Recently, cultural urban regeneration is emerging as a topic of cultural tourism. This study aims to understand the effect of brand experience on integrity, re-visit intention focus on the case of culture-led urban regeneration visitor. Therefore, in this study, we selected GuCheng, which is a representative successful case of cultural tourism in China, and we surveyed people who had visited ancient China's foetus. The results of path coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing determined that sensory experience, affective experience, intellectual experience positively impacted integrity. And the significant effect of affective experience, intellectual experience has been found on re-visit intention. The moderation effect of nostalgia has been investigated and the results revealed that nostalgia has significant moderation effect among brand experience, integrity and re-visit intention. Our research findings offer insights for GuCheng culture-led urban regeneration. And this study investigated Chinese visitor, which could offer theoretical implication for future study.

24-hour monitoring is required to maintain the city's lifeline function in the underground facility for public utilities. And it is necessary to develop technology to exchange the shortage of human resources. It is difficult to reflect the specificity of underground space management in general management methods. This study proposes underground facility for public utilities digital twin system requirements. The concept of space is divided into physical space and virtual space, and the physical space constitutes the type and layout of the sensor that is the basis for the construction of the multimodal image sensor system, and the virtual space constitutes the system architecture. It also suggested system functions according to the task. It will be effective in preventing disasters and maintaining the lifeline function of the city through the digital twins.

This study analyzed the inflow factors of Yangjae Citizen's Forest Park using social big data generated online. To this end, the applicability of the emotional information analysis method is to be confirmed as a method of analyzing the perception of the city park and confirming the difference in the characteristics and use of the park. The analysis is based on big data, and as the core of the study is keyword network analysis, the methodology of the 'emotional information analysis method' patented by the author was applied. As a result of the analysis, among the influx factors of Yangjae Citizens' Forest recognized by citizens, the most positive emotional factor was derived as a factor related to 'park contents', and the negative emotional factor was derived as a factor related to 'park management'. These research results suggest that more in-depth program development and operation are needed to discover 'park contents' when implementing urban park revitalization support projects in the future

Reform vs. Public Choice framework has long been a primary pattern for the debate on Organization of Government in Metropolitan Areas (OGMA). As one of the significant theoretical issues in contemporary Public Administration, the framework has reached at the state of intellectual impasse in that there seemed no decisive winner between the two camps[1]. In order to break this unentertaining balance, the article tries to reconstruct a theoretical conflation, a conceptual logic embedded in the conventional dichotomy. Moreover the result can help us start to imagine a system-like functioning of polycentric arrangement of local polities within a metropolitan region.

3차원 건설환경의 디지털기반의 가시화는 도시계획 및 통신계획, 건설, 건축, 입체적인 도시공간정보시스템 구현, 안전 및 방재 등에서 많은 필요와 그 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 건설현장의 환경정보의 사전분석에 의하여 USN의 구성과 실시간 정보취득의 장점을 활용하여 기존의 항공사진과 DEM의 매칭에 의한 3D지형공간에 온도, 습도, 조도, 적외선량, GPS위치, 이산화탄소량 등의 환경정보를 실시간으로 원하는 장소와 시간에서 획득하여 이를 모바일 스마트폰으로 연결함으로서 새로운 건설환경정보를 사전에 분석할 수 있도록 하였다.

스마트 시티에 제공되는 서비스는 기반 서비스와 특화 서비스로 나뉜다. 그 중 특화 서비스는 도시의 목적과 특성에 맞게 제공이 되는 서비스이다. 특화 서비스의 경우 각 지방자치단체에서 제공 계획을 만들고 제공을 하게 된다. 그러면 하나의 스마트 시티가 완성이 되고 생활을 하게 되면서 제공했던 서비스가 지방 자치 단체의 운영 관리의 문제 때문에 제공되는 서비스에 대한 만족도, 체감도는 낮은 것으로 보여진다. 따라서 수 많은 서비스 중 어떤 서비스가 제공 되어야 하는지를 결정을 해야 하고, 재정상 문제가 있을 경우 서비스 우선순위를 결정 하여 순차적으로 제공을 하는 것이 중요한 부분이라고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스마트 시티 서비스 중 특화 서비스를 대상으로 기존 스마트 시티 서비스에 대한 만족 및 선호와 잠재 수요자의 선호서비스를 조사를 하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 현재 제공이 되고 있는 서비스와 선호 서비스의 차이점을 조사 및 분석을 하고, 기존 연구되어진 논문과 서비스 우선순위를 비교 분석을 하여, 향후 스마트 시티의 특화 서비스의 제공에 관한 계획을 할 때, 어떤 서비스 선정 결정을 하는데 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다.

우리나라의 가구 구조는 2010년을 기점으로 1인가구로 급격하게 변화하기 시작했다. 특히 도시지역에서 1-2인 가구가 현저하게 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 우리나라 도시지역의 주거문화도 아파트 중심에서 다양한 형태의 공간이 만들어 지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 1인 가구를 대상으로 지어진 소형주택의 사례조사 연구이다. 문헌조사와 정보검색, 사례조사를 통해 소형주택의 개념과 유형을 살펴보고 한국의 소형주택 사례와 유렵과 일본의 사례를 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 소형주택의 소요가 증가하고 있으며 대부분의 소형주택은 효율적인 공간을 위해 스킵플로어의 형태로 지어지는 경우가 많았다. 이에 본 연구는 소형주택의 개념과 사례를 살펴보고 향후 소형주택 계획의 기초자료로서 의의를 둔다.

핵 가족화, 고령화가 가속화되고 도시 독거노인 및 독신인구가 급증합에 따라, 외로움과 소외감을 극복하고 또 다른 형태의 가족적 유대감을 얻기 위하여 반려동물, 반려인들이 날로 증가하고 있다. 반려동물 문화는 급격히 발전하고 있는데 반해, 이를 지탱할 수 있는 사회나 문화적 의식과 공공 기반시설의 질적수준은 초기 단계수준이다. 반려견 소유자와 일반인들 사이에 갈등이 발생하여 관련 제도나 법에 대해 논란이 되고 있다. 갈등과 논란을 해소하며 반려동물 문화 발전에 기여하고자 본 연구는 도시 내 반려인 전용 주거 시설의 개념과 역할, 공동 주거 시설로서의 사회적 필요성을 고찰하고, 새로운 공동 집합 주거 공간의 방향을 제안한다.
