개발사업으로 인한 토양손실량 예측 및 침사지 설계

  • 최근에 내무부에서는 개발사업으로 인한 토사유출 피해 중 인명과 재산 피해와 같은 재해 성격을 가진 대규모 토사유출을 사전에 미리 저감시킬 목적으로 재해영향평가제를 도입하여 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 건설 엔지니어링 업계에서는 대규모 개발 사업으로 인한 가속화된 토양손실량 예측과 침사지 설계에 많은 관심이 쏟아지고 있으나 이 분야의 기술축적과 자료부족으로 과업수행에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 강좌에서는 이러한 엔지니어링 업계의 기술적인 어려움을 다소 나마 해소할수 있도록 개발사업으로 인한 가속화된 토양손실량 예측방법과 침사지 설계 기준에 대해 외국의 자료를 바탕으로 그 동안 국내에서 수행한 각종 재해영향평가 자료를 검토하여 제시한다. 먼저, 재해영향평가제의 취지, 토사유출과 재해, 토사유출 재해 저감대책 등에 대해 간략히 설명한다. 다음, 침식량 예측 방법으로 미국의 범용토양 손실공식(USEL) 방법의 적용 절차에 대해 구체적으로 소개한다. 침사지 설계 편에서는 침사지 설계 개념과 구체적인 설계 절차를 제시하고 참사지 규모의 결정방법을 소개한다. 본 강좌의 교재는 미국교통연구단(TRB)의 국립합동도로연구프로그램(NCHRP)#70 자료를 주로 참고하였다. 이 자료는 부록에 원본 전부를 수록하였다. 다만 아직 이 분야 연구가 미흡한 관계로 본 강좌에서는 재해저감 측면에서 합리적인 침사지 설계 기준을 완전히 제시하지 못하고 있다. 참고로 국립방재연구소의 박무종/강대환 연구팀이 기존의 재해영향평가서 자료 중에서 10개를 선정하여 침사지 소요수면적 산정, USEL 적용, 강우침식도 R의 산정 등에 대해 사례 조사 분석한 결과를 부록에 수록하였다.을 기해야 한다. 있다. 청주권의 무심천도 계획상은 대청댐의 물을 공급 받을수도 있도록 되어 있으나 현실상으로 상수도 원수로서의 공급마저도 매년 심한 원수 수질 문제(5-6월, 10월경의 취수장 부근의 부영양화 현상으로 인한 악취와 물 맛의 문제)를 1984년부터 겪고 있다. 이와 같이 도시권 하천의 수자원은 자연적, 인위적, 경제적, 법적, 제도적 여러 제한 요소로서 특성을 가지고 있으며 이는 날로 심해 가고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 최적 물관리 시스템의 개발이 새로이 시작하는 수자원 개발 사업에서는 계획 단계에서부터 절실히 요구되는 바이며 기존 시설물의 관리 운영은 과감히 그 운영 관리 기준을 보완 재 정비하여야 할 것이다. 지금까지 대부분의 수자원 종합 개발 계획이 홍수방이나 용수 공급 및 수력 개발 등에 주력하여 왔으나 이제는 보다 더 수자원의 환경 보전적 차원과 도시의 안정적 발달을 위한 지역 및 권역 계획과 연계지워져서 양적인 안정 공급과 더불어 질적인 향상과 연계지워서 경제-사회적 요구에 부응할 수 있도록 도시권의 수자원을 최적 관리할 수 있는 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 이는 각 도시 하천의 수자원의 정량적·정성적인 특성 및 제한 요소를 충분히 감안하여 수요-공급 개념에 의하여 과감히 기존 시설(예: 팔당댐의 운영, 대청댐의 운영 등)의 관리 운영 체계를 개선하여 나가야 할 것이며, 수질 보전적-환경 보전 차원에서 저수관리 체계를 확고히 할 수 있는 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다.펄스주입법에 의해 증착된 박박은 강유전성 이력을 나타내었다.지역과 비도시지역을 비교하는 조사 연구가 필요하며, 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 자녀의 식습관에 대

  • The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has promulgated the mandatory design of BIM for road projects of more than 50 billion won by 2020 under the Basic Plan for the Sixth Construction Technology Promotion. As a result, major public clients are attempting to implement BIMs that are appropriate to the situation of each institution. On the other hand, it is difficult to design and construct a proper BIM and accumulate BIM information of the ordering organization because the technical guidelines and standard classification system that can perform BIM effectively have not been presented sufficiently. The characteristics of the road should be managed systematically, e.g., atypical objects, such as earthworks, which are constantly changing along a line; large objects, such as bridges and tunnels; and facilities, such as signs and soundproof walls. To achieve this, a multitude of standard systems should be developed and disseminated, but there have been insufficient studies on practical methods. To solve this problem, this study developed a BIM standard object classification system in the road sector to meet the international standard, accommodate a multi-dimensional information system, and provide a more effective BIM standard information environment that can be utilized easily by practitioners.

