지난 7월 28일부터 시행된 식품위생법 시행령과 시행규칙에 따라 휴게음식점 영업에 포함되어 있던 제과점영업이 따로 분리되어 독립 업종으로서 인정받게 됐다. 지난 12년 동안 제과인들의 숙원 사업이었던 업종 분리가 완성됨에 따라 고유 특성을 가지고 제과업이 힘차게 도약할 수 있는 소중한 발판을 마련했다.

In the theory of probability, a Bernoulli trial is a random experiment with exactly two possible outcomes, "success" and "failure", in which the probability of success is the same every time the experiment is conducted. In the successive games of scissors paper stone there exists the case of draw in each game. In this paper we are interested in the ultimate success probability of each participant and the expected number of the game till any one of the two has the ultimate victory. Using our results, we can calculate the ultimate winning probability of each player of the two players and the expected number of the game till any one of the two has the ultimate victory in any case whether there is draw or not in each game.

Intuitions in independence formed by common language help and also hinder the establishment of new conceptual system about independence as a mathematical term. Intuitions which entail such conflicts can be a driving force in explaining independence but at the same time, it is the impedimental factor causing a misconception. The goal of this paper is to help students use the intuitions properly by distinguishing helpful intuitions and impedimental intuitions. This paper suggests that we need to reveal in teaching the misconception resulting not from mathematic but from linguistic interpretation of independence. This paper points out the need for the clear distinction of independence of trials and independence of events and gives an counterexample of the case that sampling with and without replacement shouldn't be specified as a representative example of independence and dependence of events. The analysis of intuition in this parer is based on intuitions classified by Fischbein and this paper analyzed institutions applied to the concept of independence corresponding intuitions classified by Fischbein.

Isolated right ventricular hypoplasia is a rare clinical entity. We describe a case of right ventricular hypoplasia, single atrium and spongy myocardium of left ventricle. The volume of right ventricle was half the volume of left ventricle and z-value of tricuspid valve was -4 preoperatively The patient, 6-year-old boy, underwent atrial partitioning with 3 mm fenestration, Postoperative course was smooth and he tolerated the biventricular state well during follow-up. Follow-up catherterization was done 27 months later The tricuspid valve grew well (z-value= -0.4) and atrial septal fenestration is closed spontaneously. This article reports a case of successful biventricular repair in a patient with isolated right ventricular hypoplasia.

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effects of family function in the relationship between depression and health promotion behavior among university students. Data were collected from December 1 to December 31, 2018 and the participants included 340 university students, who responded to the question regarding health promotion behavior, family function and depression. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression, mediation regression analysis of Baron and Kenny using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result, A negative correlation is found between health promotion behavior and depression (r=-.48, p<.001), and positive correlation is among family function (r=33, p<.001), negative correlation is found between depression and family function (r=-.45, p<.001). family function have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between depression and health promotion behavior (Sobel test: -2.53, p<.05). Results of this study suggest that it is important to manage family function to improve health promotion behavior caused by depression.

본 연구는 영어 단어 재인 과정에서 나타나는 한국인의 어휘 수준과 의미 수준 양상을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 세 종류의 실험을 시행하였는데, 첫 번째 실험에서는 한국어 처리 기제와 영어 처리 기제의 독립 여부를 알아보기 위하여 한국어로는 여러 의미를 갖지만 영어로는 한 가지 의미만을 가지는 영어단어를 점화 자극으로 하고, 한국어와는 관련된 의미를 갖지만 영어와는 무관련한 한국어 단어를 목표 자극으로 사용하여(예, bridge-팔)언어간 의미 점화 어휘판단 과제를 시행하였다. 두 번째 실험에서는 비교적 개념 구조가 한국어와 영어에서 유사하다고 생각되어지는 외래어를 자극으로 사용하여 언어간(예, elevator-승강기), 언어 내(예, 엘리베이터-승강기) 어휘판단과제를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫 번째 실험에서는 유의미한 점화효과가 나타나지 않았고, 두 번째 실험에서는 언어간에는 SOA에 따라서 결과가 달랐고, 언어 내에는 촉진적 점화효과가 나타났다 이러한 결과는 영어의 일반 어휘에 대한 의미 표상 체계는 독립적으로 존재하였고, 외래어와 같이 특수한 어휘에 대해서는 다른 표상 체계를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다

In a conventional ICA(Independent Component Analysis) based face recognition method, PCA(Principal Component Analysis) first is used for feature extraction, ICA learning method then is applied for feature enhancement in the reduced dimension. It is not considered that a necessary component can be located in the discarded feature space. In the new ICA(NICA), learning extracts features using the magnitude of kurtosis (4-th order central moment or cumulant). But, the pure ICA method can not discard noise effectively. The synergy effect of PCA and ICA can be achieved if PCA is used for noise reduction filter. Namely, PCA does whitening and noise filtering. ICA performs feature extraction. Experiment results show the effectiveness of the new ICA method compared to the conventional ICA approach.

