The objective of this study is to empirically verify the relationship between the image of politicians, political belief agreement, and voting intention recognized through YouTube content, centering on the 4·7 Seoul Mayor's Election. A survey was conducted on voters in their 20s or older living in Seoul, and the following main results were derived. First, among the factors of politician image, morality, leadership, and administrative power were found to have a significant positive effect on political belief agreement. Second, it was found that the consensus of political beliefs with politicians had a significant positive effect on voters' voting intentions. Third, it was found that among the factors of politician image, political ability and communication ability had a directly significant positive effect on voting intention. Fourth, it was found that politicians' morality, leadership, and administrative power all had a significant effect on voters' voting intentions through political consensus. The significance of this study is that this study identified the factors of politician image on political belief agreement and voter voting intention by applying the relationship between politician image, political belief agreement, and voter voting intention to YouTube content.

The background and objective of this study are as follows. Gwangheemun, one of the 4 small gates of Seoul Castle is a space to represent ordinary people and it is a valuable cultural heritage that shows the process of technical transition of fortification technology during Chosun Dynasty. It is a place that we can expect to play a role as a field where history and culture mix and communicate together. But currently, the environment and facilities around Gwangheemun have fallen behind and become old, so they need to be reorganized as their local feature is not shown distinctly. We need to vitalize the new traditional space that shows local feature. This study has drawn out the method, contents and the result of study like as follows. This study aims to establish an identity based on the historical and cultural backgrounds and suggest the contents to vitalize the space of Gwangheemun as a traditional cultural heritage. By this, this study aims to create a historical and cultural space where people can enjoy, eat and look around. Therefore, based on the historical and cultural feature, it gives an identity as moonlight street, and it has developed and suggested 5 contents to vitalize space: Gwangheemun maintenance, plan, castle restoration plan, village inside the castle, village outside the castle and fashion art street. Contents to vitalize space has a meaning as a specific developmen method of urban restoration, and we can expect to be used as a direction to develop the area to enhance the cultural quality of life of both inhabitants and visitors by forming the brand identity of surrounding area with traditional cultural heritage.

This study is aimed at discussing the possibility of content production, utilization and expansion, focusing on the exhibition case of Danwon Art Museum run by Ansan Cultural Foundation. In 1991, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism named Ansan as the City of Danwon since it is believed to be the hometown of Danwon Kim Hong-do (1745~?), a painter of the late Joseon Dynasty and a well-known master of genre painting. As a result, Ansan is making various efforts to utilize Danwon Kim Hong-do for its unique resource through internal and external business such as the creation of Danwon Sculpture Park, the operation of Danwon Art Museum, and the planning of Danwon Kim Hong-do Festival. However, the biggest problem with Ansan is that there are not many collections of Kim Hong-do. Ansan has owned a total of six works as of May this year: a deer and a boy, flowers and a bird, A view of clouds on the water, Daegwallyeong, Yeodongbin, A way to Singwangsa. Accordingly, Danwon Contents Center has set up a vision to systematically collect, preserve, and display various visual and artistic materials related to Kim Hong-do, offering high-quality information based on digital data. In other words, it is a complex cultural information agency of One-Source Multi-Use, which combines the functions of libraries, archives and art galleries so that visitors' desire is satisfied. It reflects the contemporary trend of overcoming the limitations of the ancient paintings and satisfying the role and function of the art museum. From the opening of the Danwon Contents Hall, the original work of Kim Hong-do has been interpreted and produced as media contents or recreated as a new form of art by modern artists. Exhibition using technologies such as touch screen and 'deep zoom' helps visitors to heighten their experience of the archives and get inside the world of the genius painter.

DVD(Digital Versatile Disk)에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있다. DVD가 현재 침체기에 있는 PC시장을 활성화시킬 수 있는 구세주로 등극할 것으로 예상되면서다. 최근 시장조사기관 IDC와 일본 파이오니어의 공동 보고서에 의하면 DVD와 관련된 홈 시어터, DVD 레코딩, 비디오 편집 분야가 PC 시장의 새로운 변수로 작용하고 있다. DVD롬 드라이브를 통한 DVD영화 시청은 물론, 직접 캠코더로 촬영한 동영상을 편집하고 DVD로 굽는 일련의 작업을 PC를 통해 수행하는 소비자들이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다는 얘기다. 이에 따라 관련업계의 움직임이 바빠지고 있다. 특히 DVD 관련 업체들의 DVD 표준 규격 확보를 위한 경쟁은 전쟁을 방불케하고 있다. 현재 마쓰시타, 소니, 도시바, HP, 삼성, LG 등 주요 광 드라이브 업체들이 DVD-R/RW, DVD-RAM, DVD+R/RW 등 각기 다른 차세대 기록형 DVD 규격을 놓고 경쟁하고 있다. 표준 규격을 거머쥐는 쪽이 향후에 전개될 차세대 DVD 시장을 주도할 것으로 예상되기 때문이다. 본 고에서는 현재 제기되고 있는 기록형 DVD 표준화 동향을 중심으로 차세대 DVD시장을 진단해본다.

