본 연구는 아파트의 시대별 평면도의 변화를 분석하는 연구로서 대전광역시 소재 중형아파트를 주요 도시개발계획으로 시기를 구분하여 시대별 아파트의 평면도를 분석하였다. 이 연구로 다음 세 가지 결론을 얻어낼 수 있었다. 첫째, 전용면적 $85m^2$ 아파트에서는 30여 년간 동일한 구성을 보인다. 둘째, 2bay에서 3bay 구조로 변화되었으며 일조량과 조망권을 중시하는 현대 소비자의 요구를 받아들인 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 화장실의 위치가 변화하였고, 서비스 면적이 많이 증가했다. 다양하게 사용할 수 있는 넓은 서비스 면적을 원하는 소비자의 요구에 맞추어 변화되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

현재 GIS의 수치화된 지형정보(DEM, TIN)를 기반으로 하는 가시권분석 방법은 현재 택지개발, 산불예방, 도시계획, 경관계획 등의 여러 분야에서 광범위하고 보편적으로 사용되고 있는바, 본 연구에서는 명승지 내부의 경로를 따라 예비조망점을 설정하고 GIS가시권 분석 후 현장검토를 함으로써 GIS가시권분석을 이용한 조망점 선정의 유용성 여부를 분석하였다. 분석결과 명승지내의 옛길에 대한 가시권분석결과와 현지검토 결과가 대부분 일치하는 것으로 나타나 명승지내의 경관자원발굴과 현상변경을 제한하는 타당성 있는 근거를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

도시 $CO_2$발생량의 대부분을 차지하는 건축분야 중 기존의 노후 된 건축물들이 대부분을 차지한하며 현재 정부는 기존건축물 그린리모델링 지원 정책을 계속하여 수립중이다. 그린리모델링이란, 친환경적 건축물을 만들기 위해 에너지성능향상 및 효율개선이 필요한 기존건축물의 성능을 개선하는 것을 말한다. 그린리모델링 프로세스 정립 목적은 비전문가 또는 전문가에게 그린리모델링 실시 여부 판단 및 방향설정, 비용 판단, 운영 방안 등의 가이드라인을 제공하고 이를 통해 시장 및 수요자 기반 그린리모델링 활성화에 있다.

The objectives of this research are to test the utility of semiparametric geographically weighted regression (SGWR, a spatial analysis method) in the small-scale urban sample, and to understand the geographic patterns of provision and pricing of sharing economy based accommodations in the tourist city. This paper focused on how network distance to heritage site, to casino, residential unit prices and other five attribute categories determine Airbnb price in Macau SAR, China. Findings show that SGWR models outperformed OLS models. Moreover, comparing with heritage sites, casinos are the stronger factors to drive up Airbnb (including hostels) rooms' provision and their prices; and residential unit prices are not related with the Airbnb price in the attraction clusters in Macau. This research showed a little example for the applications of SGWR in the small city, and for the analysis of online marketplace data as new urban study material. Practically, this study provides some scientific evidence for hosts, guests, urban planners, and policymakers' decision making in Macau.

오늘날 관광업은 나날이 한 도시의 중요한 경제 수입 업종이 되고 있으며, 관광업은 지방의 경제 발전에 대체적인 작용을 한다. 사인시스템에서 중요한 공공시설로서, 없어서는 안 되는 작용을 하고 있다. 관람객들은 사인시스템을 통해 목적지를 찾는 데 필요한 시간을 단축할 수 있고, 관광지에 대한 전반적인 인상도 높일 수 있다. 고대 고성 안내 사인시스템에 대한 연구와 완벽을 통해서 옛 고성로 하여금 더욱 좋은 개발 기회를 얻게 하다. 이곳을 찾은 사람들이 역사와 문화에 대해 더 잘 알게 해 준다고 말했다. 본 논문의 연구 대상은 중국 남북의 역사문화관광지 중에서 선발한 AAAA급 이상의 관광지이다. 본 연구의 연구 대상으로 선정된 4개 관광지는 리장고성, 관도고성, 선양고궁. 첫째, 관련 문헌을 통해 사인디자인과 관련된 요소를 파악, 이들 요소를 바탕으로 설문 조사의 관련 문항을 제작했다. 둘째, 관광지마다 현장조사를 하고 관련 사진을 수집해 설문조사의 기초 자료로 활용했다. 네 개의 관광지의 사인시스템에 대해 설문조사를 실시하다. 셋째, 설문조사 결과를 집계한다.

