회야강 하구 주변의 지형변화(진하 해수욕장을 중심으로)

  • 진하 해수욕장은 부산에서 약 40km 정도 동해안도로를 거슬러 올라가면 경남 울주군 진하리에 위치한 조그마한 자연해변의 해수욕장이다. 해수욕장의 동쪽에서는 회야천이 흘러 들어오고, 이 하천의 3km 상류지점에는 댐을 축조하여 온산공단 및 주변지역의 생활용수를 공급하고 있다. 어울려서, 쾌적한 위락시설 단지로서는 최적이라고 생각된다. 현재 이 해안은 매년 침식이 진행되면서 해수욕을 할 수 있는 해변 공간이 줄어들고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이 해안을 보전하기 위해서 관청과 주민들은 많은 심혈을 기울이고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 조사단은 1987년부터 해마다 수침측량을 실시하여 해수욕장의 지형변화를 조사하고 있다. 특히 이 해수욕장의 사빈은 몇년전 부터, 침식형의 사빈으로 변화되어 매년 많은 모래가 유실되는 현상이 발생하고 있어, 관청 및 주민들의 관심을 집중시키고 있다. 따라서, 금년에도 울주군청에서는 회야강 하구에 생성된 사주를 준설하여 준설된 모래를 해수욕장에 인공적으로 투입하여 양빈을 실시하고 있는 실정이다. 이 작업은 하구폐색의 문제를 해결할 뿐만 아니라 선박의 운행에도 큰 도움을 주고 있다. 이러한 작업은 기초해안 자료를 충분히 검토된 상태에서 실시되어야 한다. 그러치 못할 경우는 인위적으로 투입된 모래는 파랑에 의해서 다시 심해방향이나, 해안류를 따라서 다시 하구로 밀려오는 현상이 일어 날 것이다. 본 연구는 회야강 하구의 지형변화와 진하 해수욕장의 사빈의 변화를 정확히 파악하고져 단기간 동안 심천 측량을 실시한 결과를 이용하여 기존이론으로 해석한 결과를 제시함을 목적으로 한다.고 동시에 광 스트레스에 대한 저해를 감소시키는 것으로 보인다. 있다. 청주권의 무심천도 계획상은 대청댐의 물을 공급 받을수도 있도록 되어 있으나 현실상으로 상수도 원수로서의 공급마저도 매년 심한 원수 수질 문제(5-6월, 10월경의 취수장 부근의 부영양화 현상으로 인한 악취와 물 맛의 문제)를 1984년부터 겪고 있다. 이와 같이 도시권 하천의 수자원은 자연적, 인위적, 경제적, 법적, 제도적 여러 제한 요소로서 특성을 가지고 있으며 이는 날로 심해 가고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 최적 물관리 시스템의 개발이 새로이 시작하는 수자원 개발 사업에서는 계획 단계에서부터 절실히 요구되는 바이며 기존 시설물의 관리 운영은 과감히 그 운영 관리 기준을 보완 재 정비하여야 할 것이다. 지금까지 대부분의 수자원 종합 개발 계획이 홍수방이나 용수 공급 및 수력 개발 등에 주력하여 왔으나 이제는 보다 더 수자원의 환경 보전적 차원과 도시의 안정적 발달을 위한 지역 및 권역 계획과 연계지워져서 양적인 안정 공급과 더불어 질적인 향상과 연계지워서 경제-사회적 요구에 부응할 수 있도록 도시권의 수자원을 최적 관리할 수 있는 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 이는 각 도시 하천의 수자원의 정량적·정성적인 특성 및 제한 요소를 충분히 감안하여 수요-공급 개념에 의하여 과감히 기존 시설(예: 팔당댐의 운영, 대청댐의 운영 등)의 관리 운영 체계를 개선하여 나가야 할 것이며, 수질 보전적-환경 보전 차원에서 저수관리 체계를 확고히 할 수 있는 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다.펄스주입법에 의해 증착된 박박은 강유전성 이력을 나타내었다.지역