Maintenance Management System for Urban Drainage System (도시유역 내배수시설 유지관리시스템)

  • Sewer rehabilitation is performed to improve the problem for urban drainage sewer system recently. However the data for the sewer system is not stored enough so that the sewer system is difficult to be managed systematically. In this study, a maintenance management system for urban drainage system is developed to store the data efficiently and manage the system systematically. In the developed system, a hydraulic and hydrologic analysis module is included to test the carrying capacity of a sewer pipe and estimate the amount of combined sewer overflows. The I/I and superannuation evaluation module is included in this system. The module distribute the total inflow/infiltration observed at the several sampling points in a drainage area to the individual pipes of the entire sewer system. Then the superannuation of a sewer pipe is evaluated according to the amount of I/I of the pipe. And in the developed system, the optimal rehabilitation priority module is included to determine the optimal priority and support the decision making for the sewer rehabilitation. The maintenance management system which is developed in this study is constructed by the association with the developed modules and the system is formed as graphical user interface system.

  • 강원도 동해안 지역 하천은 유로연장과 유역면적이 작고 하천 상류부는 급경사이며 하류부는 완경사의 특징을 보여주고 있다. 이 지역 대부분의 하천이 바다로 직접 유입되고 있어 바다와 하천을 옮겨 다니는 회유성 어류가 서식하고 있으며 이들은 소하성, 강하성 및 양측성 어류로 구분된다. 이러한 회유성 어류의 이동은 동해안 지역 하천 하류부 완경사지에서 농업용수를 취수하기 위한 보의 설치로 인하여 어려워졌으며, 이러한 문제에 대처하기 위하여 수산자원 보호령(대통령령 제 5027호) 제 21조에서 어도설치를 규정하고 있다. 강원도 동해안 지역 하천에 설치되어 있는 어도의 실태를 보면 총 19개 하천에 있는 83개소의 농업용 취수보에 약 130개의 어도가 있다. 기존에 설치되어 있는 전어도에 대한 현장조사결과 어도의 기능에 장애를 일으킬 만한 원인은 어도시설의 구조적인 문제와 관리문제로 대별할 수 있다. 본 연구는 어도의 기능이 원활하게 유지되도록 어도시설물에 대한 각종 자료를 체계적으로 집적한 어도정보시스템을 구축하여 어도시설에 대한 현황파악을 용이하게 하고, 지방자치단체에서 개별적으로 수행하던 어도관리를 통합관리할수 있게 하며, 어도시설 표준모형 설계의 기초자료 및 하천 정보, 어류생태정보와 연결된 정보시스템으로의 확장을 가능하게 한다. 본 어도 정보시스템은 기본적으로 인터넷상에서 서비스가 이루어진다. 사용자는 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 어도 정보시스템이 탑재된 웹 서버에 접속하여 서비스를 요청한다. 사용자의 요청을 받은 웹 서버는 게시판과 DBMS를 제어하여 그 결과를 사용자에게 건네준다. 사용된 기술은 ISAPI 규격의 확장인 IDC, HTX이다. 관리자와 사용자의 입력, 수정, 검색, 삭제등에 관한 읽고 쓰기 권한을 구분한다.이 경과함에 따라 소멸하며 약산성에서 높은 생성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다, 강별로는 낙동강에서 THMs파 HANs의 생성능이 비교적 높았고, 영산강에서는 HAAs의 생성능이 높았다. 각 원수의 특성에 따른 생성능을 파악함으로써 생성능 저감방안을 마련하며, 소독 부산물질의 인체노출평가에 따른 위해성평가를 통해 관리기준을 설정해야 할 것이다.는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국 문화의 특징이라 할 수 있는 교수-학생간의 인간적인 관계가 중시되는 교육환경하에서, 정보화 사회의 한 수업형태인 재택수업을 외국(특히 미국)의 방법을 그대로 따라 실시할 경우, 많은 부작용이 있을 수 있다는 것을 암시하며, 따라서 우리 교육문화에 맞는 재택수업 형태의 개발이 시급함을 제시한다고 하겠다.column density of HCaN is (1-3):n1014cm-2.   • The Spatial Image contents of Geomorphology 3-D environment is focused by the requirement and importance in the fields such as, national land development plan, telecommunication facility management, railway construction, general construction engineering, Ubiquitous city development, safety and disaster prevention engineering. The currently used DEM system using contour lines, which embodies geographic information based on the 2-D digital maps and facility information has limitation in implementation in reproducing the 3-D spatial city. Moreover, this method often neglects the altitude of the rail way infrastructure which has narrow width and long length. There it is needed to apply laser measurement technique in the spatial target object to obtain accuracy. Currently, the LiDAR data which combines the laser measurement skill and GPS has been introduced to obtain high resolution accuracy in the altitude measurement. In this paper, we tested of the railway facilities using laser surveying system, then we propose data a generation of spatial images for the optimal manage and synthesis of railway facility system in our 3-D spatial terrain information. For this object, LiDAR based height data transformed to DEM, and the realtime unification of the vector via digital image mapping and raster via exactness evaluation is transformed to make it possible to trace the model of generated 3-dimensional railway model with long distance for 3D tract model generation. As the results, We confirmed the solutions of varieties application for railway facilities management using 3-D spatial image contents.

