서 절대적인 위치를 차지할 것으로 전망된다.

무기체계 선정단계에서 특정무기체계의 시각으로부터 공통모듈 입각한 넓은 안목으로의 전환이 필요하며, 국내 실정에 적합하고 군 요구를 포괄적으로 충족시킬수 있는 독자적인 공통모듈 구조의 정립과 이의 개발 및 생산을 위한 적극적인 배려가 요청됩니다. 또 검출소자 재질에 대한 전반적인 연구는 진행할수 없다 하더라도, 외국에서 연구되어 실용화 단계에 들어선 몇몇 소자에 대해서는 집중적인 투자가 이루어져 짧은 시간내에 센서 분야에서 선진국 수준에 돌입할수 있는 여건이 조선되어야 할 것입니다

According to Krutetskii, the education of mathematically gifted students must be focused on the improvement of creative mathematical ability and the mathematically gifted students need to experience the research process like mathematician. Independent study is highly encouraged as the self-directed activity of highest level in the learning process which is similar to research process used by experts. We conducted independent study as a viable differentiation technique for gifted middle school students in the 3rd grade, which participated in mentorship program for 10 months. Based on the data through the research process, interview with a study participant and his parents, and his blog, we analyzed mathematical behavior characteristics of a study participant. This behavior characteristics are not found in all mathematically gifted students. But through this case study, we understand mathematically gifted students better and furthermore obtain the message for the selection and education of the mathematically gifted students and for the effective method of running mentorship program particularly.

Although many researchers propose that market-driven journalism is incurred by the worsening of financial situation as a result of intensifying competition in mass media industry, few studies investigated this claim with actual news data. This study analyzed the headline news of eight major newspapers and two terrestrial TV companies to find the weakening of 'orientating-journalism' function of Korean news media. The results revealed that the duplication rate of news items among ten news companies were decreasing, and the range of news subjects were broadened into diverse topics during last ten years. Therefore it seemed that the tendency of monopolization of a certain events or issues was weakening in news reporting. The financial situation of news companies is an important factor in explaining the change of news reporting. The companies with more worse financial situation have higher duplication rate of news topics along as the more amount of soft news items, leading to the gradual deterioration of their own voices in reporting. The rate of 'independent issue report' was also less than seven precent, thus their reporting is evaluated as having many limitations. In sum, the major newspapers and network broadcasting companies are still exerting strong influences in agenda-setting, but they(mostly newspapers) are suffering from the financial problems, resulting the deterioration of performing orientation journalism function. This study concluded with remarks about the role of major news media in current changing situation.

A handwritten poster named "How are you, really?" appeared on December 10, 2013. And other handwritten posters sympathizing with it followed in places and are on everyone's lips hotly through internet and SNS. Such a social phenomenon is delivered to readers as a form of article in different meanings according to the viewpoint of each press. It is also delivered to readers as a material for delivering a meaning of a specific case in four panel comics strips and satirical cartoon of newspaper. This is because that comic strips of the press are now having a power to enlighten readers on the key point of a case easily and intuitively together with catharsis from the position of meditating the world. Notwithstanding differences depending on the viewpoints of the press or cartoonist, four panel comics strips and satirical cartoon on the newspaper are fulfilling their social role having their own voice. Of the genres of comic strips, social role of the comics of the press can be divided largely into two things. First, they actively intervene in social phenomena. In other words, comics of the press make their position and insistence on social phenomena clearly by exaggeration and emphasis. Second, they persuade or enlighten readers by concrete directions, which means that comics of the press make reader with similar viewpoint emphasize by delivering a clear message. This study aims to assert that comic strips are the most important medium with social role and responsibility. As part of studies on the social role of comics, this study wish that comic strips can be able to deviate from vicious circle of being socially condemned for reason of negative portion.

