In Korea, the independent publication market has grown since it came into existence in the 1990s. In 2008, the country's first independent bookstores selling independent publications opened. As of late 2019, there were a total of 466 independent bookstores in Korea and the number of independent bookstores rapidly increased for the last decade. However, the closing rate of independent bookstores is rapidly increasing. This trend is also shown in independent bookstores in Gwangju. Recently, the closing rate of independent bookstores in Gwangju is more than twice as high as the national average. Against this backdrop, this study intended to identify the current conditions of independent bookstores in the city, analyze the problems facing them, and find solutions. Independent bookstores in Gwangju currently make various efforts such as book curation, management of various supplementary programs, and book markets. However, the bookstores have problems including the curation and programs focused on specific areas, focus on limited generations, dependence on publications from the Seoul metropolitan area. To address these problems, this study proposed solutions such as diversifying publications through planning and developing of local contents, strengthening the taste-based salon nature, organizing networks of independent bookstores, and systematically incubating independent bookstores. At the system level, this study also suggested a need for local bookstore certification system, a complete execution of a fixed book price system, and a fair provision rate.

독립부하가 존재하는 계통연계 인버터에서 LCL필터 설계시 계통으로 주입하는 전류뿐만 아니라 독립부하 전압품질도 고려되어야 한다. 또한, LCL필터의 가격과 부피측면을 고려하여 고조파 감쇠율은 기준을 만족하면서 인덕턴스와 캐패시턴스는 가능한 작게 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 계통전류의 고조파 기준은 만족하고, LCL필터 모델로부터 구해지는 전달함수를 이용하여 계통연계시와 독립운전시 모두 독립부하의 전압품질이 만족하도록 필터설계를 한다. 또한, 독립부하 전압리플, 인덕터 부피, 무효전류량, 시스템 대역폭에 가중치를 적용한 LCL필터 최적설계 방법을 제안한다.

Foreign perception of the newspaper is anti Chinese, anti Russian, pro-Japan, pro-American. "The Independent" has criticized China and Russia that was Brutal developing countries of the invasion of Korea's sovereignty and to seize profits. The other side, "The Independent" has prised America and Japan that was unforgettable benefactor countries helped Korea's independence and have achieved Westernization exemplary developed countries.

음원의 위치를 찾는 문제에 있어서 비독립 음원들이 존재하는 경우, 근접장에서는 음원으로부터 나오는 파형을 평면파로 가정할 수 없고 구면파로 가정해야 하며, 여러개의 비독립 음원이 존재한다고 가정하여 각각의 음원의 위치를 변화시켜 가면서 MUSIC파워를 계산하여야 한다. 실제 음원의 갯수보다 가정한 음원의 갯수가 작으면 정확한 음원의 위치를 가르키지 못하며 MUSIC 파워 값도 작다. 실제 음원의 갯수와 가정한 음원의 갯수가 같으면 정확한 음원의 위치를 가르치며 MUSIC 파워 값이 크게 얻어진다. 실제 음원의 갯수보다 가정한 음원의 갯수가 큰 경우 실제의 음원의 위치를 포함하여 다른 음원의 위치를 얻을 수 있으나 그 음원의 세기는 무시할 정도로 작다. 즉 실제 음원의 갯수보다 많은 수의 음원을 가정하여 음원을 탐지할 수 있다. 일반 음장 즉 독립 음원과 비독립 음원이 공존하는 경우 실제의 음원의 갯수만큼 가정한다면 음원이 위치를 찾을 수 있다.

표본조사에서 발생되는 무응답에 대한 대체법은 매우 다양하게 연구 되고 있다. 특히 모형을 기반으로 하는 회귀 대체법은 매우 활용도가 높다. 이 때 일반적으로 종속변수가 결측값의 변수가 되며 독립변수는 주어지게 된다. 주어지 주어진 종속변수와 독립변수의 값을 이용하여 모델을 설정하고 그에 따라 결측값을 예측하여 대체하게 된다. 이 때 예측값 즉 결측값을 구하는 과정에서 독립변수 값 자체에도 결측값이 생기게 된다는 것이다. 이때 여러 가지 방법으로 독립변수의 결측값을 대체하고 모형을 활용할 수 있다. 그러나 이 연구에서는 독립변수들을 같은 특성끼리 그룹화 시키는 요인분석(factor analysis)을 이용하여 독립변수의 결측값에따른 예측된 결측값의 변동을 최소화 하고자했다.

