본 연구에서는 시공간 제약뿐만 아니라, 데이터의 다양성에 따른 제약조건까지도 최소화하여 온라인상에서 지리정보 활용성을 제고하기 위해 기존의 국가지리정보유통망을 지리정보통합포털로 발전시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 미국의 지리정보포털인 GOS(Geospatial One-Stop)를 모델로 하여 우리나라 국가지리정보유통망을 지리정보통합포털로 발전시키기 위한 모델을 수립하였다. 지리정보통합포털 모델은 개방형 분산프로세싱 시스템 구조에 대한 In 국제표준인 RM-ODP를 기반으로 하여 전사적 관점, 정보관점, 전산관점, 공학관점에서 수립하였다. 이를 통해 국가지리정보유통망을 기반으로 각종 지리정보 및 지리정보서비스에 대한 접근성을 제고함으로써 국가차원에서 GIS활용도를 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study proposes an expanded model of personalized search service based on community activities on a Korean Web portal. The model is composed of defining subject categories of users, providing personalized search results, and recommending additional subject categories and queries. Several experiments were performed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model. It was found that users' activities on community services provide valuable data for identifying their Interests, and the personalized search service increases users' satisfaction.

The world is paying attention to the South Korean government's aggressive COVID-19 response, key of which is transparency and openness in sharing information. Opening up government information is essential to enhancing its social and economic value through increased awareness and accessibility. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of SNS operated by national open data portals in which government-collected and -disclosed data is available and to suggest improvements for the use of open data portals. To do this, the study compared 3 national open data portals, each from India, U.S.A, and Korea, by performing quantitative analysis, user feedback analysis, time-series analysis, and information type analysis. Based on the identified information types and user needs, the study suggests concrete ways to facilitate the use of open data portals.

According to the public open data policy, the government established the demanders-oriented and customized open data plan and allowed people to use plenty of public data free. There are, however, few geospatial information systems to maximize its usability. For the purpose to make the effective geospatial information services, this study examined how data was linked between the public data portal and open platform first. And then this proposed the interface server model to support the data link between these systems technically.

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective direction of data linkage for building the humanities assets one-stop portal service. For this purpose, We collected and analyzed the actual status of the domestic institution with humanities assets, and presented the linkage direction through analysis of the data held by the target organization. The results of this study are as follows: First, we proposed a classification system of humanities assets based on the reviewing the existing classification system on the subject of humanities assets. Second, we set up the categories of potential data that can be incorporated into humanities assets through a detailed analysis of the subject and type of data held by the subject institutions. Third, we analyzed the platforms of similar case organizations providing one-stop portal services for humanities assets and proposed the applicable meta fields when constructing one-stop system based on similarity.

As open data(public data) began to be recognized as a source of national economic development, many countries began to build public data portals and provide open data to the private sector. In accordance with this trend, open source communities have begun to develop open data platform such as CKAN and enable to share dataset among open data platforms by applying metadata standard technology. However, many governments and local governments are still making it difficult to share data between data portals because they build their own platforms. In this paper, we propose a DCAT-based metadata transformation tool to solve these problems, and show how to transform a dataset into DCAT.

최근 GIS 포털에 대한 수요자 요구 사항이 증가하고 있고 기존의 웹 GIS 응용 프로그램 개발 기법과의 연계와 통합이 중요한 연구 주제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공개 소스인 PostgreSQL - PostGIS를 이용하여 GIS 포털 구축을 위한 응용 설계 연구를 수행하였다. PostgreSQL를 데이터베이스 시스템으로 하여 공간 질의 및 분석 기능 등 GIS 기능을 연동시키는 PostGIS는 서버 GIS 엔진으로 점점 활용 가치가 증가하고 있으나 GIS 포털에서 이를 적용한 사례는 현재까지 보고된 바가 거의 없다. 본 응용 설계는 전체 시스템 설계 보다는 주로 포털에서의 인터페이스 부분을 주로 다루고자 하며 시험 구현 프로그램의 라이브러리는 PostGIS의 C Language Interface(LIBPQ)와 OGC library를 이용하여 공간 데이터에 대한 기본 기능을 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구글, 다음, 네이버 등과 같은 일반 검색 엔진에서 경쟁적으로 제공하는 웹 맵핑 수준에서 위성영상정보와 지도정보 서비스가 보다 체계적으로 웹 GIS 기술과 연계될 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

