  • 본 논문은 GPS 기술을 이용하여 지상 이동체의 위치 정보를 취득하고, 취득된 위치 정보를 이용하여 지상 이동체에 공공 정보와 상업 정보를 멀티미디어 데이터로 편집하여 실시간으로 제공하는 시스템을 제안하고 설계하였다. 설계한 시스템의 효용성과 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 PC와 Visual BASIC, 포토샵을 이용하여 시뮬레이션하였고, CYSTEL INC의 위성 수신기 모듈과 산업보드를 이용하여 제작하였다.

  • We try to build the base for implementation of smart water treatment plant through identifying status by data acquisition such as temperature, humidity, flow, level, pump status and CCTV by using USN terminal such as Zigbee, Wi-Fi, UHF at the center of the flowmeter calibration center in K-water institute. The data obtained from various sensors is transmitted to data processing device through different types of USN network, the processed data is implemented to monitor by smart phone and we try to perform low cost and high efficient USN-based pilot project by implementing remote monitoring system using network performance analysis and mobile devices.

  • When extracting geo-referenced 3D data from cameras mounted on Mobile Mapping Systems, one of important properties for accuracy of extracted data is the alignment of the relative translation(lever-arm) and rotation(bore-sight) between the coordinate systems of Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU)/Ground Positioning System(GPS) and cameras. Since the conventional method calculates absolute camera orientation using ground control points (GCP), the alignment is determined in one Coordinated System (GPS Coordinated System). It basically require GCP. We proposed a mathematical model for the alignment using the initially uncoupled data of cameras and IMU/GPS without GCPs.

  • Recently the research on artificial intelligence is actively processing in the fields of diagnosis and prediction. In this paper, we acquire the data of electrical current, revolution per minute (RPM) and vibration that is occurred in the motor and pump where hey are installed in the industrial fields. We train the acquired data by using the k-nearest neighbors. Also, we propose the status diagnosis methods that judges normal and abnormal status of motor and pump by using the trained data. As a proposed result, we confirm that normal status and abnormal status are well judged.

항로표지관리용 하이브리드 통신 시스템에 관한 연구

  • 항로표지의 원격 관리를 VHF, CDMA, TRS의 경로설정 최적화(Path Optimization) 기능을 갖는 하이브리드 통신을 이용하면 개별 통신 방식별로 음영지역이 존재하는 경우에도, 최적의 통신방식을 선택하여 통신을 수행하게 됨으로써, 통신 음영지역의 해소가 가능하다. 또한 통신장치마다 동일한 데이터 프레임을 사용함으로써 데이터의 호환성을 높였다. 실험은 30일 동안 각 부표에서 매 5분마다 데이터를 취득하였으며, 데이터 수신율은 99.4 % 이상을 보였다.

Analysis on Mapping Accuracy of a Drone Composite Sensor: Focusing on Pre-calibration According to the Circumstances of Data Acquisition Area (드론 탑재 복합센서의 매핑 정확도 분석: 데이터 취득 환경에 따른 사전 캘리브레이션 여부를 중심으로)

  • Drone mapping systems can be applied to many fields such as disaster damage investigation, environmental monitoring, and construction process monitoring. To integrate individual sensors attached to a drone, it was essential to undergo complicated procedures including time synchronization. Recently, a variety of composite sensors are released which consist of visual sensors and GPS/INS. Composite sensors integrate multi-sensory data internally, and they provide geotagged image files to users. Therefore, to use composite sensors in drone mapping systems, mapping accuracies from composite sensors should be examined. In this study, we analyzed the mapping accuracies of a composite sensor, focusing on the data acquisition area and pre-calibration effect. In the first experiment, we analyzed how mapping accuracy varies with the number of ground control points. When 2 GCPs were used for mapping, the total RMSE has been reduced by 40 cm from more than 1 m to about 60 cm. In the second experiment, we assessed mapping accuracies based on whether pre-calibration is conducted or not. Using a few ground control points showed the pre-calibration does not affect mapping accuracies. The formation of weak geometry of the image sequences has resulted that pre-calibration can be essential to decrease possible mapping errors. In the absence of ground control points, pre-calibration also can improve mapping errors. Based on this study, we expect future drone mapping systems using composite sensors will contribute to streamlining a survey and calibration process depending on the data acquisition circumstances.

