별 가시도 해석을 이용한 별 추적기의 최적 배치 결정

  • In this study, star visibility analysis of a star tracker is performed by using a statistical apprach. The probability of the Sun and the Earth proximity, the solar array masking probability, and the solar array blinding probability by the Sun light are obtained from the arbitrary chosen satellite positions as a function of a line of sight vector of the star tracker in several satellite attitude modes. This analysis demonstrates that the optimized star tracker accomodations can be determined to be an elevation angle -40o and two azimuth angles $-35^{circ}$ and $-150^{circ}$.

A Study on a Lane Detection and Tracking Algorithm Using B-Snake (B-Snake를 이용한 차선 검출 및 추적 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose lane detection and trackinB algerian using B-Snake as robust algorithm. One of chief virtues of Lane detection algorithm using B-Snake is that it is possible to specify a wider range of lane structure because B-Spline conform an arbitrary shape by control point set and that it doesn't use any camera parameter. Using a robust algorithm called CHVEP, we find the vanishing point, width of lane and mid-line of lane because of the perspective parallel line and then we can detect the both side of lane mark using B-snake. To demonstrate that this algorithm is robust against noise, shadow and illumination variations in road image, we tested this algorithm about various image divided by weather-fine, rainy and cloudy day. The percentage of correct lane detection is over 95$\%$.

Tracking Moving Object using Hausdorff Distance (Hausdorff 거리를 이용한 이동물체 추적)

  • In this paper, we propose a model based moving object tracking algorithm In dynamic scenes To adapt shape change of the moving object, the Hausdorff distance is applied as the measurement of similarity between model and image To reduce processing time, 2D logarithmic search method is applied for locate the position of moving object Experiments on a running vehicle and motorcycle, the result showed that the mean square error of real position and tracking result is 1150 and 1845; matching times are reduced average 1125times and 523 times than existing algorithm for vehicle image and motorcycle image, respectively It showed that the proposed algorithm could track the moving object accurately.

  • This paper presents an algorithm for tracking lanes on the road based on corner detection techniques. The proposed algorithm shows high accuracy regardless of lane divider types, eg, solid line, dashed line, etc, and thus is of advantage to city streets and local roads where various types of lane dividers are used. A set of experiments was conducted on real roads with various types of lane dividers and results show an extract ratio over 87% in average.

Road Extraction from High Resolution Satellite Image Using Object-based Road Model (객체기반 도로모델을 이용한 고해상도 위성영상에서의 도로 추출)

  • The importance of acquisition of road information has recently been increased with a rapid growth of spatial-related services such as urban information system and location based service. This paper proposes an automatic road extraction method using object-based approach which was issued alternative of pixel-based method recently. Firstly, the spatial objects were created by MSRS(Modified Seeded Region Growing) method, and then the key road objects were extracted by using properties of objects such as their shape feature information and adjacency. The omitted road objects were also traced considering spatial correlation between extracted road and their neighboring objects. In the end, the final road region was extracted by connecting discontinuous road sections and improving road surfaces through their geometric properties. To assess the proposed method, quantitative analysis was carried out. From the experiments, the proposed method generally showed high road detection accuracy and had a great potential for the road extraction from high resolution satellite images.

  • In the past, there have been many theory and algorithms for vehicle tracking. But the time complexity of many feature point matching methods for vehicle tracking are exponential. Also, object segmentation and detection algorithms presented for vehicle tracking are exhaustive and time consuming. Therefore, we present the fast and efficient two stages method that can efficiently track the many moving vehicles on the road. The first detects the vehicle plate regions and extracts the feature points of vehicle plates. The second associates the feature points between frames using dynamic programming.

  • Automatic tracking of vehicles is important to accurately estimate the vehicle speeds in video-based traffic measurement systems and to analyze traffic flows for road construction. This paper proposes a carefully designed rule-based tracking scheme that considers the possible cases that can be appeared in the video-based vehicle racking. The proposed scheme is fast and outperforms the Mean-Shift scheme in terms of accuracy. The accuracy and the speed of the scheme would be increased by combining it with color-based searching and Kalman filters.

  • 급격한 도시화와 기후변화로 인한 자연적인 물순환 구조의 변화는 기존 수자원 이용 경향을 변화시키며 하천건천화 현상을 유발하고 있다. 이를 관리하기 위해 하천건천화 평가 및 예측이 가능한 영향 평가 기술이 필요하며, 국내에서는 GIS 기반의 분포형 수문 모형인 Drying Stream Assessment Tool and Water Flow Tracking (DrySAT-WFT)이 개발되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 격자기반의 물수지 모형은 단위 cell 안의 수직적인 물의 거동은 파악하기 용이하나, 모형의 특성상 저수지, 댐, 보와 같은 수리 시설물의 방류량에 따른 하도의 흐름 추적에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 DrySAT-WFT 모형에 댐?보 방류량 자료와 연계한 하도추적 알고리즘을 개발하여 모형의 유출 모의 성능을 개선하고, 1976년부터 2015년까지의 유출 모의를 통해 전국 표준유역을 대상으로 각 유역에 대한 하천건천화 원인 추적 및 평가를 수행하고자 한다. 하천건천화영향요소를 고려하기 위한 모형의 입력 자료로 산림높이, 도로망, 지하수 이용량, 토지이용, 토심, 기상 변화에 대해 1976년부터 2015년까지 구축한 시계열 전국 자료를 활용하였으며, 일별 강우량, 상대습도, 평균풍속, 평균 및 최고, 최저 기온, 일조시간의 기상자료를 구축하였다. 개선된 DrySAT-WFT 유출 모의 결과는 선행 연구와의 비교를 통해 모의 개선점을 정량적으로 제시하고자 한다.

  • Drying Stream Assessment Tool and Water Flow Tracking (DrySAT-WFT)은 하천건천화 평가 및 예측을 위해 개발된 물수지 기반의 분포형 수문모형이다. 그러나 물수지 모형의 특성상 토양층 사이를 이동하는 수직적인 물의 거동은 파악하기 용이하나, 하천 및 지표를 따라 이동하는 물의 수평적인 거동 추적에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 DrySAT-WFT 모형에 댐·보 방류량을 고려한 하도 갈수량 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 유출 모의 성능을 개선하고, 개선된 유출 모형을 금강 유역(9,915.5 ㎢)에 적용하여 건천화 원인 추적 및 평가를 수행하였다. 하천건천화 원인 추적을 위한 영향요소로 1976년부터 2015년까지 구축한 산림높이, 도로망, 지하수 이용량, 토지이용, 토심, 기상 자료를 활용하였다. 건천화 영향요소를 적용하기 전 기상자료만을 활용해 모의한 유출결과를 기준 시나리오로 설정하고 댐·보 지점을 대상으로 검보정을 진행하였다. 이후 각 건천화 영향요소를 적용한 유출 시나리오별 유량의 감소 비율과 건천화 기여 비율을 산정하여 영향평가를 수행하였다.
