본 논문에서는 민감한 사항 특히 청렴도 조사에서 금품 향응제공여부 등과 같이 응답자들이 정직하게 응답하지 않을 수 있는 질문들에 대하여 응답자의 비밀을 노출시키지 않고서 양질의 보다 정확한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 확률화응답기법을 적용하여 실제 청렴도 점수를 추정하고자 한다. 본 연구는 청렴도 조사와 같은 민감한 질문에 대하여 응답자에게 심리적 안정감을 주어 거짓응답을 줄이면서 보다 진실에 가까운 청렴도 점수를 구할 수 있는 사례를 제시한다.

인천시 택시사고율이 전국에서 가장 높기 때문에 인천택시사고의 특성분석과 대책을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 택시사업체, 택시기사, 도로현황, 보험제도 등을 설문조사, 현장조사, 방문조사방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 설문조사결과 상용근로자의 요인이 안전에 좋은 영향을 가져올 것으로 기대되는 등의 13개 시사점을 발견하였고, 도로의 구조적 문제점을 세부적으로 지적하였으며, 주행거리 종량제와 같은 보험제도 개선안을 제시하였다. 그리고 버스전용차로의 택시이용에 관한 정부의 배려가 현재 악화되어 있는 택시의 운영실태를 개선할 것으로 보며, 결국 택시사고의 감소로 이어질 것으로 기대된다.

The response to noise may differ depending on the respondent's noise sensitivity. In this study, it was investigated that the noise sensitivity, the annoyance and disturbance of floor impact noise and opinions on their neighbors. The questionnaire respondents were divided into two or three groups based on noise sensitivity, and annoyance and disturbance on floor impact sound were compared. The noise sensitivity questionnaire method was presented. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 233 residents of Seoul, Gyeonggi - do area. As a result of the questionnaire survey, when the sensitivity group was divided into three groups, it was found that there was a significant difference between the groups with the noise sensitivity and the disturbance reaction. As a result of the opinions on their neighbors, positive responses to neighbors increased with age. Also, it was found that there was a low perception of inter - floor noise and life disturbance of the group having positive feelings about neighbors.

This study aimed to improve the Traffic Accident Management System's validity and reliability, so the system could help classify and judge the human factors that correlate with traffic accidents. We took traffic accident research and analysis systems of United States and United Kingdom and certain related, former studies into account in building our test system. Next, we used the test system's criteria to re-analyze 502 Gyeonggi province accident records from 2008. We compared the results to existing systems' results to verify the test system's validity and reliability. These results indicated the necessity of removing some uncertain items from the existing systems and adding in some new items from the test system. This should help improve understanding of what happens at traffic accident scenes and of the sources of drivers' abnormal, reckless behavior. We introduce suggestions for improving the Traffic Accident Management System and research concepts for further studies.

절개면의 안정도 평가와 더불어 낙석으로 인한 안전사고를 방지하기 위한 적절한 투자와 대책 마련은 도로의 신설과 유지 차원에서 실시되어야 한다. 절개면의 안정도를 정량적으로 파악하여 위험등급을 분류하는 것은 현실적으로 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다. 이는 절개면 안정도 평가시 조사인자의 선정에서 전문기술자의 주관적인 판단 차이로 인하여 발생되는 경우가 적지 않다. 본 연구에서는 절개면의 안정도 평가법 개발을 위하여 절개면의 조사인자를 설정하고 설정된 인자를 5점 척도법을 이용한 퍼지 이론으로 안정도를 평가하는 기법을 개발하였다. 또한, 정량화 값만으로 평가된 절개면 안정도에 따른 대책공법의 설정은 현장성과 적용성에서 문제가 발생할 가능성이 많다. 본 연구에서는 현장의 여건을 최대한으로 고려하여 도로 관리자뿐만 아니라 지반 전문가가 대책공법을 선정할 수 있는 기법을 개발하였다. 개발된 평가법과 시스템은 효율적인 정보관리화가 이루어지도록 전산시스템화 되어 있으며 도로절개면 유지관리시스템에 병합하여 운영하도록 되어 있다.

이 논문은 공정변화를 보다 잘 감지할 수 있는 관리도의 개발동향에 주안점을 두고 있으며, 경제적 접근법으로 관리모수를 설정하여 공정관리 메카니즘을 사용하는데 있어서 최소의 비용을 가지도록 하여 품질 향상 비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 설계 접근방법을 조사 연구했다. 또한 CUSUM 관리도를 기존의 다양한 관리도와 결합하여 개발된 새로운 관리도를 비교했다. 비교된 관리도의 경제적 모형설계를 통하여 공정 품질에서의 경제적인 영향의 최적화를 위한 관리모수를 제시했다. 이는 공정평균의 이동을 감지하기 위한 결합 관리도를 개발하는 경제적설계 절차를 제시했다.

When a heavy rain occurs, many electrical shock victims are produced every year because lamp poles are under water. In order to prevent electrical shock accidents at a street lamp, the investigation was carried out at real field conditions. The investigation was performed about the circuit configuration of a panel board, a wiring method, a grounding conductor, a lamp pole and so on. The related regulation was analyzed and the problems were presented. Also, the domestic and foreign things were compared and analyzed by the investigation of the field conditions, and the related standard was already revised. Through investigating the field conditions and analyzing the related regulation, it is intended to present the real data to establish more effective preventive measures against electrical shock accidents at a street lamp to be installed on the road. In the future, the analytical data can be applied to stabilize other electrical facilities on the road as well as a street lamp, and to reduce the electrical disasters.