In Korean professional baseball the championship team of the year is determined by the four series of games: semi-semi-playoff, semi-playoff, playoff and korean series. To the top 5 teams in a regular season privileges are given to play the games at post season. At semi-semi playoff the winner of two teams which are ranked at 4th and 5th place in the regular season can advance to the game of semi playoff. The winner at semi playoff advances to the playoff to play with the second place team in the regular season. Finally, the championship team is to be determined in the Korean series between the winner of the playoff and the first ranked team in the regular season. We propose methods of how to calculate the winning probabilities of each of high ranked 5 teams advancing to Korean series. From our proposed methods we can estimate the championship probabilities of each of high ranked 5 teams advancing to the Korean series only if we know the winning probabilities between two teams in the regular season or the post season.

Recently, the cases that many works of the korean independent animation advance to the world by steps and some of them win the grand prix in famed global animation film festival are proving the growth potential and competitiveness. In this situation, to guarantee the continuous, and reliable as well, growth and international competitiveness of it, it is needed to ensure the government's systematic supports. Although it is a bit leaned toward the creative animation for a theater, however, or many kinds of supporting system are established and carried out, independent animation is still suffering from the financial pressure. As of now, it is must be considered of the international standing of korean independent animation and is needed to be discussed how the government's supporting systems are proceeding and what they are performing. From this point of view, this paper will study the present condition and international standing of the korean independent animation, and further, will examine and analyze the on-going supporting systems. This, consequently, intends to present the direction of government's system to promote the korean independent animation.

본 연구는 2019년 물관리기본법 시행과 함께 추진하는 유역물관리체제 수립과 운영에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 유역물관리는 기존의 행정체계 중심으로 추진된 물관리에서 드러난 비효율성을 극복하고 물순환에 기초하여 더욱 효율적이고 자연 친화적으로 운영하고자 하는 통합물관리의 기초이다. 유역물관리제도를 적절하게 수립하고 운영하기 위해서는 한국보다 앞서 유역물관리제도를 채택하고 운영해온 경험을 면밀하게 검토하고 장단점을 학습하여 한국 현실에 맞게 응용하는 지혜가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 유역물관리제도를 성공적으로 수립하고 운영해 온 영국(잉글랜드 및 웨일스)과 프랑스 사례를 검토하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 영국(잉글랜드 및 웨일스)은 1973년 유역관리청을 10개 대유역에 설치하여 유역물관리체제를 수립하고 운영하였지만 1970년대 및 1980년대 경제난을 겪으면서 관련 투자가 줄어들고 하천의 수질 악화가 지속하였으며 유역관리청과 지방정부와의 긴밀한 협조 부재로 관리의 어려움이 증가하였다. 결국, 1989년 10개의 유역관리청을 상하수도 서비스회사로 전환하고 물서비스감시청, 음용수감시국, 환경청 등의 규제기관을 수립하여 규제와 서비스를 분리한 독특한 유역물관리체제를 수립하였다. 영국의 유역물관리체제는 2000년 유럽연합물관리지침의 도입으로 10개 유역을 11개의 유역으로 재편하고 국가소통위원회, 유역소통위원회 14개, 유역파트너쉽 100개 등의 기구를 설치하여 유역거버넌스를 강화하였다. 프랑스는 1964년 새로운 물법 도입을 통해 전국을 6개 대유역으로 나누고 각 유역에 유역관리청과 유역위원회를 설치하여 본격적인 유역물관리제도를 수립하였다. 초기에는 유역관리 조직과 지방정부 간의 알력이 상당하여 수도요금에 자동부과되는 약 19%에 달하는 물세에 대한 거부감이 상당하였다. 그런데 이러한 물세가 유역관리청의 관리로 물관리 사업을 위한 펀드로 조성되고 물관리 사업 시행 시 대규모 자금을 조달할 수 있다는 실효성이 입증되면서 점차 유역관리제도가 정착할 수 있게 되었다. 프랑스는 2000년 유럽연합물관리지침의 도입으로 기존의 6개 대유역으로 관리하던 것을 13개 유역으로 재편성하였고 유역감독관 제도를 신설하여 중앙의 감독을 강화하였으며 유역관리청과 유역위원회는 더욱 강화된 거버넌스를 기반으로 효율적인 물관리를 시행하고 있다. 영국과 프랑스 사례는 한국의 유역물관리제도 수립과 운영을 위해 다음과 같은 시사점을 준다. 첫째, 2019년 시행을 앞둔 유역물관리위원회의 구성, 운영 및 역할 등에 대해서는 큰 범위에서 합의를 이뤄야 하겠지만 안정적인 운영과 사업 시행을 위해서는 긴 시간이 필요하다는 점이다. 따라서 인내심과 여유를 갖고 임하되 필요한 원칙은 면밀한 검토와 합의를 통해 세워야 할 것이다. 둘째, 거버넌스의 중요성이다. 영국 사례와 같이 이해당사자 간의 대화와 타협은 중앙정부가 주도하는 것이 아닌 유역, 지방, 도시 등에서의 이해당사자들이 함께 이룩해야 한다. 셋째, 유역관리조직을 위한 건전한 재정확보이다. 프랑스의 예와 같이 유역물관리 조직의 독립성은 재정적 독립이 근본이 되어야 하고 이것은 독립재정을 확보하여 중앙 혹은 기타 유역/지방 조직의 간섭을 피해야 한다.