데이터가 기업 및 기관 활동의 중요한 자산으로 인식이 높아지고 있지만 저 품질 데이터로 인한 막대한 손실과 비용의 증가는 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육과학기술부와 KISTI에서 2007년부터 범부처 차원에서 수행중인 국가R&D 정보자원의 데이터 품질관리를 위해 각 부처와 협의하고 수행해 온 국가R&D 데이터 품질관리 체계 수립과 포털 사이트 구축에 관하여 알아본다. 범부처 국가R&D정보 자원의 데이터 품질관리체계 수립과 범부처 적용 지침 및 가이드라인 제시를 위해 NTIS사업단 및 15개 부처(16개 대표전문기관)의 실무팀장 및 DB 관리자 중심으로 총 33명의 설문을 실시하여 품질관리체계 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 부처(기관)별로 국가R&D표준정보 데이터품질 지표 마련과 주기별 데이터 품질 및 개선도 자체점검을 지원하기 위해, 데이터 점검기준과 절차를 마련하고 이를 기반으로 부처(기관)와 협력하여 데이터품질 점검을 기반을 마련하였다. 이렇게 마련된 품질관리체계와 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 자동화 솔루션을 운영하고자 본 논문에서는 NTIS 데이터 품질관리 체계 및 프로세스, 기능이 통합된 웹 포털 구축에 대해서도 알아본다.

본 연구에서는 자연재해 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 재난 대응 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 재난 재해 정보와 시설물 정보, 공간정보 등이 융합된 통합 인벤토리를 구축하고자 한다. 재난대응 의사결정 지원을 위하여 시설물의 중요도, 위험도, 피해액 산정에 필요한 원천 데이터를 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)에서 제공하는 공공데이터를 활용하였다. 공공데이터포털의 데이터셋은 파일데이터와 오픈 API, 표준데이터와 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 파일데이터는 22,306건, 오픈 API는 2,505건, 표준데이터는 58건의 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 국민, 기업 등 수요 중심으로 개방의 효과성과 시급성 등이 높은 41개 분야의 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 또한 공공데이터를 활용하여 개발된 국내외 다양한 사례와 가공데이터를 공공데이터 활용사례를 통하여 공유하고 있다. 인벤토리 구축을 위하여 국가중점데이터와 데이터카테고리의 국토관리, 재난안전, 산업고용, 공공행정 등 다양한 공공데이터를 검토하여, SOC 시설물과 건축물의 정보를 수집하여 시설물의 중요도와 위험도, 피해액 평가 등 필요 목적에 맞게 최적화 하여 구축하였다. 또한 구축된 다양한 정보와 시설물 평가 모듈간의 원활한 데이터 수급을 위한 연계 모듈과 관리 모듈을 개발하여 구축된 데이터 정보를 표준화하여 유지 관리 할 수 있도록 인벤토리를 구축하였다. 이러한 재난대응 의사결정 지원 통합 인벤토리는 재난대응 의사결정을 신속하고도 효율적으로 가능하게 함으로써 방재업무 지원 및 대국민 서비스를 가능하게 할 것으로 판단된다.

In recent rears. web portal system has received much attention as a user interface for the grid environment. Grid system uses symmetric key for authenticating user identity while the traditional portal system does a password-based authentication. Regarding this, many researches are progressing to integrate portal accounts with symmetric key. Specially. researches such as GAMA and PURSE are active and those focus on easy usability for users who familiar with password-based authentication. However the protection of data and resources is a critical issue in Grid environment, because those are shared through a wide-area network. In this paper, we suggest a new authentication mechanism which unify authentication mechanisms between portal system and grid service by using symmetric key. It will improve a security level in UI layer as much as in grid service.
