Disasters are linked with some attributes of modern society in diversity, complexity and unpredictability, so various approach and remedies of them will appease the nation's anxiety upon them. For this reason, in this paper we review the building plans and its application and its application Province pros and cons of intelligent video surveillance analysis system for social security, the future proposed service is the safety of people while performing a comprehensive urban traffic control functions as a video monitoring system for social security and to ensure, to prevent crime and accidents, it is to crack down on criminal offenses in advance expected to protect the property of citizens and public facilities.

Measured values of solar radiation data have a characteristic that they change almost by the minute, so original data can be massive. Therefore, we need to construct a database which stores and manages history data of solar radiation data systematically. A study of an estimation method of the future change trend is also required. In this paper, we present a data structure in order to store history data of solar radiation data and propose an estimation method for the change trend of solar radiation that applies to a time-series decomposition method. Also, we present the results of experiments based on measured data from 20 domestic cities in Korea.

Ubiquitous cities are constructing for an emphasis on the citizen service, though the effective land management and promoting industry. In domestic, researches on infra and technologies are doing actively. However, researches on the service and space are lack. Also, provided services are do not reflected citizen's needs and overlap overlapped with same or similar service. In this paper, we provide citizen-friendly service model and the order of priority. So, ripple effect on the introduction of service maximize and overcome propriety of the result.

세계 및 한국경제의 성장과 함께 항공운송 시장의 급속한 확대에 따라 대한민국에서의 국제항공 운송 수요는 꾸준히 증가하게 됨에 따라 한국의 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포국제공항의 수용능력은 한계에 이르게 되었다. 따라서 정부는 김포국제공항을 대체할 인천국제공항을 건설하여 운영하는 한편 김포국제공항에는 한국 중국 일본의 수도를 포함한 몇몇 도시를 연결하는 근거리 중심의 국제선이 취항하게 되면서 공항운영에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 형성하게 되었다. 대한민국의 수도 서울의 항공교통을 위한 공항이 제한적이지만 복수공항 체계로 운영되면서 인천공항과 김포공항을 이용하는 항공여객은 공항 이용 시 선택의 기회가 주어지면서 공항운영자는 여객의 공항선택에 영향을 주는 요소에 관심이 점차 증대되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 항공여객의 항공사 선택에 관한 연구는 많이 이루지고 있으나 항공여객의 공항선택에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정임을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공여객의 공항선택에 미치는 속성이 무엇이고 속성에 따른 중요도와 만족도를 측정하여 공항운영자의 공항운영과 활성화 전략수립에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 김포공항 국제선 이용객을 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IPA 분석과 GAP분석 및 경로분석 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.

To a developing country, the advancement of economic status through informatization is an important element contributing to the local society, nation, and to the global world. This research paper is a study on application of Korea's local informatization successful model to Indonesia. Through activated interaction between enterprises and policy makers from Korea and Indonesia, the research paper seeks to create research based network and provide opportunities of information access and business matching to local informatized and e-business enterprises. In research adopted regions, Indonesia's pekalongan region where infra is settled to certain extent by city development project is selected. Therefore, investigating on pekalongan's current geographical, humanistic status quo, and infra, the paper suggest a road map to customized pekalongan's local informatization based on Korean local informatizing successful model.

도시 속 상업 공간에서는 공간적 위치에 따른 지리적 이점이나 판매하는 상품뿐만 아니라, 해당 공간 속에서 소비자가 느낄 수 있는 문화와 감성이 소비자가 소비를 유하게 하는 중요한 요소가 되기도 한다. ICT 서비스 환경이 자리를 잡아 감과 동시에 제4차 산업 혁명이 도래하고 있는 현대 정보화 환경 속에서 소비자들은 자신의 심리나 감성, 정서에 들어맞는 공간에 방문하며 소비하고 SNS를 통해 공유한다. SNS는 Social Network Service의 줄임말로 너무나 일반적으로 우리 일상에 들어와 있는 개념이다. SNS의 시작은 마케팅의 한 분야로 시작된 것으로 판단된다. SNS를 이용한 홍보마케팅은 21세기에 접어들면서 고객들의 주관적인 개개인의 욕구 충족과 감성을 중시하게 됨으로써 예전보다 더 복합적이며 정교해졌다. 본 연구는 SNS 데이터를 블로그, 카페, 페이스북, 인스타그램에서 지역 명칭을 키워드로 1년간 콘텐츠를 크롤링하며, 형태소 분석기를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 데이터 전처리 작업을 한다. 마지막으로 딥러닝 알고리즘인 RNN 중 LSTM을 사용하여 감성 분석 학습 모델을 만들어서 지역별 콘텐츠의 주요분야, 긍/부정을 판별한다. 이렇게 분석한 데이터를 이용해 각 지역만의 특색과 인기 분야, 비인기 분야, 더 나아가 유망한 분야를 알아본다.

2018년 현재 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 계산과학공학 플랫폼 기반으로 온라인 시뮬레이션이 가능한 EDISON(EDucation-research Integration through Simulation On the Net) 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 해당 플랫폼 서비스는 7개 전문분야(전산의학, 전산설계, 전산열유체, 구조동역학, 계산화학, 나노물리, 도시환경)의 학생 및 연구자들이 학습 및 시뮬레이션을 실행하고 결과를 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 하지만 EDISON 플랫폼은 시뮬레이션 서비스에 초점을 맞춰 개발과 서비스를 제공했기 때문에 국내외 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) 서비스들에 비해 아직 교육 콘텐츠가 부족하다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 계산과학공학 플랫폼에 교육 콘텐츠를 체계적으로 제공하기 위한 커리큘럼 서비스를 설계 및 제안하였다.

As the complexity of urban growth out of people with disabilities are subject to many restrictions. In particular, visually impaired people are not allowed to perceive objects as well as objects around the environment, it suffers from a number of outdoor activities to environmental challenges. But the outdoors environment of the current domestic reality is lacking a lot of facilities to assist the activities of people with disabilities, including the visually impaired. In this paper, we propose a navigation system to help the visually impaired in outdoor activities. The proposed system was applied to test the Jeungpyeong campus of Korea National University of Transportation for the exam.

Currently, museums and architectural heritage provide augmented user experiences by incorporating various media technologies. They still, however, suffer from the limitation of entertainment-based and the provision of location-based simple and repetitive contents. In addition, while acting as a key medium of experience for architectural heritage, the concept of space is not properly reflected in current services. The purpose of this study is to design user space experience considering such characteristics of architectural heritage. The spatial experience content and content production platform are defined. This software platform creates content that enhances the experience of the place by giving a context-based digital data associated with space and objects. The spatial experience content is designed as a series of experience sequences. The composition of the sequence borrows the method of film and narrative which segment and connect consecutive experiences on a scene basis considering user's detailed spatial experience. Therefore, content components can be combined and reproduced in various types. Augmented contents were extracted by using rule-based reasoning function of ontology at the moment. As a practical example of architectural heritage, the Seokjojeon Hall is used to reveal a spatial experience scenario.
