For teaching Advertisement Drawings practically, knowledge of Outdoor Advertisement Practice must be ahead of drawing practices. For understanding and practicing of various materials, treatments, manufacturing process and arrangement on drawings, it is desirable understanding outdoor manufacturing process, and making use of a mock-up. Actually, technical books about outdoor advertisement are very insufficient. As a teaching media based on the actual field for advertisement drawings, snapshots of the field and actual process and a mock-up of a signboard was prepared for practical application.

본 연구는 경제성장과 함께 빠르게 발전하고 있는 중국의료시설의 최근 의료 환경과 의료시설의 변화 동향을 분석한 것으로 병원의 디자인, 병동 유니트 계획, 의료자원의 지역적 불균형과 건축기준 등 다각도의 변화 동향을 사진, 도면과 함께 제시하였으며, 중국 의료시설의 문제점과 과제를 정리하였다. 중국의 의료시설은 현재 급속한 성장기에 놓여 있으며, 그 과정에서 의료자원의 대도시 집중과 병원의 대형화 현상으로 지역적 의료자원의 불균형 문제가 나타나고 있고, 환자부족으로 중소병원의 경영문제가 심각한 반면, 대규모 병원은 환자집중으로 긴 대기시간과 혼잡함 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 대규모병원과 중소병원 간 의료자원의 과다한 중복으로 비효율성 문제가 지적되고 있어 합리적인 경제기반에 기초한 효율적인 의료시설과 건물시스템을 어떻게 개발할 것인가 하는 점이 중국 의료시설의 큰 과제중의 하나가 되고 있다.

수치지도는 다양한 GIS 어플리케이션의 기반데이터로 최신성이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 하지만 기존의 항공사진과 현지측량을 통한 갱신 방법은 짧은 주기로 변하는 현실 세계를 신속하게 반영하지 못한다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 특히 수치지도에서 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 건물은 신축, 개축, 증축이 수시로 일어나기 때문에 기존의 갱신 방안으로는 한계점이 존재하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 건축행정시스템(e-AIS)의 건축 도면 및 대장 정보를 이용한 수치 지도 갱신 및 검수 방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 시스템화 하였다. 본 연구의 성과로 수치지도의 갱신 주기를 단축시킬 수 있으며, 또한 기 구축된 자료를 재활용한다는 측면에서 효과적인 갱신 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 건설 구조물의 정밀한 미세 변위 모니터링 관리시스템 개발을 위한 공간적으로 참조 가능한 모든 형태의 측위정보를 효과적으로 수집, 저장, 갱신, 조정, 분석, 표현할 수 있도록 새로운 GNSS과 원격탐사측량 등의 신기술을 적용하여 건설 구조물의 주요부 위에 대한 mm급의 다양한 측위분석이 가능한 사용자 요구에 즉시 부응할 수 있는 검색 시스템을 개발하기 위한 신기술을 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 건설구조물의 설계 및 시공 도면과 정밀한 공간정보를 유기적으로 결합할 수 있도록 하여 반영구적인 주요 시설물의 정밀한 미세변위의 변형을 추적하여 방재관리에 효율적으로 신기술이 체계적으로 사용되도록 할 것이다. 특히, 최근에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 USN/UAV의 환경센서기반의 무인의 간이사진측량시스템을 활용하여 건설구조물를 대상으로 하는 실제 측정을 통하여 지형공간정보와 시설물의 위치정보를 지도로 제작하고 이를 기반으로 하는 다양한 방재의 신기술을 비교분석하여 최적의 건설방재기술을 검토하였다.

수치지도는 제작 과정뿐만 아니라 갱신 및 검수 작업도 정확성과 최신성을 유지하기 위해 매우 중요하다. 하지만 항공사진과 현지측량을 통한 기존의 갱신 방법은 짧은 주기로 변하는 현실 세계를 충분히 반영하지 못한다는 한계를 갖고 있어 수치지도의 최신성을 유지하기 위한 효율적인 새로운 갱신 방안이 요구된다. 이를 위해 인터넷건축행정시스템(e-AIS)의 건축도면과 건축물대장정보를 이용하면 신축, 개축, 증축 등이 수시로 일어나는 건물에 대해 수치지도의 갱신을 위한 신속하고 효과적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 건축도면에서 추출된 공간 정보와 건축물대장에서 취득된 속성 정보를 이용하여 수치지도의 건물 레이어를 갱신하는 방법을 제시하였다.

