도시환경은 다양한 형태로 발생되는 공해로 인해 악화되고 있으며 이러한 환경은 인간의 건강을 위협하며, 도시뿐 아니라 주변지역으로의 환경파괴를 가속시키고 있다. 도시 내에서 발생하는 탄산가스, 폐열 등의 인간에게 유해한 물질을 농업으로 전환시켜 농업생산에 이용하는 것은 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 도시내의 잉여 이산화탄소를 이용하여 식물을 생산하고 식물재배공간으로부터 나오는 신선한 공기를 인간이 이용하는 도시형 식물공장의 개념은 환경과 생산의 두 가지 측면을 가지고 있다. (중략)

최근 수도권에서는 지방공단 등으로 이전한 노후 공장 건축물을 철거한 자리에 '테크노타운', '벤처타운', 'IT타워', '디지털밸리', '테크노밸리' 등의 이름으로 아파트형 공장을 설립하고 있다. 아파트형 공장은 서울을 중심으로 수도권역에서 토지이용을 극대화가기 위한 집합 공장건물로서 중소기업체의 입지 해결 및 쾌적한 작업환경을 제공하고 도시근로자의 풍부한 노동력을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 공동 부대시설을 확보하여 공간효율의 극대화와 종업원의 복리후생이 개선되는 등의 중소기업 지원효과를 거두고 있다. 고층화, 집단화, 공동화를 주요 특징으로 하는 아파트형 공장에서 부속시설의 화재보험요율 적용에 관하여 생각해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to explore ways in the construction of Apartment-type factories in the public sector. Recently the markets of Apartment-type factories are driven by the private sector as high quality, high price and supply of in the form of office, these construction trends are different from the original aim of introduce policy of Apartment-type factories which supply production spaces in the city to small capital enterprises. We analyzed the architectural characteristics of Apartment-type factories in Korea, the prospect of their future construction trends and the survey results targeted to small enterprises. In the results of this survey, we grope for the direction for construct Apartment-type factories in the public sector. The Apartment-type factories constructed by the public sector are appropriate supply for manufacturing plants and sale rather than lease form to complement the private market. To optimize economically and functionally for manufacturing activities, the design space in the internal and external spaces is required in order to supply more affordable. Route design, especially considering parking, unloading and warehousing of merchandise, and logistics should be differentiated from the Apartment-type Factories constructed by private sector.

내일의 주거공간은 어떻게 달라질 것인가. 21세기는 해양을 끼고 새로운 생태도시가 건설되고 또 본격적인 해양개발시대를 맞아 5대양을 누비는 해상도시가 건설될 것이다. 인구 50만명이 상주하게 될 생태도시는 높이 5백m의 원형타워형 건물로 지상 1백25층, 지하 45층으로 지상은 식물생산공장, 지하는 50만명의 거주공간으로 모든 것을 자급하고 공해없는 미래형 도시를 이룰 것으로 본다. 또 세계 최초의 떠있는 해상도시는 상주인구 4만5천명 등 9만5천명을 수용하는 움직이는 인공섬으로 미국에서 10년 전부터 구상하고 있어 21세기에는 실현되어 5대양을 누비게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of industrialization and urbanization of Gwangyang Bay Region on the change of urban system and spatial structure between triangle-cities located in Gwangyang Bay, Yeosu City, Suncheon City, and Gwangyang City, one of the famous industrial zones in Korea. Large-scale development projects carried out by the central government in the Gwangyang Bay Region such as construction of the Second Oil Refinery in the mid-1960s, completion of the POSCO Gwangyang Steelworks in the mid-1980s, construction of the Gwangyang Port Container Terminal in 1987 and designation of the Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone in 2003, and EXPO 2012 Yeosu Korea, affected to changes of the urban system and spatial structure between triangle-cities in Gwangyang Bay Region. The above four-development projects transformed the urban and spatial structures between the three cities in the Gwangyang Bay Region from a mononuclear urban system centered on Suncheon to a network city system. Historically, Suncheon has served as an exclusive center in the eastern region of Jeonnam, including the Gwangyang Bay Region. However, the hosting of the 2012 Yeosu Expo Korea is reorganizing the three cities into a network-type spatial structure with the strengthening of connectivity and integration in the region. And this trend is expected to intensify in the future.

서울시의회가 도시계획 조례 개정안을 의결해 지난달 9일 본회의에서 최종 통과시켰다. 시내 준공업지역 내 공장 부지에 대해 최대 80%까지 아파트를 건설할 수 있도록 규제를 대폭 완화하는 내용이 주된 골자다. 대규모로 토지를 소유한 기업들을 위한 특혜라는 논란이 일고 있는 가운데, 이번 조치로 어떤 파급 효과가 미칠지 관심이 집중되고 있다.

Through this study, it is aimed to derive the policy direction considering the characteristics of the present Smart Factory, the industrial condition of Pohang area, and the promotion field. Secondly, the questionnaire data of the regional enterprises will prepare for the improvement of the industrial structure and the implications for efficiency, and preparation for regional preparation and industrial changes in preparation for the next generation of production revolution. The construction of Smart Factory in Pohang can be divided into two major directions. First, it is analyzed that smart factory pilot projects are highly needed, focusing on competitive medical precision manufacturing field among the SMEs in the region, primary metal and nonmetal manufacturing industries, and other machinery fields. In addition, local SMEs are willing to introduce smart factories for reasons of quality improvement and cost reduction, and it is confirmed that they will actively promote employee training and expertise if they can upgrade continuously.

Suburbs rural areas in the Capital region have been diversified by the influence of the Seoul and large cities for the last 10 years. This study aims to classify suburban rural areas and to analyze the differentiated characteristics of different types in order to propose more area-specific policy approach to suburban rural areas in the Capital region. Using the cluster analysis method, the suburban rural areas in the Capital region have been classified into four types; garden villages in rural areas, urbanization areas, agricultural-industrial mixed use areas, general rural areas. The result of this study shows that the four types of suburban rural areas are much differentiated one another in terms of internal characteristics and local dynamics and problems. In order to suburban rural sustainable development in the Capital region, the policy efforts should be address the area-specific problems and policy demand for each type of suburban rural areas.

국내에서 광산업은 별달리 주목을 받지 못해왔다. 그간 광산업은 시장도 작고 돈은 별로 못벌지만 그래도 미래의 어느 시점에는 대박을 터뜨릴 가능성이 있는 ‘미래 지향성 사업’으로 분류돼 온 실정이었다. 현재 광산업은 21세기 초고속 정보화 사회의 기반 산업으로 인식되면서 광주첨단산업단지가 광산업을 이끄는 일번지가 되고 있다. 광주 첨단산업단지는 ‘광산업 중심지대’라는 명성에 걸맞게 광산업 관련 연구기관과 대학, 기업체들이 속속 자리를 잡으면서 ‘광산업 클러스터’의 면모를 갖춰 나가고 있다. 그간 지역적으로도 광주는 대기업 공장은 찾아보기 힘들 정도로 제조업 기반이 취약한 가운데 전형적인 소비형 도시로 성장해와 지역경제 활성화를 위해서 ‘광산업 클러스터’에 대해 거는 기대는 남다르다.
