  • 인공지능의 발전으로 의료영상 분야에서 딥러닝 기반 질병 진단 연구가 활발하다. 그러나 모델 개발 시 학습 데이터의 개수와 품질은 매우 중요한데, 의료 분야 특성상 접근 가능한 데이터셋이 적으며 오픈 데이터셋은 서로 다른 기관에서 배포되거나 웹상에서 수집된 것으로 진단에 적합한 품질을 기대하기 어렵다. 또한, 기존 연구는 데이터셋이 학습에 적합한지에 대한 품질검증 없이 사용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임상에서 사용하는 화질 평가 요소에 근거를 두고 영역별 화소값 분석을 통한 흉부 X선 영상 품질 평가 기법을 제안한다. 오픈 데이터셋 JSRT, Chest14와 국내 A 병원 데이터셋 AUH에 제안한 기법을 적용한 결과 민감도 91.5%, 특이도 96.1%의 우수한 성능을 확인하였다.

  • The analysis platform of remote-sensing big data is a system that downloads data from satellites, transforms it to a data type of L3, and then analyzes it and produces its analysis results. The objective of this paper is to develop ISO/IEC 9126-1 software quality model-based assessment criteria, in order to evaluate the quality of remote-sensing big data analysis platform. Its detailed research contents are as follows. First, the ISO/IEC 9216 standards and previous software evaluation models will be reviewed. Second, this paper will define evaluation areas, evaluation elements, and evaluation items for measuring the quality of big data analysis platform. Third, the validity of the assessment criteria will be verified by statistical experiments through content validity, reliability validity, and construct validity, by using SPSS 20.0 and Amos 20.0 software. The construct validity will also be conducted by performing the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. Lastly, it is significant that our research result demonstrates the first evaluation criteria in measuring the quality of big data analysis platform. It is also expected that our assessment criteria could be used as the basis information for evaluation criteria in the platforms that will be developed in the future.

  • This study aimed to conduct the standardization of various specifications for determining the proper construction and operation of domestic CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station). To achieve the plan, the standardization was proposed for various compositions of CORS, such as the data quality, structure, and equipment. Also, we have studied the method for empirically determining the reference values of QC (Quality Check) of CORS data. Those large amounts of samples for each QC index values were built to approach in empirical and statistical methods. In fact, those general and recommended reference values were determined from analyzing the sample distributions, using the empirical and statistical approaches. The result is expected to be utilized for a variety of research fields for standardization, accurate data acquisitions and service operations for the domestic CORS

  • 이동통신 3사(SKT, KTF, LGT)의 음성통화 및 무선데이터 서비스에 대한 품질평가 결과 대체적으로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 정보통신서비스 품질평가협의회는 지난 4월부터 7월까지 측정한 이동통신 3사의 음성통화 및 무선데이터 서비스에 대한 평가결과를 지난달 13일 공개했다. 품질평가협의회에서는 사업자간 품질개선을 유도하고 순위비교를 통한 광고경쟁 등 부작용을 줄이기 위해 과거의 5단계 평가(수, 우, 미, 양, 가)방법을 '양호'와 '미흡'의 2단계로 조정해 평가했다.

  • Today, Educational serious games are occupying a large portion of the serious game market but there is a lack of the quality evaluation systems for providing useful quality evaluation information about educational serious game to user or developer. Although the existing metadata management system for serious game is developed, the system had not provided a function to manage the quality evaluation information for educational serious game. Therefor the development of quality evaluation management system of educational serious game is a very important challenge. We proposed design of the system for managing a metadata and a quality evaluation for educational serious game. The advantage of our system is that the system provide a lot of reliable useful information for general users and developers, and support an easy and convenient tool to manage the metadata and quality information to managers.

A Study on Data Quality Evaluation of Administrative Information Dataset (행정정보데이터세트의 데이터 품질평가 연구)

  • In 2019, the pilot project to establish a record management system for administrative information datasets started in earnest under the leadership of the National Archives. Based on the results of the three-year project by 2021, the improved administrative information dataset management plan will be reflected in public records-related laws and guidelines. Through this, the administrative information dataset becomes the target of full-scale public record management. Although public records have been converted to electronic documents and even the datasets of administrative information systems have been included in full-scale public records management, research on the quality requirements of data itself as raw data constituting records is still lacking. If data quality is not guaranteed, all four properties of records will be threatened in the dataset, which is a structure of data and an aggregate of records. Moreover, if the reliability of the quality of the data of the administrative information system built by reflecting the various needs of the working departments of the institution without considering the standards of the standard records management system is insufficient, the reliability of the public records itself can not be secured. This study is based on the administrative information dataset management plan presented in the "Administrative Information Dataset Recorded Information Service and Utilization Model Study" conducted by the National Archives of Korea in 2021. A study was conducted. By referring to various data, especially public data-related policies and guides, which are being promoted across the government, we would like to derive quality evaluation requirements in terms of records management and present specific indicators. Through this, it is expected that it will be helpful for record management of administrative information dataset which will be in full swing in the future.

An Organizational Maturity Assessment Model for Public Data Quality Management (공공데이터 품질관리를 위한 조직 성숙도 평가 모델)

  • Although the demand for the use of public data increases in accordance with the expansion of Government 3.0, the poor level of data quality and its management currently implemented is becoming obstacles to opening data to the public. To improve the efficiency of management, linkage and usage for data, standardized processes for data quality management have to be prepared and appropriate data quality assessment criteria should be established. In this paper, we propose the organizational maturity model that can assess the public data quality management level. This model consists of the process reference model and the measurement framework. Fifteen processes grouped by the PDCA cycle are defined in the process reference model. The measurement framework measures the organizational maturity level based on process capability levels. The organizational maturity model can be used to establish objectives and directions for public data quality improvement by diagnosis of current level of public data quality management and problem solving. This model can also facilitate open to the private sector and activate usage of stable public data through reliability enhancement.

  • Recently, as most functional business activities in an enterprise are supported by computerized information systems, data duplication and inconsistency among functional information systems become serious problems. It brings people to have many interests on data quality management. This paper presents a case study in which a company had improved their data quality by enhancing their data quality management processes. Though the case study, we describe main issues and risk factors in the process of data quality improvement projects as well as solutions to resolve the issues, which can be referred by other companies who pursue data quality improvement. Also, the improvement effects are evaluated by multidimensional perspectives which include quantitative and qualitative measures on data quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, organization, and culture.

  • 정부는 공공데이터 개방을 통해 신산업, 일자리 창출 등 경제 활성화를 위한 도구로 활용하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정부는 고품질의 공공데이터 보유를 위하여 품질 개선 활동을 통해 공공데이터 품질 향상을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 공공데이터 품질관리 수준 진단을 진행하는 담당자의 데이터에 대한 전문성과 이해도에 따라 품질진단 결과에 격차가 발생하여 진단 결과의 신뢰성을 보장하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 공공데이터의 원활한 품질진단 지원을 위해 품질진단규칙 매핑 모델을 제안하여 공공데이터 품질진단의 안정성과 신뢰성을 높인다.

  • This study aims to evaluate the quality of databases in scientific and technical fields. The maul discussion is about the quality issues of KORDIC's seven database the most typical web database of scientific and technical fields in Korea. Eighteen evaluation criteria, considered two aspects of data itself and service of database, are used to measure their quality. The purpose of this study Is to diagnose the qualify of databases mentioned above and to analyses the measured result of quality objectively and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for their improvements.