In this study, sample sites are chosen where digitalized cadastral maps are available, and boundaries of forestry, farming lands, and residence are clearly distinguishable. Digital orthophotos, produced from aerial photographs, are overlaid with digitalized cadastral maps to grope for applications of digital orthophoto in cadastre. The conclusions and applicable fields of this study are as follows. The first. digital orthophoto is applicable to solve problems such as discordance and duplication of boundary produced in the process of digitizing cadastral maps. The second, using digital orthophoto, it is possible to extract regions where a trouble of ownership would exist and so the necessity of cadastral resurveying can be brought. The third, by overlaying digital orthophoto and cadastral map, it can be used effectively for the present situation maintenance of buildings. The fourth, because it is possible to examine current land use of each lot, digital orthophoto may contribute to decide the validity of land category on cadastral map.

The purpose of this study is is to organize the site-plan types of common design's Goon office buildings in Japanese colonial period based on the main building's shape and main & attached building connection way and to investigate all the types' addition & remodeling ways. The study used literature research method, analysing the digital images, the annotation of the images, official documents between the Japanese government-general of Korea and To, and articles of newspapers or journals. The site-plans are sorted 5 types and subdivided 13 as their addition & remodelling ways. The initial shapes of site-plan were changed to apply every Goon's site circumstances, The main buildings were always in the center ahead and attached buildings behind or next to them in any cases of new construction, addition or remodeling. The buildings of the common design's were constructed until early 1930s and it means that their architectural level was lower than Pu office buildings, although both had same administrational level.

서울시 수치지형도를 유지관리하기 유지관리의 제도적, 기술적 방안과 유통 및 공급방안이 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 제도적 방안을 위해 갱신주체, 대상 지형지물, 갱신주기, 공공 측량 승인 및 심사절차, 행정적인 절차 등의 요인을 분석하여 네 가지 방안을 제시하였고 기술적 방안을 위해 현재 수치지형도를 갱신할 수 있는 도면에 의한 디지타이징, 수정도화, 항공사진 스캐닝에 의한 방법, 수치정사사진에 의한 방법 등을 비교·분석하였다. 또한 유통 및 공급방안을 위해 공급대상, 공급내용, 공급형태, 공급방법 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 현재 제작완료 단계에 있는 서울시 수치지형도의 유지관리 및 공급을 위한 최적의 방안을 제시할 수 있었다.

자동화 공정의 수행에 의한 항공사진이나 위성영상의 획득과는 달리 지상사진측량에 의한 영상의 획득은 대상물의 요구정확도와 해석 범위에 따라 각기 다른 번거로운 수행 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 무반사경 자동형 토털 스테이션을 사용하여 대상물에 대한 3차원 위치성과를 획득하여 수치표고모형을 생성하고 해석 대상면에 대한 단사진 영상을 사용하여 정사영상을 도출하였다. 이는 입체 영상의 획득과 도화의 어려움을 배제하고 관련 문제점을 보완할 수 있어, 문화재 기념물의 도면 작성이나 사면측정의 안정성 검토를 위한 측정방법으로 그 활용이 가능할 것이다.

Today, technologies that can acquire modeling data by using image are emerging. That 3D modeling production method, which is frequently utilized in contents industries, creates modeling data by using creator's intuitive sense, with drawings sketched without accurate measurement tools is also true. Recently, technologies that can facilitate modification and amendment of existing design by producing and reorganizing three-dimensional data of a sculpture through combination of image information are developing. This thesis gives suggestion of how to utilize and study the way to produce accurate three-dimensional modeling data by utilizing multiple image data.