  • In Contemporary residential area, especially apartment commplex, crime affect the quality of life and sustainability of cities. So our interest is an all-time high in the role that planning processes and the design of the physical environment can play in reducing the opportunity for crime. The purpose of this study try to find the possibility of application of CPTED in Urban Apartment Complex. Recently, as increase of residencial density, diverse and new types of crime are increasing in urban apartment complex. It is the current of times which demand our serious consideration. This research focused on crime reduction through the physical environmental control methods. And the concepts and contents of CPTED are studied and the case studies of developed countries are surveyed. For groping in the practical application, researched into the case study of apartment blocks in medium sized city, Cheongju. Also Local crime prevention initiatives require partnership working, both between professionals and with local communities. The result of this study has implicated, increasing importance on daily safety issue in urban life and examining the possibility of applying crime prevention and reduction program and systems.

An analytic Study on long-term increasing and decreasing Type of Elementary School Students in urban Area in Korea (우리나라 시지역 초등학교 학생수 증감 추세 유형 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for determining when a school established long term school plans accepted by analyzing the trend of increase or decrease elementary school students 30 years to target of following nine cities, 552 elementary schools in Korea - 4 metropolitan cities(Ilsan, Bundang, Jungdong, Pyungchon, Sanbon, Dongtan and Kwangkyo), 4 central regional cities (Chunan, Asan, Seosan and Nonsan), 3 south-eastern regional cities(Pohang, Woolsan, Jinju, Changwon and Kyungsan) and 4south-western regional cities(Kwangju, Jeonju, Suncheon and Kunsan) for this purpose. Results of this study are as follows: First, the most common type was type 5, accounting for 56.8% (658) of the total, followed by type 11 (12.8%), type 13 (7.9%), type 15 (5.6%). Of the total 15 types, type 1, type 3, type 7 and type 14 accounted for less than 1% of the total. Second, the results of the Conflict Model I and Conflict Model II showed that Type1 and Type7 were not needed to be adopted.

Land Use Changes around Urban Railway Stations in Integrated Urban-Rural Cities: A Case Study of the Gyeonggang Line Stations in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province (도농복합도시 도시철도 역세권의 토지이용 변화특성에 관한 연구: 경기도 광주시 경강선 역세권을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the characteristics of land use changes around urban railway stations in peri-urban mixed-use cities. The research focused on four station areas along the Gyeonggang Line in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province, categorized into three phases based on their opening dates to analyze land use changes. The analysis method utilized building permit registry data from 2012 to 2020 within a 1 km radius of each station, at 250-meter intervals, examining temporal, spatial, and functional distributions. Statistical analysis employed SPSS for weighted cross-tabulation to explore differences in building permits and concentration levels among various building types. The findings revealed: firstly, peri-urban mixed-use city station areas exhibited the highest number of building permits at the time of opening; secondly, significant land use changes were observed within the 500-meter radius from the station; thirdly, residential buildings dominated, reflecting a trend towards housing supply-oriented land use changes; fourthly, cross-tabulation indicated significant differences in building permits across time, distance, and type (p < 0.01). Lastly, the concentration analysis revealed that residential buildings were distributed most evenly, while buildings for educational, social, and agricultural and fisheries purposes were distributed unevenly.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시공원 조성시 물리.생태적 여건과 이용을 고려해 건강한 도시공원을 조성하는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울 서초구 양재시민의 숲(공원)을 대상으로 조성된 공원의 물리.생태적 여건과 이용의 관련성을 조사해 나타난 문제들을 GIS와 설문조사를 통해 분석했다. 조사항목으로 과거토지이용, 현토지이용(성토지역, 동선, 나지, 시설물), 식생(수고, 지하고, 최근색재지, 유실수, 불량식재지), 배수상태, 야간조명, 소음, 이용현황(이용밀도, 이용행태, 접근동선) 등이며 수고+소음, 지하고+이용밀도, 과거토지이용+배수불량, 이용행태+접근동선 등을 중첩해 문제점을 분석했다. 그 결과 본 공원은 식재, 배수, 소음, 이용(주차, 야간이용)등의 문제를 앉고 있으며 이에 대한 해결방안으로는 숲내 공지확보, 수로나 연못설치, 방음벽 설치, 주차장 확보 등이다. 설문조사에서 제안된 시설과 대안으로는 공원주변의 양재 화홰단지와 연계한 화단 및 화훼전시공원(43%), 현공원의 잠재력을 활용한 식물원 혹은 수목원(58%), 과일나무 공원(32%) 등을 들 수 있다. 결과적으로 이공원과 같이 규모가 큰 공원을 조성시에 위와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 조성기간중 다양한 문제를 수용할 수 있는 유연한 단계별 계획이 필요할 것이다.