본 논문에서는 독립변수들의 차원을 감소시켜 일반회귀 신경망의 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법에서는 적응적 학습 알고리즘의 주요성분분석 기법을 이용하여 독립변수 패턴의 특징을 추출하고 이를 일반회귀 신경망의 학습데이터로 이용하였다. 이는 주요성분분석 기법이 가지는 대용량의 입력 데이터를 통계적으로 독립인 특징들의 집합으로 변환시키는 속성을 살려 학습데이터의 차원을 감소시킴으로서 고차원의 학습데이터에 따른 일반회귀 신경망이 가지는 제약을 해결하기 위함이다. 제안된 기법의 일반회귀 신경망을 3개의 독립변수 패턴을 가진 암모니아 제조공정문제와 10개의 독립변수 패턴을 가진 자동차 연비문제에 각각 적용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과, 기존의 일반회귀 신경망에 의한 결과와 비교할 때 더욱 우수한 학습성능과 회귀성능이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 커널함수의 평활요소 설정 면에서도 우수한 특성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

뇌파(Electroencephalogram, EEG)는 뇌의 자발적 전기활동을 두피에서 측정한 것이다. 그 동안 뇌질환과 관련된 임상에서 주로 사용되어져 왔으며, 비선형 동역학 연구를 통해 결정론적인 동역학 신호임이 밝혀짐에 따라 뇌 기능연구 분야에서 그 응용범위가 넓어지고 있다. 우리는 뇌파 신호에 대하여 독립성분분석(Independent Component Analysis, ICA)을 통하여 그 결과를 알아보았다. 즉, 뇌파의 독립성분 분석 적용 타당성을 알아본 다음 이를 적용하여 독립 소스들을 분리해 내었다. 또한 Topological Mapping을 이용하여 각각의 독립 소스들이 뇌의 어느 위치에서 발생하는지도 알아보았다. 이를 통하여 EEG에 독립성분분석을 적용함으로써 뇌 활동의 시간적, 공간적 분석이 가능하고 유용함을 나타내었다.

Recently, the cases that many works of the korean independent animation advance to the world by steps and some of them win the grand prix in famed global animation film festival are proving the growth potential and competitiveness. In this situation, to guarantee the continuous, and reliable as well, growth and international competitiveness of it, it is needed to ensure the government's systematic supports. Although it is a bit leaned toward the creative animation for a theater, however, or many kinds of supporting system are established and carried out, independent animation is still suffering from the financial pressure. As of now, it is must be considered of the international standing of korean independent animation and is needed to be discussed how the government's supporting systems are proceeding and what they are performing. From this point of view, this paper will study the present condition and international standing of the korean independent animation, and further, will examine and analyze the on-going supporting systems. This, consequently, intends to present the direction of government's system to promote the korean independent animation.

In order to reduce the fossil fuels consumed in conventional commercial independent diesel generators in the same environment as the island area, it is necessary to develop a photovoltaic system that will bear more than 40% of the independent system capacity. For this development, it is necessary to develop a high-capacity inverter that can improve the stability of the independent system installed in the island area and supply high-quality power to the load. In addition, the EMS power generation control system for the independent grid photovoltaic power generation system is a parallel operation power control system of the diesel generator connected with the solar power generation system. It controls the output of the diesel generator according to the load ratio and the solar power generation, A stable supply system is needed. This independent grid photovoltaic generation system can increase the solar power supply to the independent system area and increase the power stability of the independent system and further reduce the use of fossil fuel due to the ineffective power control of the independent system. It is expected that the economy will be secured early.
