부산 다대포 해양 인프라를 활용한 해양보호구역 무인도서의 보전과 활용에 관한 연구

  • 부산 다대포항 인근에 있는 해수욕장, 생태공원, 다기능 어항, 몰운대, 낙조분수 등의 해양 인프라를 활용하여 해양보호구역으로 지정된 개발가능 무인도서인 나무섬을 보전하고 활용하는 방법과 의의를 분석하였다. 특히 기존의 해양 인프라를 기반으로 하여 친수 네트워크를 구축함으로써 개별적 잠재력이 더욱 더 종합적으로 발전될 것이며 인간과 자연이 공존할 수 있는 근본적인 방법이 될 것이다.

A Conceptual Study on Standardization for Drawings on the Basis of Collaboration (협업기능에 기반한 설계도면 표준화의 개념정립에 대한 연구)

  • As construction projects are complicated and large in scale, a collaboration between project participants is getting more emphasized over the last few years. The collaboration tools for participants are various. but traditionally drawings and specifications have played an important role. Especially, though storage form in drawings vary in entire construction lifecycle, drawings are still important as the core factor in latest information technology streams in regard to usefulness and reusability of information. As an attempt to standardize drawings in the public construction based on CALS/EC, this study analyzes user's requirements for drawings qualitatively, and looks into drawings standards in Korea, America and Japan, and each kind of ISO standard for drawings. And this study predicts future-oriented user's requirement for drawings based on Construction CALS/EC, and presents future-oriented direction of development applicable in domestic drawing standard in construction.

  • The Under Space Integrated Map has been constructed consistently from '15 construction projects until the present time in an effort to implement the "ground sinking prevention method" for the purpose of strengthening underground safety management. The constructed Under Space Integrated Map is utilized to provide information to the person in charge at local government through application of the system of underground information based on the administrative network and to deliver this to specialized underground-safety-effects -evaluation organizations through map extraction based on a floor plan. It suffers from a limitation in its practical use, however, since information is only provided, without promoting a separate renewal project. Although in Section 1 of Article 42 in the Special Law Concerning Underground Safety Management the content pertaining to submission obligations of completion drawings related to underground information including change and renewal are stated explicitly in order to solve this problem, submission is not sufficient since a submission window based only on the administrative network is operated. Accordingly, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport constructed an online system for submitting completion drawings, in an attempt to change the method by which entities involved in underground development directly submitted completion drawings. In this study, a DB standard relating to submitting completion drawings was designed and applied in order to construct an auto-renewal system based on submitted completion drawings, which will be extended to cover the range to underground structures hereafter.

Avifauna and Management of Breeding Season in Taeanhaean National Park (태안해안국립공원의 번식기 조류상과 관리)

  • The survey was done in order to find what kinds of birds visit Taeanhaean National Park during breeding season, where we fixed up 10 coastal areas and islands within the National Park. Three groups concurrently performed the field research from 5th to 9th of July in 2009. Total 58 species and 7,323 individuals were recorded in Taeanhaean National Park. 48 species including 6,187 individuals were observed in coastal areas and 33 species including 1,136 individuals in island areas. The most dominant species in the National Park are Larus crassirostris which accounts for 60% of the birds inhabiting there, and they seem to have been bred in the islands near the National Park. The birds observed only around the coastal areas include Anas poecilorhyncha, Fulica atra, Egretta intermedia and the others which consist of 25 species and amount to 318 individuals, and the birds found exclusively in island areas include Phalacrocorax filamentosus, Apus pacificus¸ Locustella pleskei and other birds, which consist of 10 species and the number of those individuals observed was 308. The inhabited islands areas such as Gauido were characterized by high ratio of waterbird population, which seems to be correlated with the factors such as the extent of island, the richness of water resources, and the diversity of habitats. Based on the data collected during the research and other data from the previous observations, the kinds of dominant species remain nearly unchanged. And in spite of the oil spill accident in 2007, the increase in the number of waterbirds compared to 2004 may be the evidence that the area is recovering from the environmental pollution. At present, the tidal power plants are being built or scheduled to be built and large-scale reclamation is also under way. What is worse, those areas are seeing the increase of pension construction, which is likely to be the potential cause of damage and disturbance against some key habitats for the waterbirds. Therefore, it is a major priority that we build the bird information system to efficiently manage the knowledge-based asset collected from bird-watching groups and to better monitor the areas that need enhanced database through which the National Park can be appropriately administered.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of children's services research in Korea. A total of 113 research articles were selected from 4 journals in Library and Information Science. Articles were analyzed in the aspects of research subjects, research methods, author types, and research funds. The writer discussed the problems shown in the articles and suggested some recommendations for the development of research.

  • 도서관이 이용자에게 장애가 없는 도서관 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 OPAC의 접근성과 검색성을 향상시키고, 도서의 검색, 식별 및 브라우징의 도구로써 ISBN의 활용가치를 높이는 것이 필요하다. 북마크릿은 웹브라우저의 '즐겨찾기에 추가' 또는 '연결(Links)' 툴바에 저장할 수 있는 작은 크기의 자바스크립트이다. 그리고 오픈소스인 북마크릿은 온라인서점의 웹페이지에서 ISBN을 추출한 다음, 해당 ISBN으로 도서관의 OPAC에서 도서를 검색할 수 있는 간단하지만 강력한 검색도구이다. 본 연구에서는 도서관 정보시스템의 새로운 환경인 Web 2.0, Library 2.0, OPAC 및 북마크릿에 대해 개괄적으로 고찰하였다. 그리고 해외에서 개발되어 활용되고 있는 네 가지 유형의 북마크릿에 대하 적용 사례를 비교 분석하고 그 특징과 장 단점을 정리하였다. 이를 통해서 국내 도서관의 OPAC과 온라인서점에서 북마크릿을 활용한 LibraryLookup 서비스 제공방안을 제안하였다.

Developing Subject Headings for Subject Access of Children's Picture Books (어린이 그림책의 주제접근을 위한 주제명표 개발)

  • 어린이 그림책의 효과적인 주제접근을 위해서는 주제명의 부여가 필수적이다. 그러나 어린이 그림책은 표제나 목차 등 자료 자체에서 주제명을 발췌하기가 어렵다. 또한 일반도서를 위한 주제명표를 그대로 사용하기도 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어린이 그림책을 위한 별도의 주제명표를 개발하였다. 주제명표 개발을 위해서는 영미권의 그림책 주제명표를 참고하였으며, 이 과정에서 우리 문화와 언어에 맞도록 기존의 표목을 수정.추가하였다. 또한 그림책의 주요 독자층인 어린이에게 적합한 표목을 선정하기 위해 초등국어사전 등을 참고하였다. 그리고 시범적으로 구축된 주제명표를 어린이도서연구회의 추천그림책을 대상으로 적용하였다. 앞으로는 지속적인 주제명 부여 작업을 통해 주제명표를 정련하고, 그림책의 주제분석을 위한 지침을 추가적으로 제공할 필요가 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Cloud Collection (클라우드 컬렉션에 관한 연구)

  • Cloud collection, which is derived from cloud computing, is a framework that creates new value through library cooperative platform to preserve and manage libraries' duplicated collection. Due to E-book market vitalization and mass digitalization of retrospective print material, new library collection management paradigm has been expected that licensed based E-book service and management of shared print repository. This study discuss cloud collection concept which digital repository and Shared print repository are in complementary relations. And suggest cloud collection model can be applicable to Korean university libraries.