인터넷을 통해 주위 사물과 연결된 차량은 사용자에게 편리성을 제공하기 위해 다양한 콘텐츠를 요구하는데 클라우드로부터 가져오는 시간이 비교적 오래 걸리기 때문에 차량과 물리적으로 가까운 위치에 캐싱하는 기법들이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기반 시설이 밀집하게 설치된 도시 환경에서 maximum distance separable(MDS) 코딩을 사용해 road side unit(RSU)에 캐싱하는 방법에 대해 연구하였다. RSU의 중복된 서비스 커버리지 지역을 고려하여 차량의 콘텐츠 요구에 대한 RSU hit ratio를 높이기 위해 deep Q-learning(DQN)를 사용하였다. 실험 결과 비교 알고리즘보다 hit raito 측면에서 더 높은 성능을 보이는 것을 증명하였다.

Resently, We suggested u-Korea strategy to manage and develop a nation based on national ubiquitous technology using mobile.. therefore many a local self-governing body is writing out u-City construction plan to build most suitable future city in oneself environment. In this paper, after analyze tendency and character of ubiquitous related plans, it makes a plan international youth digital film festival based on ubiquitous technology in jinju. And it suggest strategy of digital film or game industry on a department of digital contents industry. also, an opportunity this paper propose research scheme of early level for u-Jinju of city-farm composition supported ubiquitous service in all the jinju area.

먹거리 안전에 대한 우려가 커져가면서, 무엇을 먹을 것인지 식료품을 어떻게 구매할 것인지에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 미국에서 2000년 중반부터 생겨난 신조어인 '로카보어 (locavore)'는 이와 같은 현상을 반영한 것이다. 이 용어는 지역이라는 의미의 '로컬(local)'과 먹는다는 뜻의 'vore'에서 파생된 것으로서 '지역에서 생산된 음식을 먹는 사람'이라는 의미를 가지고 있다. 건강에 좋은 음식을 소비하기 위한 적절한 장치로 로카보어 운동은 여러 가지 방식으로 음식 공급 체계를 유지할 수 있다. 농촌경제는 이어지는 FTA체결 등 시장 개방의 압력으로 인해 쇠퇴 일로에 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 보면 지금은 지역농업을 살리기 위한 보다 효과적이고 실질적인 대응책을 개발할 시점이다. 따라서 로카보어 운동을 활성화함으로써 농촌 공동체는 사회적 결속을 강화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역경제 활성화를 꾀할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 경기도 포천을 로카보어 운동의 한국형 모델로 선정하였다. 이는 포천이 서울과 근접해 있으며 관광객들이 자주 찾는 관광콘텐츠가 지역에 산재해 있을 뿐만 아니라 도 농복합도시로서 다수의 농장과 경작지로 구성되어있기 때문에 인근 대도시의 농축산물 수요를 충족할 수 있는 충분한 농축산물 산지라는 것이 장점이다. 이러한 측면에서 포천은 품질 좋은 지역의 농축산물의 공급처로서 '농축산 플랫폼(agro-platform)'의 구축을 체계화함으로써, 한국형 로카보어 운동의 중추적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

레스페스트 디지털 영화제(www.resfest.co.kr)가 지난해 11월 29일부터 12월 5일까지 연세대 백주년 기념관에서 열렸다. 레스페스트 디지털영화제는 최신 디지털 영화를 미국, 유럽, 일본 등의 주요 도시를 순회하며 소개하는 영화제로 지난 2000년 한국에서 처음 열린 이후 3회째를 맞고 있다. 지난 행사에서는 국내 공모에서 뽑힌 39편을 포함 전세게 250편의 장,단편 지지털 영화 '영화같은 인생','운수없는 날', '감독클럽' 등 19개 섹션에 걸쳐 소개됐다. 개막작으로는 크리스커닝햄 감독의 뮤직 비디오 단편들을 모은 크리스 커닝햄 특별전이 상영되었고, 폐막작은 비트박스의 역사와 뮤지션들의 일상을 담은 음악 다큐멘터리 <브레스 컨트롤>이 선정됐다.

Lately, the Korean Government has gradually expanded participation by local residents who are users of the area in the smart city project for the construction of region specialization smart city service (hereinafter called "Smart Service") and the enhancement in the citizen's awareness. However, due to the lack of information on smart service-related technology, there has been a limitation in getting the specific opinion of citizens in the process of designing the Smart Service. In this study, reports made by 4 four local governments which were selected for implementation of 2019 "Smart Town Challenge Projects" were reviewed to diagnose the actualization level of the smart service suggested by citizens through the living lab. The analysis results show that though the smart service plan was established by using diverse design thinking methodology through the living lab, there was a limitation in having citizens design the specific functions of the smart service. So, this study suggests the function issue card technique which can be used by modulating and freely combining four elements such as information collection, processing, supplying method and technique of the smart service and the service contents. This function issue card technique was directly applied to the living lab of the smart city project to verify its effectiveness. It was found that through this technique, citizens can combine the functions and contents of the smart service to materialize smart services at the level of detailed functions. The function issue card technique suggested in this study is expected to contribute to the actualization of opinions for the role of citizens as co-creators in solving local problems in the citizen participation type smart city plan in the future, thus helping the design of the regional specialization smart service.