GongJu is a historical city. There has been scattered Baekje, Chosun and modern cultural heritages in GongJu. Cultural heritages in Baekje is simply preserved in their current condition. Chosun and modern cultural heritages have left their traces only, so that faded from the memory of the world. We must not lose the historical interconnectedness that is created by these heritages. This study is to analyze the architectural culture contents and its practical use program in urban side, and search for the strategy. The purpose of this study is as follows: The first is to retrieve the scattered heritages according to the age and area(as a spot). The second is to improve the street landscape through the linear linkage connecting from spot to spot.(as a line) The last is to create the image of historical city through the regional development.(as an area)

가상 현실을 요하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠, DC-Title, 게임기등의 멀티미디어에서는 고급 장비의 사용 없이 2개의 스피커를 이용하여 3차원 효과를 들을 수 있는 입체 음향 기법이 활용된다. 2채널 3D오디오 방식에 있어서 위치음 효과는 머리전달함수(HRTF)를 사용하여 얻을 수 있다. 콘볼루션을 이용하는 기존의 방식들은 많은 계산량과 HRTP DB 저장을 위한 큰 메모리 용량을 요구한다. 따라서 실시간 구현이 어려울 뿐 아니라 고속 DSP를 사용해야 하는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 주파수 영역 분석법의 하나인 MDCT를 이용함으로써 계산량을 줄임과 도시에 HRTP DB의 데이터 양도 줄인다. 결과적으로 실시간 처리가 가능할 뿐 아니라 저속 DSP를 사용하여 구현 가능하게 함으로써 저가로 구현 할 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 기존 제품들 중 스펙트럼 분석법을 이용한 오디오 압축 장치에 활용될 수 있는데 예를 들면 MP3/AAC/WMA Player에 적용하여 3차원 입체 음향을 구현 할 수 있다.

자전거 인구가 증가함에 따라 4대강, 한강 등 10대 자전거 거점도시를 중심으로 인프라가 구축되고 있다. 이러한 인프라로 급속히 성장된 자전거 인구가 약 1,000만 명 에 이르지만, 이러한 유저간의 정보제공 및 정보공유를 뒷받침 해줄 복합적인 콘텐츠가 부족한 실정이다. 하여 본 연구에서는 정보기술로 급속하게 성장하고 있는 스마트폰과 SNS을 기반으로 하여 자전거 노선 공유, 거리 및 속도 분석, 자전거 모임 제공, 여행지 공유 등을 서로 공유하고 제공할 수 있는 자전거 문화 활성화 서비스를 구현하였다.

Now, our urban space is composed of all kinds of sculptures that lost its individual charm in trend flows and street furniture standardized by the integrated design of standardized franchises and similar architectures per each region and autonomous districts. This study was to introduce the concept called the 'community furniture' in the urban environment that there is no an identity of the regional culture and a sense of place because of the mostly similar street environment. The purpose of this study is to propose the concept called the 'community furniture' referred to as public facilities that imply specific identities of some regions that have became the community art expanded into necessary facilities of urban composition as bus shelter's universal convenience and functionality have been preferentially handled and its regional identities are reflected. For doing this, this study fulfilled application alternatives of community furniture design's basic principles after examining the storytelling process of local cultural heritages and analyzing domestic and foreign cases of bus shelters. Results of this study are as follows. First, convergent synergy effects in information and culture and art sectors could be expected as bus shelters visually deliver storytelling factors that imply locally related images. Second, space and place's characteristics and sustainable design concepts embody local characteristics. They can suggest directions for vitalizing urban environment designs by being in harmony with surrounding environments. Third, it is expected that realizing distinctive places is possible as bus shelters with local communities' aesthetic consciousness and regionality are composed of new street spaces.

As a case study, this paper aims to analyze the outcome of culture projects that are, like the building project of culture city, comprehensively funded by integrating individual projects with various purposes. Considering that there is no assessment indicators on the performance of culture city building project, it tries to propose and analyze indicators for evaluating the outcome, influence, and effect of the project, by taking into account social, cultural, and economical effect. The analysis result demonstrates the building project of specialized region in culture has bigger income effect than the construction project of cultural facilities or cultural voucher program. Because income growth leads to consumption growth, a project type with bigger income effect has more influence on industrial growth. In other words, the study shows that comprehensive funding projects, by integrating programs related to cultural citizens, cultural programs, and cultural space, is more effective for sustainable cultural development of a region. And it means the way of government assistance for cultural projects does need to change from individual project-based to comprehensive funding project-based.

This study aimed to evaluate the awareness of conservation areas and green resources and analyze their characteristics by utilizing accumulated blog data created for specific places and objects. Among all the conservation areas and resources located in the Seoul metropolitan area, places that can be evaluated were classified, and sites were evaluated by dividing them into ten categories based on the number of blog posts written. As a result of the study, the users' awareness of forests was the highest, and the awareness of conservation areas and green resources was higher in urban areas than suburban areas. The result shows that the conservation areas and green resources located around the metropolitan area serve as natural tourist destinations while being the object of conservation for users. In addition, these results are in the same vein as the research results in domestic and foreign studies on the importance of ecosystem services in urban areas. Unlike existing research methods, this study is meaningful in that it identified the level of user awareness through social media analysis and applied it to evaluating conservation areas and green resources. It can be used as basic data to prepare a management plan considering public interest and awareness or to establish a development plan to increase awareness. In addition, the cumulative amount of blog content used in the study is meaningful in that it can identify and monitor users' interest in the space. However, it was not possible to examine the contents of each blog in detail because it was evaluated based on the amount of social media content. In addition, in the case of conservation areas and green resources, it is necessary to review and supplement the evaluation contents by adding keyword analysis and content analysis for the site to be evaluated as content other than the pure viewpoint of users may be mixed with development issues.
