최근 국내에서는 국가 정보문화의 기본 인프라인 도서관에 대한 인식제고가 언론계와 시민단체에 의해서 날로 그 힘을 얻고 있습니다. 또한 대외적으로는 전 세계 도서관인들의 축제인 국제도서관협회연맹(IFLA)의 2006 서울 대회 개최가 몇 년 앞으로 성큼 다가왔습니다. 올 한해는 우리의 도서관계가 국내외적으로 위상에 걸맞게 도약할 수 있는 매우 중요한 시기라고 생각합니다. 우리들 도서관인들의 힘과 슬기를 모아야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있는 지금, 우리도서관계 각 단체의 올 한해 각오와 사업방향 등을 알아보아야 한다.

우리나라 자가발전 도서 132개 중 10개 도서를 대상으로 디젤발전과 태양광 풍력의 경제성을 비교하였다. 도서별 전력수요 추정과 함께 발전원의 수명기간 동안 총 비용을 총 발전량으로 나눈 균등화발전단가(원/kWh)를 경제성 분석지표로 사용하였다. 도서별 실제 태양광과 풍황 등 자원량을 반영하지는 않았고 태양광 15%, 풍력 21% 이용률을 가정하였다. 그 결과 4개도서가 경제성 확보가 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 국가 차원의 손실 최소화 방안 및 국가적 편익 비용을 산출함으로서 향후 도서지역 중장기 경제적 전력공급을 위한 도서 전원 구성에 관한 정책적 방향을 제시할 예정이다.

The Purpose of the study was to research the effectiveness of book selection each by faculty, librarians and students. For this purpose, the study performed a case study on K Academic Library to compare the circulation rate of the books selected by each group. According to the book selection and circulation records of 7,717 titles (16,809 volumes) during the last 3 years. it was shown that about 76% of the books were selected by librarians. With regard to the rate of books with more than 1time circulation record, books selected by librarians showed the highest with about 85%. With regard to the circulation rate of books with circulation record, books selected by students showed the highest.

코로나19로 인한 언택트 문화의 확산으로 오프라인 중심의 소비를 주 매출로 하는 매장은 많은 어려움에 처해 있다. 또한 부외수입과 실용적 소비를 추구하는 사람들이 늘어나면서 온라인 중고거래 플랫폼이 성장하고 있으며, 특히 중고도서는 거래액이 크지 않아 수요가 많은 품목이다. 그러나 공유를 통한 도서대출 서비스는 편의성 높은 플랫폼 부재와 도서전달을 위한 비용문제가 있으며 다양한 서비스 또한 부재한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 가정마다 보유한 도서의 활용률 제고와 매장의 이용 활성화를 위한 매장거점 도서공유 방법을 제안하여 사용자의 접근성이 높은 매장 내에 설치된 북박스를 통한 딜리버리 서비스를 통해 도서 전달비용 절감과 중고도서의 단순매매가 아닌 대여 서비스가 가능한 장점이 있고, 오프라인매장에서 도서전달뿐만 아니라 도서를 이용할 수 있게 하여 도서이용의 상시성과 다양한 매장과의 다양한 프로모션을 통해 매장 이용 활성화가 가능한 장점이 있다.

The object of this study is to compare qualitative level between Korean academic books and American academic ones evaluated by faculty members in Korea. To achieve this study, the data were produced by the questionnaires from faculty members of the Chonbuk National University. The major conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. As a whole, American academic books are evaluated more excellent than Korean academic ones. American academic books have more appropriateness of citation, level of content completion, usefulness of content, clearness of expression and accuracy of data than Korean academic ones 2. This study shows that American academic books are evaluated more excellent than Korean academic ones in every subject. 3. The respondents who had studied in the United States of America for more than two years evaluate American academic books more excellent than those for less than two years. 4. Regardless of the periods of study in America, however, most of respondents evaluate American academic books better than Korean academic ones in all fields.

휴면도서를 덤핑 처리하는 것은 출판경영의 합리화와는 동떨어지는 일이다. 오히려 지금 우리가 생각할 것은 휴면도서의 처분 문제가 아니고 도서판매의 불확실성에 대비해 어는 수준의 적정재고를 둘 것인가이다. 과다재고의 근본원인인 과잉생산, 과잉송품을 줄이는 방책을 연구하는 일이 급선무이다.

This study understand the subject domain of book which has been read by men and woman elderly by analizying the PFNET using library big data and confirm the difference between adult at age 30-40. This study extract co-occurrence matrix of book lending on the popular book list from library big data, for 4 group, men/woman elderly, men/woman adult. With these matrix, this study performs FP network analysis. And Pearson Correlation Analysis based on the Triangle Betweenness Centrality calculated on the loan book was performed to understand the correlation among the 4 clusters which has been created by PNNC algorithm. As a result, reading trend which has been focused on modern korean novel has been revealed in elderly regardless gender, among them, men elderly show extreme tendency concentrated on modern korean long series novel. In the correlation analysis, the male elderly showed a weak negative correlation with the adult male of r = -0.222, and the negative direction of all the other groups showed that the tendency of male elderly's loan book was opposite.

The purpose of this study is to select keywords that can recommend books by personality type, and to test whether the chosen keywords can be actually used in the categorization and customized recommendation of books for each personality type. To achieve the research goal, this study chose books that match the level of fifth and sixth grade elementary school students and first grade middle school students and commissioned an expert group to categorize the books into groups that are preferred by each personality type. As a result of the classification, half of the books in which more than five experts agreed showed high consensus. In addition, the results of classifying books by personality type with keywords extracted by the automatic word extraction system by collecting the book review data of the selected books were similar to the results of the final judgement by the expert group, except for a few books. In conclusion, this study proved that it is possible to classify and recommend books that are likely to be preferred by different personality types using review keywords.

본 연구는 현재 디젤발전기를 전원으로 사용하고 있는 도서지역에 신 재생에너지원의 조합으로 구성 된 발전시스템 보급의 경제성 분석을 검토해 보았다. 분석 대상 도서는 에너지 기술연구원의 풍속분포자료를 근거로 추자도, 거문도, 영산도를 선정하였으며, 풍속 그 외 일사량, 부하 자료는 부분적으로 실측된 자료를 바탕으로 재구성하고 시스템 구성 발전기 들의 비용 자료는 해외 시장의 자료를 이용하였다. 분석을 위한 도구로는 도서지 역 에서 단독으로 운영되는 신 재생복합 전력시스템의 최적 설계 및 운영을 위한 프로그램으로 해외의 여러 곳에서 활용 중인 Homer를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 추자도와 거문도 지역에 신 재생복합 전력시스템을 도입 할 경우에는 도서지역의 신 재생복합 전력시스템 보급이 경제 적인 사업으로 나타났지만 신 재생에너지 원인 풍속이 낮은 값을 가지는 영산도의 경우에는 신 재생복합 전력시스템의 보급이 디젤발전기만 운영 할 경우보다 발전 단가를 높인다. 즉, 신 재생에너지 원이 조건에 맞을 경우에는 도서지역의 신 재생복합 전력시스템 보급이 경제 적인 사업이라고 볼 수 있지만 영산도의 경우와 같이 그렇지 않을 경우엔 기존의 시스템보다 발전단가를 높일 수 있으므로 도서지역에 대한 충분한 모니터링을 거친 후에 부지를 선정 해야 한다.
