최근 WWW 환경에서 콘텐츠들이 대량으로 제공되는데 이용자들은 이러한 정보과잉으로 인해 정보를 제대로 소화하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 본고에서는 가상 공간에서 개인별 맞춤 정보서비스를 제공하는 전문도서관 MyLibrary(MrCyberLibrary)의 모델을 제시하고자 한다. MrCyberLibrary는 각 연구원의 프로젝트들을 지원하는 My Project, 관심있는 전자저널을 선택하여 링크시키고 최신호가 나오면 New 표시가 나타나는 My Favorite Journal 등을 포함하여 각종 도서관 정보(대출 이력, 예약, 연체) 확인과 희망도서/원문복사 신청 조회를 할 수 있는 모듈들로 구성된다.

도서관에서 기술의 진보와 표준화로 인해 분류 목록 업무가 근본적으로 달라지진 않았지만 목록 작성 방법이나 이용자에게로의 제공 방법은 분명히 변하였다. 따라서 이러한 업무를 책임져야하는 정리 부서 담당 사서는 전에 비해 여러가지 자질을 필요로 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 American Libraries라는 미국 도서관계 잡지의 사서직 구인 광고를 바탕으로 1970년도부터 1995년도에 이르기까지 변화한 목록사서의 임용조건을 직책명, 목록경력, 업무감독 경력, 서지 유틸리티, 기계가독형 목록 경험, 분류체계, 기타 경력, 인성, 언어, 주제 분야 등의 요소로 나누어 분석하여 관련 교육 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사서가 지각하는 근거기반실무 지식의 정도와 영향요인을 식별하고자 하는 연구이다. 근거기반실무 지식에 유의한 차이가 나타난 변인은 연령, 교육 정도, 고용 유형, 직위, 학술지 읽기, 학술대회 참여이었다. 근거기반실무 지식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육 정도, 학술지 읽기로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 근거기반실무 지식은 대학도서관과 사서직의 지속적 발전과 혁신의 촉진 요인이기 때문에 근거기반실무 역량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 연구 관련 활동을 지원하는 조직단위, 도서관계, 학계 차원의 지원과 정책이 필요하다.

북한은 최근 당중앙위원회 제8기 제3차 전원회의에서 민생안정을 핵심 사항으로 규정하고 민생 향상을 위한 행보를 보이고 있다. 북한은 '우리 당이 인민의 생명과 생활을 전적으로 책임지고 무조건적인 복무로 받드는 것은 결코 자금이 남아돌아 가서가 아니다'라며 자금난을 강조하였는바, 현재 북한 내 자금 상황이 악화하고 있음을 단적으로 보여주고 있다. 본 자료에서는 북한 자금 운용의 중요한 요소인 환율이 기업관리에서 어떻게 적용되고 있는가를 그 종류와 목적, 제정 단위, 적용 방법의 면에서 설명하여 북한경제의 운영에 대한 구체적인 이해를 돕고자 한다. 자료는 북한 관련법 및 문건, 도서, 간행물 등을 주로 참고하였다.

북한은 최근 당중앙위원회 제8기 제3차 정치국 확대 회의에서 주민들에게 필요한 소비품의 생산을 늘리기 위해 경공업 공장들에 원자재들을 우선 보장하는 규율을 확립하고, 소비품 생산과 공급을 계획적으로 실속 있게 조직하여야 한다는 것에 대하여 언급하였다. 이것은 코로나19로 모든 무역활동이 중지된 상황에서 필수품의 생산을 늘려 이에 대한 내수시장을 일정 정도 확보하려는 의도로 해석된다. 본고에서는 원자재 구매, 생산과 판매 등 은행을 통한 북한의 기업관리에서 수요자와 공급자 간에 실질적으로 적용되는 다양한 결제방법을 계좌(돈자리) 개설, 제출 단위와 적용 근거, 해당 서류들을 따라가며 고찰함으로써 북한기업의 실질적 운영에 대한 구체적인 이해를 돕고자 한다. 자료로는 관련 도서와 문헌, 북한 관련법, 간행물 등을 참고하였다.

Subject headings support the effective access of children's picture books. However, it is difficult to select subject terms from titles or table of contents in children's picture books because of their relatively little textual information. Therefore, it is necessary to assign subject terms to each picture book. However, it is not adequate to use general subject headings because the types and levels of general subject headings are different from special subject headings for the children's materials. For this reason, this study aims to develop subject headings for children's picture books. The subject terms in A to Zoo were selected, and the selected terms were translated into Korean and modified for the Korean culture and language. Other reference books, such as Elementary Korean Dictionary, were also used to determine adequate terms for children. The resulting subject headings were assigned to the recommended picture books for children and used to search by subject, browse, and recommend books.

The flora of vascular plants of these sites were listed 272 taxa; 80 families, 193 genera, 234 species, 32 varieties, 5 forms and 1 hybrid. The naturalized plants were 12 taxa, and naturalization rate was 4.4%. Specific plants by floral region were total 54 taxa; 4 taxa in class IV, 10 taxa in class III, 5 taxa in class II, 35 taxa in class I. There is no taxa in class V. A peculiar point is that we found more than 30 Allium pseudojaponicum in Allium genus which is known as Japanese endemic plant. In Gokdudo, there is large Carex boottiana community, in Daehangdo, Machilus thunbergii community covers the whole island. In Bulgeundo, most of the hundreds of trees including Neolitsea sericea and Machilus thunbergii planted by Korea National Parks in 2003 have been damaged by rabbits.

In the first Dart of this paper, the writer describes the history of movements of changing the term "to-sogwan-hak"(圖書館學), the korean equivalent of the English "library science" which could be literally re-translated into English as "book building science" and has such a nuance in Korean, to "munhon-jongbo-hak"(文獻情報學), which literally means "documento-information science, the term the author advocated by 1971. In the second part, he analyses the term of "munhon-jongbo-hak" (文獻情報學) etymologically, structurely and semantically: and proposes to use it as the Korean equivalent of the English "library and information science" and of the Japanese "toshokan-joho-gaku"(圖書館情報學). He also suggests using it not as coordinate and separate sciences of both library science and information science but as integrated and united one.

Professions with librarianship can be found in various fields. It includes all different kinds of libraries, including academic, public, special, and school libraries. Moreover, there are national and commercial information distribution bodies, and other bodies supporting the national body such as library automation companies, library supply companies, and library outsourcing companies. Careers of those who have studied in library and information science could be developed in all these fields. High flexibility and labour turnover can be expected due to the wide range of career fields. Nevertheless, there have been very little studies reflecting the reasons of high level of turnovers and flexibility in librarian workforce. Therefore, this paper invastigates career movement and development of librarian as a foundation stone of further researches. It also analyzes career development process of librarians, including career paths of those working in libraries and other related areas, their efforts for career development, factors influencing their career movements.

It is required to enhance the value of ISBN as a tool for book search, identification, browsing, and improve the accessability and search capability of library OPAC. Bookmarklet is a small size javascript which can be saved as URL in a web browser bookmark or web page hyperlink. Open source bookmarklet can extract ISBN from web pages and search a book from library OPAC using the ISBN, so it is recognized as a simple but powerful search tool. In foreign countries, commercial library system vendors, libraries, OCLC, etc. are providing bookmarklets which allow a user to search for library holdings and loan information in a real time while he/she is travelling in an online bookshop web page. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed international bookmarklets application examples and proposed LibraryLookup service in which library OPAC and online bookshop can make use of the bookmarklets.
