The purpose of this study is to develop the teaching competency tool of university teachers with responsibility for college education and analyze the need for change. We have developed teaching competency to strengthen the competencies required for university professors' responsibilities and community activities in and out of universities and the contents validity was examined from 24 experts. The developed tools were used to diagnose the 83 teachers of K university in Chungcheongnam-do, and to derive basic competence, educational practice competence, and community competence through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The teaching competencies include 'Understanding of college education', 'Educational philosophy and attitude', 'Teacher attitude', 'Analysis design', 'Instruction execution', 'Guidance management', 'Evaluation feedback', 'Academic convergence', 'Sympathy learning culture', and 'Global sharing'. The results of the paired t-test and the analysis of the need for change through the analysis of Borich coefficient analysis were as follows: Understanding of university education (4th rank), analysis design (5th rank), instruction execution(2nd rank), empathy learning culture (1st rank), and global sharing (3rd rank). The competence of university teachers is not only the ability to practice teaching, but also the ability to understand university education and to empathize and share with the members of the university community. In the future, the university should actively develop and provide ongoing support programs to strengthen the capacity of professors.

효과적인 언어처리 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 언어정보가 부착된 대량의 말뭉치가 필요하다. 그러나, 대량의 말뭉치를 구축하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 이와 같은 시간과 노력을 절약하기 위해서 일반적으로 말뭉치 구축 도구를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 의존구조 말뭉치를 구축하기 위한 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발된 구축 도구는 여러 가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 1) 특정 응용분야에 관계없이 두루 사용할 수 있다. 2) 분석 단계와 분석 오류를 연계하여 작업의 집중도를 높였다. 3) 가능한 한 오류는 축적되지 않도록 하여 구축된 말뭉치의 질을 크게 개선할 수 있었다. 4) 구축된 정보는 서로 공유할 수 있도록 하여 작업의 일관성을 극대화하였다. 5) 초보자로 사용자가 쉽게 도구를 사용할 수 있도록 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 개발된 구축 도구를 이용하여 8 명의 연구원이 약 2 개월 (하루에 평균 4 시간)에 걸쳐서 10,000 문장의 의존구조 말뭉치를 구축할 수 있었다. 구축된 말뭉치에는 형태소 정보, 구묶음 정보, 의존구조 정보가 부착되어 있다.

A performance evaluation tool makes an important role in order to improve performance of an embedded software which has restricted computing resources. However, existing performance evaluation tools for embedded softwares cannot be used in collaborative development environment because they support only one developer with performance evaluation work under cross development environment. In this paper, we propose a performance evaluation tool for embedded softwares on collaborative development environment. A proposed tool is based on server and client model. It can have flexibility in offering and integrating the result information for the items. Through the suggested tool. developers can intuitively understand and analysis performance evaluation results each other.

호스트와 타겟 간의 통신 부담과 타겟 자원이 제한적이라는 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 호스트 중심 원격 개발 환경(Remote Development Environment: RDE)을 구성하였다. 이 원격 개발 환경은 여러 개발 도구로 구성되어 있는데, 이들 도구가 타겟시스템에 접속하여 내장형 응용를 개발하는데 있어서 공통 기능, 공통 데이터가 존재한다. 그런데 이들을 각각 유지시키는 것은 타겟시스템에 부담을 줄 뿐만 아니라, 개발 도구를 추가/구현하는 것도 매우 어렵게 한다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 원격 개발 도구들의 공통 요소들을 모아 도구와 타겟시스템 사이에 중개자 역할을 하는 타겟관리자를 둔다. 타겟관리자는 미들웨어로서 호스트와 타겟 간의 통신 채널을 하나로 유지하면서 도구와 타겟 간의 통신을 중재하고, 도구들이 심볼 테이블을 공유할 수 있도록 심볼 테이블을 관리한다. 또한, 타겟에 있는 도구 전용 메모리를 관리하며, 호스트 상에서 개발한 내장형 소프트웨어를 타겟에 로딩하는 일을 처리한다. 이러한 타겟관리자를 사용하는 원격 개발 환경은 도구들에게 공통 인터페이스를 제공하여, 통신 방식 등의 하부 구조에 상관없이 서비스를 받을 수 있고, 새로운 도구를 추가하는 것도 용이하게 할 수 있다는 장점을 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI 에서 개발 중인 실시간 운영 체제인 Q+용 타겟관리자를 설계하고 구현한다. 또한, 타겟관리자가 동작하게 될 내장형 실시간 응용 개발 환경에 대하여 소개하고, 구현 결과를 도구들과 연계하여 보여주며, 타겟 관리자를 둔 원격 개발 환경이 타겟 관리자를 두지 않은 경우에 비해 호스트와 타겟 간의 통신 횟수가 얼마나 감소하는지 시험 결과를 통해 보여준다. 현재 타겟 관리자의 프로토타입을 개발하여 도구들과 통합 시험을 하였는데 기본 기능들이 성공적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for the quality of information commons. Information commons is a physical, technological, social, and intellectual place where library users can experience various educational, research, and cultural activities. It is recently gaining popularity and several libraries have implemented it to help users share knowledge and interact with each other. It also intends to provide a place for collaboration, learning, and rest. Despite its benefits and usefulness, there is no measurement tool explicitly designed for the quality of information commons. This study used in-depth personal interview, compared prior studies, and conducted a pilot study to elicit library users' perceptions on information commons and factors influencing on the perceived quality of information commons. Groups of initial items were emerged through classifying and clustering key concepts in the data. Then, the validity of the items were verified through a pilot study. The findings of this study will be useful for developing more reliable and valid survey measurement tool.