GIS-based Market Analysis and Sales Management System : The Case of a Telecommunication Company (시장분석 및 영업관리 역량 강화를 위한 통신사의 GIS 적용 사례)

  • A Geographic Information System(GIS) is a system that captures, stores, analyzes, manages and presents data with reference to geographic location data. In the later 1990s and earlier 2000s it was limitedly used in government sectors such as public utility management, urban planning, landscape architecture, and environmental contamination control. However, a growing number of open-source packages running on a range of operating systems enabled many private enterprises to explore the concept of viewing GIS-based sales and customer data over their own computer monitors. K telecommunication company has dominated the Korean telecommunication market by providing diverse services, such as high-speed internet, PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), VOLP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), and IPTV(Internet Protocol Television). Even though the telecommunication market in Korea is huge, the competition between major services providers is growing more fierce than ever before. Service providers struggled to acquire as many new customers as possible, attempted to cross sell more products to their regular customers, and made more efforts on retaining the best customers by offering unprecedented benefits. Most service providers including K telecommunication company tried to adopt the concept of customer relationship management(CRM), and analyze customer's demographic and transactional data statistically in order to understand their customer's behavior. However, managing customer information has still remained at the basic level, and the quality and the quantity of customer data were not enough not only to understand the customers but also to design a strategy for marketing and sales. For example, the currently used 3,074 legal regional divisions, which are originally defined by the government, were too broad to calculate sub-regional customer's service subscription and cancellation ratio. Additional external data such as house size, house price, and household demographics are also needed to measure sales potential. Furthermore, making tables and reports were time consuming and they were insufficient to make a clear judgment about the market situation. In 2009, this company needed a dramatic shift in the way marketing and sales activities, and finally developed a dedicated GIS_based market analysis and sales management system. This system made huge improvement in the efficiency with which the company was able to manage and organize all customer and sales related information, and access to those information easily and visually. After the GIS information system was developed, and applied to marketing and sales activities at the corporate level, the company was reported to increase sales and market share substantially. This was due to the fact that by analyzing past market and sales initiatives, creating sales potential, and targeting key markets, the system could make suggestions and enable the company to focus its resources on the demographics most likely to respond to the promotion. This paper reviews subjective and unclear marketing and sales activities that K telecommunication company operated, and introduces the whole process of developing the GIS information system. The process consists of the following 5 modules : (1) Customer profile cleansing and standardization, (2) Internal/External DB enrichment, (3) Segmentation of 3,074 legal regions into 46,590 sub_regions called blocks, (4) GIS data mart design, and (5) GIS system construction. The objective of this case study is to emphasize the need of GIS system and how it works in the private enterprises by reviewing the development process of the K company's market analysis and sales management system. We hope that this paper suggest valuable guideline to companies that consider introducing or constructing a GIS information system.