This study presents matters of how to analyse the dance of artistic form on the course of transforming folk art to be separated from leisure to become the art form. In particular, the traditional art of dance in Korea has been of collective act like dureh, rather than of individual art, that it had to choose the repeated style of same form and rhythm. In this respect, before it can be said that the dance in its own form became more sophisticated and adopted the artistic segment in the time of modernisation, it is viewed that in the very heart of folk dance there was sufficient ability of artistic material to seek its own right. In this regard, the artistic transformation of seoljanggo nori into seoljanggo dance is an art form which is found in Korea, and expressing rhythm and playfulness is evident and sought attention. Therefore this study puts its importance in analysing how, in the aspect of the course of life of traditional arts, dance is formed in its own right and developed a form of art from fun entertainment. I have chosen, among them, seoljanggo, which used to be a form of fun entertainment and later transformed into a form of art on stage, in particular LeeGyeongh wa seoljanggo dance which maintains the style of Honam Udo farmers' music, and tried to read the text from it. It has resulted in that, Lee Gyeonghwa seoljanggo dance did a new try on tradition, in its development of expressing art through dance and onto more technical sophistication, found in the style of tune and choreography fused into its distinctive form. The art of traditional dance concerns here that seoljanggo has changed from agrarian entertainment to modern stage art, which shows how tradition can be adopted to the contemporary cultural life or to be reinvented to the needs of the aesthetic style that the current society consumes. Thus, it is necessary to think about its role in education and to represent cultural creativity from local developments.

로봇의 발전 동향을 살펴보면, 기존의 위치 기반제어를 통하여 단순반복 재생 하는 로봇에서 인간과 로봇이 협력할 수 있는 로봇으로 그리고 궁극적으로는 독자적인 작업지능을 갖고서 독립적으로 운용되거나 인간과 공존할 수 있는 로봇으로 개발되어 나아갈 것으로 예상된다. 다만 현재까지의 로봇 기술로는 로봇 독자적으로 완전한 작업지능을 구현하기가 힘들기 때문에 그 중간 단계로써 사람과의 협력 작업을 구현하고 하는 것이다. 이처럼 인간-로봇 협업 기술은 인간의 지능과 로봇의 성능을 결합하여 고도의 작업을 구현할 수 있는 기술로써 로봇의 사용법을 모르는 현장 작업자도 로봇의 말단부를 잡고 손쉽게 로봇에 명령을 지시할 수 있다. 따라서 로봇의 응용 범위가 매우 다양해지고, 특히 로봇 전문인력이 없고 다품종 변량 생산을 주로 하는 중소기업에서의 로봇 활용을 촉진시켜 작업 환경 개선과 생산성 향상이 가능해진다. 또한 제조업용 로봇 분야에서 뿐만 아니라 범용성이 강한 기술로 개인서비스 로봇에서부터 국방, 건설, 의료 등 전문 서비스 로봇에 이르기 까지 폭넓게 적용될 수 있다. 이러한 인간-로봇 협업을 위해 필요한 기술들로는 경량형 로봇팔 기술, 인간-로봇 협조 제어 기술, 인간-로봇 안전 기술, 작업자 편이를 위한 인터페이스 기술 등이 포함되며 향후 기술의 발전에 따라 그 파급효과가 극대화될 것으로 기대된다.

21세기를 대표하는 종합예술 중의 하나인 영화는 독자적인 문화권을 형성하여 거대한 산업으로 성장하였다. 영화는 패션산업과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 영화의상은 영화의 극적인 효과를 위하여 사용하는 모든 종류의 복식을 뜻하며 배우가 착용하는 의상과 헤어스타일, 머리장식, 액세서리, 신발, 분장 등은 영화의 내용 전개에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 영화 속 주인공들의 스타일이 여성 패션의 흐름을 주도하기 시작한 1950년대에 유행하였던 영화들을 중심으로 영화의상이 담당하고 있는 역할과 한국인의 일상복이 전통적인 의상에서 현대적이고 서구화된 의상으로 변하는데 영향을 미친 요인들을 분석하기 위하여 1950년대에 유행한 미국영화의 분석과 1950년대에 우리나라에서 유행한 복식을 분석하고자 한다. 21세기를 우주시대라고도 하며 천문우주에 관한 연구는 한 국가의 과학기술력을 상징하는 첨단과학으로 손꼽히는 가운데 현재 세계 각국은 앞 다투어 우주개발과 연구에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 연세대학교 우주광학연구실(지도교수 김석환 교수)이 주목받는 이유는 이곳이 지상 및 우주 광학시스템에 대한 원천기술 개발을 목표로 광학과 공학사이를 연결짓는 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있기 때문이다.