The knowledge sharing in a knowledge management process is much affecting generation and distribution of knowledge. Especially, the knowledge distribution is being revitalized with the center of social media service like twitter and library service 2.0 in the knowledge-based IT (Information Technology) environment. The present research analyzed the structure and characteristics of a social network inside an organization that is growing like an organism through self-organization through tools for SNA (Social Network Analysis) and multiple regression analysis of independent variables such as 1) a relationship between social network's structure and knowledge sharing, 2) a relationship between structural holes and knowledge sharing influence of centrality, 3) a relationship between individual ability and knowledge sharing of information technology and work recognition.

새로운 경영 패러다잉의 전환과 지식경제시대에 도래하고 있는 현재, 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위한 경영방식의 일환으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 창조, 공유 및 활용을 포함한 개념으로서, 지식의 효율적인 공유 및 활용을 위해 지식경영을 응용한 지식관리시스템이 활발히 도입 중에 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입현황(배경, 도입내용, 효과)의 사례률 비교, 분석하여 도입관련 시사점을 제시한다. 지식관리시스템의 배경은 지식공유를 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고, 경영목표를 달성하기 위해 지식을 통합, 광리할 필요성으로 도입하였고, 도입 내용은 조직의 산재된 지식을 통합, 분류하여 지식데이터베이스를 구촉하였고 지식경영 중심의 기업문화률 이루고, 평가와 보상 체제를 구축하였다. 지식관리시스템의 도입 효과는 지식이 차별화 된 경쟁도구로 인식되면서, 개인의 지식이 조직의 지식으로 전환되면서 지식의 자본화가 이루어졌고, 조직구성원들의 업무효율성 또한 증대되었다. 사례분석결과 성공적인 지식경영을 위해, 지식경영을 위한 가치관 및 기업문화를 정착하고 기업특성에 맞는 방식을 고안해 지식경영을 실천하고, 파일럿 프로젝트를 실행한 후 단계적으로 확산해야한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 전략적, 문화적, 조직적, 기술적 측면의 구체적인 시사점이 제시되었다.

The sharing economy has been evaluated as a sustainable system dominating the next 10 years and one of the 10 ideas which can change the world. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether there is any relevance between the sharing economy and libraries, if the library can be the core model of the sharing economy, and to propose how libraries could contribute to a sharing economy. To this end, literature related to the sharing economy and the actual cases of its implementation were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the library was evaluated as a successful model of the sharing economy because it has shared information and tools for centuries. Therefore, it was concluded that the library could be an institution that can lead to a sharing economy. Second, it was analyzed that the library could foster the sharing economy through offering its space, and functioning as the infinite imagination room and smart work center, sharing goods through Little Free Libraries, as well as various other resources of library, and sharing various types of knowledge including reference services. Third, it can be said that the possibility of realizing a shared economy in libraries is inexhaustible, and librarians can play an active role and will positively influence the success or failure in terms of realizing the sharing economy. In the future, there needs to be a study to measure the practices and the performance of the sharing economy of libraries.

캐쉬 일관성 유지 프로토콜은 공유 메모리 다중 프로세서 시스템의 정확하고 효율적인 작동에 중요하다. 시스템이 점점 복잡해짐에 따라 시뮬레이션 방법만으로는 프로토콜의 정확성을 확인하기는 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 CC-NUMA용 디렉토리 기반 캐쉬 일관성 프로토콜인 RACE 프로토콜을 정형기법 도구인 ESTEREL을 이용하여 프로토콜이 안정적으로 동작함을 검증하였다.
