Recently a reading education system has been developed to manage the accumulated reading activities and past records of individuals under the web environment using computers. And the reading education system, where we can have comprehensive reading education, has been developed and been applied to schools. The reading records in the reading education system can contribute to the improvement of reading activities and reading comprehension, the extension of thinking ability, and the cultivation of insight and character of the readers. The system will provide basic data for reading education for the teachers. The reading education system will accumulate the reading records of individuals. This system is not restricted by time and space. Also the system can support the reading education of children and students effectively. The menu of the reading education system is composed of a test of reading level, reading materials, activities after reading, reading certification, reading record management and instruction of teachers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the utilization status of the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education and other Online tools to draw implications for its improvement. The levels of utilization of the system before and after the COVID-19 were compared, in order to analyze the degree of support and the level of contribution of the system to school library education in the COVID-19 situation, where the online platform utilization has been maximized in elementary and secondary education. A questionnaire survey was conducted among teacher librarians to compare the perceptions of the overall online tools and the utilization of the system in the school library education before and after the COVID-19. Requirements for the better system primarily based on teacher librarians' opinions were analyzed. Based on these, it was possible to discover necessary implications for the improvement of the system in order for the system to function as an online platform for school libraries.

It's going to be ubiquitous environment which is able to use web pages independent of time and a place by recent development of mobile techniques. On this, we improved the leveled reading supporting system according to U-learning environment and make student to read on both Off-line and On-line through connecting to E-book service. So we developed the reading supporting system which can improve the interests in reading and reading skill and proved the effects. U-learning based leveled reading education support system could be helped develop the reading ability by raising the interest in the activities reading and after reading.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the e-book composition provided by the Comprehensive Reading Education Support System and to propose a service improvement plan related to the establishment of e-books in school libraries as educational resources based on practical issues and perceptions experienced by teacher-librarians. As a research method, the composition of the collection of 3,002 e-books supported by the Busan Comprehensive Reading Education Support System as a reading education platform of the school library was analyzed based on the Korean Decimal Classification. Based on this, two focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted with 4 elementary teacher-librarians and 5 secondary teacher-librarians working in Busan. The result of this study can be used as basic data to support students' reading activities using e-books as educational resources and to form an efficient e-book collection in school library.

Reading education in elementary school is being performed without connection between the curriculums and is searching for a diversified method of reading education. There are other problems in reading education such as absence of several reading education programs lack of experts with field experiences and difficulties in practicing a continuous reading education due to the emotional and disconnection between school and home. We designed a web-based reading education support system as a supplement for the reading education in which an electronic library and information about each reading-related activity can be shared. This reading education support system based on internet can connect reading education to the students everyday life. The electronic library can activate reading education by providing book management, a bulletin about the impression of a book and the information on recommended books. In addition, this electronic library can develop various reading education programs and can strengthen the relationship between school and home. This system also can make knowledge and information related activities after reading books be commonly available to all schools through the realization module, according to school and class. Therefore, various material related to reading education can be shared and statistical works are possible with the system we developed in this study.

Several problems occur in reading education in a elementary school. They are the lack of considering the difference of student's capability and diagnosing their reading ability, the review activity focusing on only text and the discontinuation between school and home. Our system is designed and implemented to support leveled reading education using multimedia technology. We can diagnose the student's reading ability exactly and promptly and introduce suitable books considering their ability, and work the proper review activities with this system. It can help the students to interest their reading.

초등학교 학생들의 독서능력과 수준을 고려한 독서교육을 위해 본 연구진이 선행연구로 개발한 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독서지원 시스템에서는 학생들의 독서능력을 진단할 수 있는 진단지, 독서능력에 알맞은 도서 및 독서방법 안내, 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 다양한 감상표현활동 등을 개발하였다[4]. 그러나 독서교육 방법과 도서는 수준별로 제시하여 주었으나 독후 활동은 수준에 관계없이 동일한 활동을 제시함으로써 수준에 알맞은 독후 활동의 어려움이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제7차 초등학교 국어과 하위목표와 교육부 ICT 기준안을 고려하여 독서에 흥미를 가질 수 있도록 학생들의 독서능력에 알맞은 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독후활동을 개발하고자 하였다.

Our research team has developed diagnosis papers which diagnose reading ability of students, reading materials and guidance of reading method which are proper for reading ability and various appreciation expression activities in the leveled reading supporting system applying the multimedia techniques, which is developed as a previous research for reading education that considers the reading ability and level of elementary school students. However some difficulties have been raised in activities after reading proper for level because we suggested them all the same regardless of level though we proposed the reading methods and reading materials by level, We tried to develop the leveled activities post-reading applying multimedia techniques which are proper for reading ability of students and exam the effects of leveled reading supporting system considering the subordinate goal of 7th Korean curriculum of elementary school and the ICT standard of the Education Ministry on this thesis for promoting an interest in reading of students. The leveled activities after reading which are applying multimedia techniques could be guided and applied on the web, and helped develop the reading ability and self-leading learning ability by raising the interest and concern of students in the activities after reading because the multimedia elements, instead of existing text, were added to the expression.

지식 정보화 시대의 도래에 따라 독서 교육은 인터넷과 멀티미디어를 활용한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 그에 대한 연구도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 웹을 활용한 독서지도 프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있지만 장르 별로 세분화되어 있지 못하다. 동화나 위인전 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러 가지 활동들이 제공되고 있다. 그러나 동시분야는 웹 상에서 감상 활동에 알맞은 활동들이 제시되지 못하고 있고, 동시 감상 학습은 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 상상, 연상 등으로 동시를 감상할 수 있도록 웹 기반 동시 감상 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 전 학년 동시를 데이터베이스화하였다. 둘째, 동시 감상과 학습활동을 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동으로 제시하고, 활동이 끝나면 동시 낭독을 녹음할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동 등 동시감상 결과가 수행평가 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 아동들이 동시 짓기 활동에서 쉽게 시상이 떠오르게 다양한 자료를 제시하였다.

M-learning (Mobile learning)을 기반으로 한 코스웨어나 모듈 설계 시 학습자의 적극적 참여와 의미 있는 상호작용의 기회 제공과 실제적 환경에서의 교육활동을 지원하는 것에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 M-learning을 기반으로 실제적 상황에서의 학습을 위한 지능적 튜터링 모델인 AEFIRIP (Activation, Externalization, Focusing, Interpretations, Reflection, Information Processing)모델을 활용하여 독서교육 튜터링 시스템을 설계하였다. AEFIRIP 모델은 모바일 학습에 초점을 맞추어 실제적 상황에서 다양한 모바일 장비를 활용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 CSCL(Computer Supported Collaborative Learning)학습의 일환으로 활용 가능하다. AEFIRIP 모델은 6단계의 구조화된 모바일 튜터링을 통하여 학습 활동을 위한 반자동화된 튜터링을 제공하며, 개별화 학습을 가능케 한다. 본 시스템은 M-learning에서 학습자의 독서 단계에 따라 개별화된 튜터링을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 자극 에이전트, 도움 에이전트, 요청 튜터링 에이전트, 튜터링 대화 에이전트, 개인 튜터링 에이전트, 튜터링 포인터 에이전트의 6단계의 튜터링 에이전트를 구안하였다. 본 시스템의 활용을 통하여 학습자는 실제적 환경에서 모바일 장비를 통하여 독서 활동과 관련한 튜터링을 제공받으며, 학습자와 교사 간 다양한 상호작용이 가능하다.