Occurrence and Influence of acid Leachate by Pyrite in Underground Rocks of Road Construction Field in the Miryang Area (밀양지역 도로건설 현장 지반암석내 분포하는 황철석에 의한 산성침출수 발생과 영향)

  • The acid leachate derived from the sulfide mineral such as pyrite can cause problems such as aging of infrastructure and environment contamination around the civil construction site. The purpose of this study is to assess the environmental effect of an acid leachate derived from pyrite in the Miryang area under road construction. In this study, 13 samples of situ core were used for the net acid generation (NAG) experiment. The chemical composition including pH, oxidation and reduction potential (ORP) and electrical conductance of water samples produced from the NAG test was analyzed. In additional, five polished thin sections of rock cores were made for electro microprobe analyses. In the results of the NAG tests, 7 samples showed lower values than pH 3.5. It strongly indicated that these areas are under the environmental and infrastructure damage by the acid leachate. The chemical type of the 7 samples was classified as the $Fe(Ca)-SO_4$ type, which is totally a different type compared to general groundwater. The concentration of total sulfur ranges from 0.004% to 12.5%. 6 rock samples are plotted on a potentially acid forming zone in the relation diagram between the total sulfide and NAG-pH. In conclusion, it is suggested that a protection method against an environmental demage and an infrastructure corrosions by the acid leachate should be prepared in all of areas under a road construction.

Analysis of Importance by Defect Type in Apartment Construction (공동주택 건축공사 하자유형별 중요도 분석)

  • While numbers of apartment housing are continually rising in the domestic housing construction industry, apartment contractors are currently developing plane models, upgrading facilities, and relevant technology, and investing much efforts to meet the higher demands of consumers. However, the construction process of apartment housing involves the intricate properties of the construction industry such as materials, workforce, equipment, weather, and unpredictable situations. If any of these factors becomes discordant and results in interference and interruption of the construction process, then defects, both functional and aesthetic, are likely to occur due to errors in the plan of industry organizers and constructors. Therefore, this research identifies the types of defects in an apartment construction project and analyzes their relative importance. Firstly, this research reviews the previous research trends and will reduce the needs of this research. Afterward, defect repair costs corresponding to the different defect types are calculated by applying results of the research and performing frequency analysis on defect types included in 'Tenant preliminary research' on apartments constructed by Company A. As a result of analyzing the importance of defect type, the top six activities, including tile, floor, paper hanging, PL window, cabinetry, and kitchen cabinet, are found to be of high importance, and the top six activities in question need of repair and management of defects first. The results of this study will help establish a plan to initially respond to such problems as refusal to move in and filing a defect suit against delay in repairing defects.

Application of Total Station for Structure and Terrain Displacement Monitoring (구조물 및 지형변위 모니터링을 위한 토털스테이션의 활용)

  • Recently, disasters caused by extreme weather and the damage caused by them are increasing worldwide. The interest in disasters, such as earthquakes, typhoons, and ground subsidence, is increasing in Korea. Korea has enacted a special law based on disaster management, and has built monitoring systems for individual facility units by building precision sensors and related systems to measure the displacement status of long bridges and high-rise composite buildings. On the other hand, the application of a real-time monitoring system is insufficient for slopes, open-pit mines, small and medium structures due to weather, measurement methods, cost, and constant monitoring difficulties. In this study, the displacement monitoring method using the total station was studied and the applicability was suggested through the experiment. Through the research, the concept and operation flow of a monitoring system that can measure the displacement of the terrain or the structure using the total station was presented. The monitoring system allows the user to select the location and operation method of the equipment so that the equipment can be installed according to the site situation, and set the number of observations, the period, and the observation range of the object. Using the experiment on the monitoring system, the station was monitored with precision within 5mm, and it was suggested that the displacement of the object can be monitored using the total station. Further research will be needed to assess the applicability of monitoring to real slopes and structures.

Verification of Stream Flow by Rainfall-Runoff Simulation and Hydrologic Analysis in Daecheong Basin (수문 특성 분석에 의한 대청유역 주요지점 유출모의 검증)

  • In this study long term rainfall-runoff model, developed based on SSARR, was applied to Geum river basin and its simulation results of major control points were compared with the corresponding observed channel discharges. The validities of the simulation results were examined with re-measured discharges of those control points. From the above procedure the points showing the unreliable results were found out and its principal causes are analyzed through hydrological inspection of runoff characteristics of their circumstances. Finally the simulation results were modified by the consideration of the effects by small-scale hydraulic structures which could directly affect the channel discharges. As a result the annual runoff simulations of two major points in Geum river basin, Yongdam and Daecheong dam sites, work well. However the low flow simulation of the point located between them, Sutong station, showed more or less the unreliable result. Its causes are considered by means of the hydraulic/hydrological inspection of the corresponding point.