  • In this study, various aspects of site selection for constructing new public library by development of urban community were investigated. These are legal aspects, geographical characteristics, and criteria of selecting conditions of location for new building. In order to select the suitable site in the Jeon Ju City, the various statistical data and indices with regard to information and cultural activities of the local residents and a statistical data was investigated. And also, a user question investigation was executed. The vision and objectives of establishing new pubic libraries were presented, based on the result of the study. The result of this study will help the library policy maker to develope the library policy and to secure a budget from the regional government.

  • Recently, as the social interest increase has been focused on new renewable energy system to build-up sustainable urban planning system, the related studies have been actively conducting. As well as in other areas, the construction area, which accounts for over 40% of the total energy consumption, clearly showed this tendency. Whereas, various landscape facilities applying renewable energy equipments have been manufactured and installed, systematic study available for planning and designing is rarely found in Korea. This study is expected to contribute to the landscape planning and designing by quantifying the energy-efficient and economic advantages of the renewable energy system for landscape facilities. For this purpose, the analysis on the energy-efficiency and economic values under the scenario that the current fossil power supply for the streetlights in urban parks in Seoul, Daegu, and Incheon were replaced by photovoltaic power generation were performed through RETScreen$^{(R)}$ a clean energy simulation program based on the NASA Satellite Meteorological Data. As a result, the generated power and the economic values vary depending on the climatic features of the appointed cities. This study will be used to build up the effective decision-making in applying the clean renewable system to the plan and design of landscaping.

Construction of Information System for Promoting Overseas Urban Development (해외도시개발 지원 종합정보시스템 구축방안)

  • This research aims to build a total information system that systematizes existing sporadic information, which may lead to revitalization and efficiency of overseas urban development. To achieve this, this study firstly analyses the current information systems for urban development in foreign countries and information from the private sector. The results show that the information system that operates in the domestic agencies, are less likely to involve the contents related to information sharing, social network building and business process. However, that used in agencies ordering the overseas urban development projects, mostly provides the information of professionals, project participants and their business. Second, this research selects the information to be provided by the integrated information system and proposes a data collection plan. The information, required to push forward urban development in abroad, is classified into seven categories. Third, this study establishes a target model of comprehensive information system and makes suggestions for institutional improvement. For doing this, it categorizes overseas urban development information, links to classified information, organizes the system into three stages to services through informational channels, and then suggests a target model. Furthermore, it proposes institutional improvement to achieve efficiency of information systems through a comprehensive review of the similar cases such as administrative system of architecture(Seumter) and land information system.

  • The goal of U-Eco City testbed is improving the technical completion of ubiquitous technology/Services which have been developed in other core projects in U-Eco City, by implementing newly developed ubiquitous technology/Services to testbed. When the newly developed ubiquitous technology/Services are implemented in the testbed, we will monitor whether the developed ubiquitous technology/Services can be applied in the real situation and if they have problems we will find out the solution to solve the problems. Final goal of this reaserch is framework development for the U-Eco City construction guideline. We developed the framework development for the U-Eco City construction guideline by i)analyzing steps for construction of U-Eco City, ii) analyzing details of each steps for construction of U-Eco City, and iii) including results of research which have been developed in other core projects in U-Eco City.

The adapted research method of selected case five apartment building in D new town and carried out questionnaire survey to residents and user for draw items of feasibility evaluation. Drew items of feasibility evaluation classify as Plan section, Design section, and Operation section and evaluate the weight of each section utilizing analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Depending on the purpose and methods. The results of this study are as follows: Such as Plan section, Composition of Program Facility, User Charge Survey, Arrangement of Program Room were analyzed highest. Such as Design section, Arrangement of Program Room, Circulation planning, Educational Equipment were analyzed highest. And such as Operation section, Operation costs, Operation Plan, Review of Program Facility were analyzed highest.