Feature-based Matching Algorithms for Registration between LiDAR Point Cloud Intensity Data Acquired from MMS and Image Data from UAV (MMS로부터 취득된 LiDAR 점군데이터의 반사강도 영상과 UAV 영상의 정합을 위한 특징점 기반 매칭 기법 연구)

  • Recently, as the demand for 3D geospatial information increases, the importance of rapid and accurate data construction has increased. Although many studies have been conducted to register UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) imagery based on LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data, which is capable of precise 3D data construction, studies using LiDAR data embedded in MMS (Mobile Mapping System) are insufficient. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed 9 matching algorithms based on feature points for registering reflectance image converted from LiDAR point cloud intensity data acquired from MMS with image data from UAV. Our results indicated that when the SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) algorithm was applied, it was able to stable secure a high matching accuracy, and it was confirmed that sufficient conjugate points were extracted even in various road environments. For the registration accuracy analysis, the SIFT algorithm was able to secure the accuracy at about 10 pixels except the case when the overlapping area is low and the same pattern is repeated. This is a reasonable result considering that the distortion of the UAV altitude is included at the time of UAV image capturing. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be used as a basic research for 3D registration of LiDAR point cloud intensity data and UAV imagery.

Experimental Implementation of Continuous GPS Data Processing Procedure on Near Real-Time Mode for High-Precision of Medium-Range Kinematic Positioning Applications (고정밀 중기선 동적측위 분야 응용을 위한 GPS 관측데이터 준실시간 연속 처리절차의 실험적 구현)

  • This paper deals with the high precision of GPS measurement reduction and its implementation on near real-time and kinematic mode for those applications requiring centimeter-level precision of the estimated coordinates, even if target stations are a few hundred kilometers away from their references. We designed the system architecture, data streaming and processing scheme. Intensive investigation was performed to determine the characteristics of the GPS medium-range functional model, IGS infrastructure and some exemplary systems. The designed system consisted of streaming and processing units; the former automatically collects GPS data through Ntrip and IGS ultra-rapid products by FTP connection, whereas the latter handles the reduction of GPS observables on static and kinematic mode to a time series of the target stations' 3D coordinates. The data streaming unit was realized by a DOS batch file, perl script and BKG's BNC program, whereas the processing unit was implemented by definition of a process control file of BPE. To assess the functionality and precision of the positional solutions, an experiment was carried out against a network comprising seven GPS stations with baselines ranging from a few hundred up to a thousand kilometers. The results confirmed that the function of the whole system properly operated as designed, with a precision better than ${\pm}1cm$ in each of the positional component with 95% confidence level.

  • 태양광발전 시스템의 성능 평가는 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터의 취득 및 분석을 통하여 발전성능을 제시할 수 있다. 발전성능에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 일사량과 온도 등의 환경적인 요인, 시스템 구성에 따른 기술적인 요인에 의해 결정될 수 있다. 특히, 시스템 구성에 의해 결정되는 기술적인 요인은 태양전지 모듈의 어레이 손실 및 BOS의 자체 손실 등을 분석하여 전체 시스템의 발전성능을 분석하여 그 성능을 평가할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기 설치된 태양광발전 시스템에서 취득된 데이터를 통하여 용량별, 지역별에 따른 태양광발전 시스템의 성능 분석과 손실 원인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 시스템의 성능은 환경적인 요인과 기술적인 요인에 의해 발전성능이 달라진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문의 결과는 향후 태양광 발전 시스템의 성능의 기준을 제시하는 연구를 위한 사전연구로써 유용한 자료가 되리라 믿는다.

  • 산업계에서의 제어시스템(Control System)은 크게 SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) 시스템, 분산 제어시스템(Distributed Control System, DCS), PLC 시스템 (Programmable Logic Controller System)으로 분류할 수 있다. 특히 전력분야의 SCADA 시스템은 목적상 실시간의 대규모 측정 정보 취득을 목적으로 운영되며, 실시간 및 이력 데이터베이스, 원격 데이터 취득, 다양한 데이터 처리, Supervisory Control 등 복잡한 기능과 다양한 전력시스템과의 정보교환이 요구된다. 다양한 전력시스템과의 정보 교환을 위한 표준화 요구에 부응하여, 향후 전력시스템은 표준화되고 공개된 정보모델을 활용한 통합시스템 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 전력 공통정보모델(CIM)과 애플리케이션 통합 정보기술을 이용한 전력시스템의 메시지 통합버스 설계에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
