우리나라는 도시의 집중화 현상이 점차 심화되고 있으며, 기후변화에 따른 기상 수문학적 영향으로 인해 집중호우, 홍수 등 수재해 증가, 가뭄으로 인한 물 부족 및 물 자급율 저하로 도시의 수원 다원화 및 재활용에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 최근들어 이러한 문제점을 인식하고 각 지자체 별 도시의 건전한 물순환을 회복시키기 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 서울시는 서울특별시 빗물관리 기본계획을 수립하였으며, 수원시는 2013년부터 레인시티를 본격적으로 도입하였고, 환경부는 5곳의 물순환 선도도시를 공모하여 선정하였다. 또한 한국토지주택공사에서는 LID 분산형 빗물관리 기준을 수립하여 지구단위계획지침에 토지이용별 빗물관리 기준을 명시 하였으며, K-water는 에코델타시티와 송산그린시티 개발사업을 수행하면서 도시개발부터 건전한 물순환체계를 유지하기 위하여 저영향개발 기법을 적극 활용하기 위한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수변도시 및 물순환 도시에 대하여 소개하고 수변도시, 물순환도시를 정의할 수 있는 여러 방향에 대한 고려사항을 제시하여 물순환 도시에서 검토되어야 할 사항을 확인하고자 하였다.

도시재생을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 시간 공간속성을 가진 지표데이터를 기반으로 한 종합적인 분석이 가능한 진단체계의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 진단체계 구축의 일환으로 도시 재생 대상지 선정 모듈을 개발하였다. 대상지 선정방식은 인구사회, 산업경제, 물리환경 부분별 진단지표 DB를 구축하고, 각 부문별 조건에 부합되는 지역을 선정하도록 하였다. 기준으로 설정된 조건 이외에 상세 분석을 위한 지표 조합방식을 도입하여 상세분석이 가능하도록 하였다.

U-City 건설은 도시의 과밀화 및 자원부족, 경제 사회적 급격한 변화 등으로 발생하게 되는 각종 도시문제들을 첨단정보통신기술을 활용하여 저비용, 고효율적인 해결방안으로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 신도시를 중심으로 유시티 건설을 추진 중인 많은 지방자치단체에서 무분별한 서비스 개발로 인해 유지보수 및 운영에 따른 어려움을 겪고 있고 사업시행자에게도 개발 비용부담을 가중시키고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 유시티 건설 사업에서 제기되고 있는 유시티 서비스 구축 범위에 대하여 여러 분류 및 적용 방법들을 제안하여 합리적인 유시티 서비스 건설기준 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

도시가스 배관에서 노출배관 위험요소에 대한 모니터링이 필요하나 현재는 인위적으로 사람에 의해 확인하거나 유선 기반의 감시 시스템이 존재한다. 이에 대한 제반 비용을 감소시키면서 무선 기반의 감시 인프라를 구축하기 위해 본 연구에서는 노출배관의 위험요소 중에서 가장 중용한 응력과 진동을 측정하고 CDMA 방식을 이용하여 모니터링 시스템에 전달해주는 시스템을 구축하며 실제 환경에서 시험환경(Test-bed)을 조성하여 대상 시설 및 설치 환경에 따라 최적화된 기기 및 인프라를 구축하는 것을 본 연구에서 기밸반된 도시가스 안전 유비쿼터스 인프라에 통합시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.

도시재생의 효율적인 정책수립 및 사업추진을 위해서는 여러 분야에서 제공되고 있는 다양한 정보 DB들을 연계하여 체계화된 도시재생 관련 정보를 제공할 수 종합정인 정보제공 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시쇠퇴의 진단을 바탕으로 재생 필요지역 추출, 지표 모니터링, 평가 등을 수행할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 관련 정보의 효율적인 유통 및 정보 피드백을 통해 도시재생 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 정보공유 포털 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The expected launching countries are selected based on the state and strategy of businesses undertaking by LH, then the legal systems for urban development of those countries are investigated and analyzed to be used as basic data for advancing to oversea urban development. The results are showing as follows. First, on the basis of the advancing priority, and the level and obtaining possibility of legal system for urban developments, Bangladesh, Thailand, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela are selected to be investigated among the countries of Central and South America and Asia to where expected to be advanced. Second, most of the selected countries establish and promote the national housing policies by their own National Housing Authority. For example, First-Home Policy and National Housing Development Strategy, etc. are established in Thailand, and National Housing Authority takes charge of the housing development for low-income bracket. Third, the laws and project procedures are investigated, then compared to the similar laws of Korea. The common "Land Allocation Act" is legislate in Bangladesh and Thailand, for example, "Land Allocation Act" and "Town and City Planning Act" are enacted in Thailand. On the other hand, the laws for urban and housing developments vary from country to country those are located in Central and South America. Meanwhile, it is verified that "Act on Planning and Use of National Territory" of Korea is similar to the "Town and City Planning Act" of Thailand.

The cost of remodeling parking lots of apartment houses accounts for about 20 percent of the total cost of remodeling. This means that when the remodeling cost of the underground parking lot is known, it becomes possible to estimate the total construction cost. The standard of estimation referenced when calculating the construction cost is difficult to apply to calculating the remodeling cost. Thus, a construction cost estimation model that reflects the characteristics of remodeling construction is necessary. This study developed a basic construction cost estimation model for expansion remodeling of underground parking lots of apartment houses that calculates the approximate cost of construction by reflecting the characteristics and design elements of remodeling. Based on literature review and consultation with experts, 37 activities of underground parking lot remodeling construction were derived. In order to enable calculation of approximate construction cost before the remodeling design drawing is finalized, the quantity calculation formula and unit price for each activity were presented. Based on expert advice, 13 factors that affect the increase in construction cost and weights of each factor were determined. As a result of applying three cases of remodeling complexes to the basic cost estimation model, the accuracy was confirmed to be 93 percent on average.

Entering the era of low growth due to changes in social and economic conditions, most cities across the country are actively promoting urban regeneration. Although urban regeneration is a project with huge national finances, a clear evaluation system has not yet been established. In order to ensure the sustainability of urban regeneration, it is necessary to secure the validity of urban regeneration policies and establish a reflux system to supplement the policies. The purpose of this study is to derive the limitations of the existing comprehensive performance evaluation and to develop an improved urban regeneration policy comprehensive performance evaluation technique based on spatial big data. The urban regeneration comprehensive performance evaluation technique differentiated the areas affected by the urban regeneration project and the surrounding areas based on the type of urban regeneration project and the presence or absence of large cities and middle cities. The effects of urban regeneration were quantitatively verified through relative comparison between the areas affected by urban regeneration projects and the surrounding areas of population, society, economy, industry, physical and environmental evaluation indicators.

Korean urban development cooperation is gradually expanding into Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region, but strategies to encourage domestic market players to participate are insufficient. This paper investigated the Colombian urban planning system, urban development projects, and Korean projects in Colombia, which leads to implications for international cooperation in LAC. This research, first, compares the national and regional urban planning systems of Colombian major cities, Bogotá and Medellín. Second, case studies are carried out with a land readjustment project, a Macro project for large-scale public rental housing supply, and urban development cooperation between Korea and Colombia. By doing so, the role and the directions for Korean urban development cooperation with LAC such as Colombia are discussed and proposed. The findings suggest, first, aid projects through Official Development Assistance (ODA) should establish urban networks in recipient countries. Second, it is necessary to understand the financing structure for urban development cooperation projects that are different from infrastructure projects. Third, the successful case of urban development cooperation should be demonstrated by making the development period and size optimal and manageable.
