Case 2015 Revised Middle school Art textbook analyzed from Multicultural Education (다문화 교육 관점으로 분석한 2015개정 중학교 미술 교과서)

  • The In Korea, where multicultural families are increasing, the need to reinforce multicultural competencies has been raised in education. Accordingly, this study selected 7 art textbooks of 2015 revised middle school and analyzed the proportion of the textbook's reference works and contents from the Macfee's perspective of multicultural education. As a result of the analysis, first, the proportion of multicultural reference works by region was high in Korean works(44%) and Western works (43%), whereas that of Eastern works(13%) was very low. In the experience area, 13.8% more Western works were included than Korean works, and Western works were also concentrated in USA and Europe. Second, as a result of analyzing the proportion of multicultural contents, 57.7% of the total units, or 90 units out of 156, contained multicultural contents. As a result, compared to the 2009 revised art textbooks, the 2015 revised middle school art textbooks have expanded the proportion of multiculturalism.

Preparation and Characterization of Polypyrrole Electroactive Actuators (Polypyrrole를 이용한 전기활성 구동기의 제조 및 특성)

  • In this study, PPy/gold/mylar type electroactive bi-layer actuator was prepared by the electrochemical polymerization of pyrrole onto the gold/mylar film and the actuation characteristics were studied using bending beam method. Conducting polymer-based actuators undergo volumetric changes due to the movement of dopant ions into the film during the electrical oxidation process. The bilayer films exhibited different actuation characteristics depending on dopant ion size. It was observed that the relatively small dopant ion (i.e. toluene sulfonate) moved into the PPy film at oxidized state, so volume expanded to result in bending motion. In case of the film having large dopant ion (i.e. dodecylbenzenesulfonate), volume expansion was observed at reduced state. This is due to the incorporation of $Na^+$ counterion with water molecules, while the large dopant ion was fixed in the film due to the limited mobility during tile redox process.

  • 저자는 임상에서 널리 사용되는 근관충전재료인 산화아연유지놀, N2, MN2 및 Triozinc Paste의 살균효과를 비교하기 위하여 한천배양기 및 혈액가한천배양기상에서 백색포도상구균 및 α-용혈성연질상구균의 두균주를 사용, 실험하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 백색포도상구균을 심은 한천배양기상에서 비건조도판을 사용한 실험군에서의 균성장억제대는 MN2, 6. 83; Triozinc paste, 5. 77; N 2, 5. 61; 산화아연유지놀, 3.49mm였다. 2) 백색포도상구균을 심은 한천배양기상에서 건조도판을 사용한 실험군에서의 균성장억제대는 MN2, 4.40; Triozinc paste, 1.46; 산화아연유지놀, 0.99; ㅜ2, 0.84mm였다. 3) 백색포도상구균을 심은 혈액가한천배양기상에서 건조도판을 사용한 실험군에서의 균성장억제대는 MN 2, 1.15; Triozinc paste, 0.55; 산화아연유지놀, 0.54; N2, 0.43mm였다. 4) α-용혈성연질상구균을 심은 용혈가한천배양기상에서 건조도판을 사용한 실험군에서의 균성장억제대는 MN 2, 2.14; Triozinc paste, 1.00; 산화아연유지놀, 0.75; N 2, 0.43mm였다.

Phenomenal study on the dopant activation behavior in polysilicon thin films doped by non-mass separated ion mass doping technique (비질량 분리 이온 질량 주입법으로 도핑시킨 다결정 박막의 도판트 활성화 거동)

  • The electrical properties of polysilicon thin films implanted with $B_2H_6$ diluted in $H_2$ as dopant source using ion mass doping technique and the effect of radiation damage on the dopant activation behavior were investigated. Comparing the SIMS profiles of boron in polysilicon films with that obtained from computer simulation using TRIM92 the most probable ion species were $B_2H_x\;^+$(x=1, 2, 3‥‥) type molecular ions. As a result of the Implantation of energetic massive ions, a continuous amorphized layer was created in polysilicon films where the fraction of amorphized layer varied with doping time. This amorphization comes from the fact that mass separation of implanting species is not employed in this ion mass doping technique. In the dopant activation behavior, reverse annealing phenomenon appeared in the intermediate annealing temperature range for a severely damaged specimen. The experimental result showed that the off-state current of the p-channel polysilicon thin film transistor is dependent on the degree of radiation damage.

  • Polyanilines were prepared by the oxidative polymerization in the presence of ammonium persulfate as an oxidant. After dehydration, a doping was carried out by mixing the polymer solution with dopants and immersing into aqueous dopant solutions. Using various riopants, the d-spacing of polyanilines can be controlled from $3.72{\AA}$ to $4.844{\AA}$. The d-spacing of polyanilines with polymeric or bulky dopants was larger than that of as-cast polyaniline. The characterization of the physical properties were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dielectric analyzer (DEA) etc. Annealed polyaniline membrane exhibited the oxygen permeability of 0.072 barrer and the oxygen selectivity to nitrogen was 6.87. For the gas separation of polyanilines with polymeric or bulky riopants, the permeability increased while the selectivity detereased. Permeability can be readily controlled by the use of bulky dopants.

  • The white OLED is fabricated with the anthracene-based blue emitting material, 9-(2-naphthyl)-10-(p-tolyl)anthracene (2-NTA) in various volume-ratios of orange dopant, rubrene, which results in pure white emission with C.I.E. coordinate of ~(0.32, 0.39). The devices with <1.5% rubrene show better EL properties (efficiency) than >3% devices. Furthermore the turn-on voltage of 2-NTA WOLED (3.7 V) is lower than that of 2-NTA blue OLED (5.4 V) at the same condition. Conclusively 2-NTA with rubrene less than 1.5% (v/v) could be utilized for the pure WOLED.

  • 본 연구에서 새로 합성한 적색 도판트 Red-1을 Physical vapor Deposition (PVD) 법을 이용하여 다층구조의 유기 발광 다이오드를 제작하였다. 적층된 유기물 층으로 정공주입층은 4,4',4"-tri [2-naphthyl(phenyl)amino]triphenylamine(2-TNATA) 정공 수송층으로4-4bis [N-(1-napthyl-N-phenyl-amino)biphenyl] (NPB)를 사용하였으며 전자 수송층은 tris (8-quinolinolato)-aluminum ($Alq_3$), 발광층에서의 host 재료로 사용한 물질은 $Alq_3$. 4,4'- N-N'-dicarba zole-biphenyl (CBP), 게스트재료는 Red-1, 정공저지층으로 2,9-dimethyl-4, 7-diphenyl -1 10-phen antroline (BCP), 전자 주입층으로는 lithiumquinolate (Liq)를 사용하여 보다 향상된 전기적, 발광특성을 보이는 소자를 제작하였다. 전하를 주입하는 전극으로 일함수가 큰 투명전극인 ITO (indium-tin-oxide)를 양전극으로, Al을 음전극으로 사용하였다. 그리하여, 발광층 내에서의 host재료 $Alq_3$와 CBP와의 energy transfer의 관점에서 그 특성을 연구하였다.

  • 이 책은 비록 '편저' 이기는 하나 조각이 탄생되어 오늘에 이르기까지 무려 3만여년에 걸쳐 있는 시간을 1100여매의 컬러도판을 제시하며 흥미롭게 서술하고 있어 조각을 전공하는 사람은 물론 이 분야를 알고 싶어하는 이들에게 체계적으로 공부할 수 있는 '입문서'로서의 역할을 톡톡히 해낼 것으로 보인다.
