The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of the challenging spirit on the relationship between fun factors and re-participation intentions of participants in traditional play. The subjects of this study were 164 participants in the traditional play Hanmadang contest held in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in 2021. They measured fun factors, challenging spirit, and re-particitation intention to participate. In order to analyze the collected measurement paper, the analysis was performed using SPSS18.0, PROCESS Macro(V.2.13), Interaction program. The major results were as follows. First, the interaction between promote health and challenge spirit was found to have a significant effect on re-particitation intention at high and medium levels. Second, it was found that the interaction between the foster of social and the challenge spirit did not have a significant effect on the re-particitation intention. Third, the interaction between sense of achievement and the challenge spirit was found to have a significant effect on the re-particitation intention at the high and medium levels.

세계적인 석학 피터 드러커는 우리나라를 기업가정신이 가장 왕성한 나라라고 칭찬한 바 있다. 하지만 국민소득 2만달러의 목전에서 겪은 외환위기, 내수침체, 청년실업난 등으로 10여 년 간 제자리걸음하고 있는 지금, 그 말이 참 무색하게 다가온다. 이 악순환의 고리를 끊기 위해 우리 경제 활성화의 견인차로 다시 벤처가 나섰다. 지금이야말로 우리 벤처인들이 위험을 무릅쓰고 포착한 기회를 사업화하려는 모험과 도전의 기업가정신으로 재무장하여야 할 때이다. 기업가정신은 돈을 벌기 위한 정신이 아니다. 주위 사람과 공동체를 중시 여겨 자기희생을 감수하는 결단이고, 상상하기 어려운 힘든 역경 속에서도 좌절하지 않고 죽을 힘을 다하는 도전이며, 탄탄대로를 거부하고 비바람 부는 날 풀이 무성한 인적 드문 길을 선택하는 모험이다. ‘자본이 없어서, 기술이 없어서, 인재가 없어서’일을 못하겠다고 조건을 탓하거나 주저하지 말자. “신에게는 아직 12척의 배가 있사옵니다”라며 백의종군하여 병사도, 배도, 무기도, 군량미도 없이 홀몸으로 대함대와 맞서 찬란한 승리를 거둔 이순신 장군을 되새겨보라. 우리 벤처인에겐 아직 혁신과 도전과 모험정신이라는 기업가정신이 있지 않은가. 하늘에 온통 구름이 끼여있고 천둥번개가 내리쳐도 여전히 구름 뒤에는 밝은 태양이 빛나고 있다. 우리 벤처인이 기업가정신을 놓지않고 이상을 위해 도전한다면, 곧 구름 뒤 태양은 모습을 드러내고, 그대 벤처인을 향해 찬란히 빛날 것이다. 벤처인이여! 벤처 재도약의 동력이 될 기업가정신으로 재무장하고, 두 발로 땅을 박차고 일어나 구름 위 이상을 향해 힘차게 도약하자.

모험 기업인 벤처기업의 기둥정신은 '도전'과 '창조'다. 벤처기업이 새로운 기술이나 영역 개발을 위한 창조적 노력을 등한시한다면 기존의 전통기업과 다를바가 없을 것이다. 구태의연한 이름뿐인 벤처기업이라면 짧은 기간 동안에 투자자들의 돈을 몽땅 소진시킨 채 금새 도산하고 말 것이고, 세계경제발전에는 전혀 도움이 되지 않았다는 실제 사례들을 우리는 역사를 통해 무수하게 보았다. 그렇듯이 벤처정신은 새로운 영역과 기술개발을 해내는 치밀하고 끈질긴 장인정신이 창조적인 기운과 결합한 것이어야 한다.

This study studied the effect of the TIPS support project of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups on the entrepreneurship of TIPS start-ups. The Tips start-up company, which is the subject of the study, was selected for the TIPS support project, participated in all commercialization funds, incubation facilities, and capacity building programs, and was selected as a company that received private investment. One-on-one in-depth interviews were conducted for about eight weeks from January 14, 2022 to March 11, 2022. For this study, the TIPS support project was subdivided into four categories: commercialization funds, incubation facilities, capacity building programs, and private investment attraction, and entrepreneurship factors were classified into four categories: innovation, challenge spirit, leadership, and risk-taking. As a result of the in-depth interview, the influence of the TIPS support project on entrepreneurship factors was in the order of challenge spirit, innovation, risk-taking, and leadership. Specifically, it was found that commercialization funds influenced innovation and risk-taking, incubation facilities had a challenge spirit and risk-taking, competency-building programs had a challenge spirit and leadership, and attracting private investment had an influence on innovation and challenge spirit. The implications of this study are that the TIPS support project, a private investment-led technology start-up support program, was introduced in 2013 and as of the end of March 2022, and a report was prepared focusing on visible performance such as private investment performance and employment rate. However, through this study, by analyzing whether the TIPS support project contributed to the cultivation of entrepreneurship for TIPS start-ups, it was found that it had a positive influence not only on quantitative growth but also on qualitative growth.

본 연구는 과학기술의 발전과 이에 따른 급속한 사회변화 속에서 청소년의 진로를 탐색하고 역량을 높이기 위해 운영되고 있는 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 청소년기는 미래인재로서 진로탐색을 위해 다양한 시도를 해야 할 필요성이 있는 시기이므로 청소년들에게 다양한 기회를 발견하고 활용하여 문제 상황을 해결해보는 경험이 필요하다할 수 있다. 기업가정신의 구성요인은 일반적으로 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성을 포함한다. 위험감수성은 불확실한 결과가 예상됨에도 과감히 도전하려는 의지이고, 진취성은 새로운 기회를 선제적 및 적극적으로 포착하기 위한 노력이며, 혁신성이 새로운 변화와 혁신을 선호하고 추구하면서 문제를 해결하려는 노력이라는 점에서 기회와 창의성, 문제해결력이 기업가정신에 중요한 요인에 포함됨을 판단할 수 있다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 효과성 측정항목으로 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량으로 정하고, 기업가적 태도 하위항목으로 기회발견과 창의성 역량을, 창의성 역량의 세부지표로 창의적 문제해결능력, 협력적 의사소통능력, 혁신적 업무행동능력 선정하였다. 진로개발역량의 하위항목으로 진로설계, 개척정신을 정하였으며 진로설계의 세부지표로 자기탐색, 직업탐색, 직업가치관, 진로태도를, 개척정신의 세부지표로 차별화태도, 도전정신을 선정하였다. 이의 측정을 위해 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프로그램을 경기도 소재 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 10월까지 실시하였다. 본 연구결과로 기업가정신 함양 프로그램을 수강한 학생들이 교육을 통하여 어떠한 역량이 높아졌는지에 대한 검증이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 이러한 효과측정을 통하여 더 나은 교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 계기의 마련과 기업가정신 교육에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 기업가정신 교육의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
