Clinical trials are an important part of developing new medical devices or developing new drugs. However, it takes many time and expense to conduct clinical trials. In order to solve this problem, it define the standard format of the data collected in clinical trials in major countries and in Korea. Clinical trials are also underway in korean medicine to develop new medical devices. If it define the standards for the data we collect in clinical trials, there are likely to be a variety of ways to use them. If it collect and manage various clinical trial data as one standardized data, you will be able to draw various results. Based on these findings, we established a system for collecting and managing integrated data on clinical trials. And let's look at how to use it.

Research data means data in the form of facts, observations, images, computer program results, recordings, measurements or experiences on which an argument, theory, test or hypothesis, or another research output is based. Data may be numerical, descriptive, visual or tactile. Scientific research is changing because of the paradigm shift. It is all being affected by the data deluge, and a data-intensive science paradigm is emerging. Hence, paradigm shift in scientific research led to increase of value and importance of scientific data. Essential to the creative research and development for scientific data can be reused efficiently is the sharing and utilization of establishing management system. Establishing of management system for sharing and utilization of scientific data should be done at the national level, but compared with Europe, Australia, the United States, China, the management system of Korea doesn't have not linkage or efficiency or internal stability. Australia, the United States, China continues to expand a Mid- and Long-Term policy making, legislation, its investment in infrastructure, so as to promote the utilization of data, such as collection, management and maintenance of scientific data through the relevant agencies at the national level. This study consider legislation cases and management policies of the above countries to the end to that establish management system for the efficient and fair sharing and utilization of scientific data and the legal system, and that provide scientific data legislation and policies related to the future of our country.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 수출입 등 통관의 전반적인 것을 담당하는 전자통관시스템의 문제점을 발굴하고 개선점을 찾아 보완하여 보다 진화된 양질의 전자통관시스템으로 개발하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 전자통관시스템의 문제점을 중심으로 구분하면 통관업무, 사전검증시스템, 데이터정제시스템으로 볼 수 있다. 각 부분별로 문제점을 분석한 결과 오류 데이터 전송, 자가진단 점검기능 부재, 경험치로 관리, 사후관리 체계 부재, 오류분석 기능 미활용으로 나왔으며, 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개선방안에 대해 면밀히 검토하여 맞춤형 대책을 마련하여 처음 신고인이 양질의 정보를 정확히 입력할 수 있는 시스템 구축부터 검증시스템을 통해 정확한 정보를 정제하는 중간단계를 거쳐 마지막으로 최상의 결과를 도출 및 제공하기까지 시스템을 향상시켜 이용객에게 더욱 정확한 처리결과 제공 및 진화된 국가행정시스템을 구축함으로써 국가경쟁력을 강화할 수 있다.

Classifying work trades using images can serve an important role in a multitude of advanced applications in construction management and automated progress monitoring. However, images obtained from work sites may not always be clean. Defective images can damage an image classifier's accuracy which gives rise to a needs for a method to enhance a work trade image classifier's performance. We propose a method that uses work dependency information to aid image classifiers. We show that using work dependency can enhance the classifier's performance, especially when a base classifier is not so great in doing its job.

건설은 경제 발전과 일자리 창출에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 그러나, 건설 산업은 타 산업에 비하여 고위험 산업으로, 매년 많은 사고와 재해가 발생하고 있다. 노동부 중대산업재해감독과에 따르면 2022 년 재해조사 대상 사망사고 발생 현황 발표 결과, 건설 사고 사망자는 341 명으로, 전체 산업재해 사망사고자의 53%를 차지하고 있다. 최근 사회 변화와 다양한 경기 변동, 물가 상승에 따라 건설 공사 비용 절감을 위한 안정성 결여, 시공 품질 관리의 어려움, 근로자 안전 의식 부족 등의 문제가 심화되고 있다. 이에 따라, 건설 현장의 근본적인 안전문화의 정착과 함께, 첨단 ICT 기술을 활용한 지능형 건설 안전관리 시스템의 구축이 필요한다. 그리고, 건설안전관리를 위한 스마트 건설 안전관리통합관제시스템(SCMS)의 기능과 적용 범위를 더욱 확대함으로써 건설 현장의 안전사고 예방을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이를 위해 지속적인 다양한 연구와 데이터 수집과 분석 등 기술적인 연구와 함께 법과 제도에 대한 개선 논의가 필요하다.

In a complex, secure IT system environment there will be groups of data that be segregated from one another, yet reside on the same system. Users of the system will have varying degrees of access to specific data. The Configuration Management(CM) of the information architecture, the physical architecture, user privileges and application security policies increases the complexity for operations, maintenance and security staff. This pager describes(current work to merge the capabilities of a network CM toll with those of a Computer Aided System Engineering(CASE) tool. The rigour of Systems Engineering(SE) modelling techniques can be used to deal with the complexities of multi-level information security. The SE logical and physical models of the same system are readily tailorable to document the critical components of both the information architecture and physical architecture that needs to be managed. Linking a user-friendly, physical CM tool with the extended capabilities of a CASE tool provide the basis for improved configuration management of secure IT systems.

The aim of this study is to suggest the effective protocol to manage the obese children using the data based on PAPS(Physical Activity Promotion System). In the school, there are a lot of efforts for the management of increasing obese children through the data obtained from PAPS which is conducted annually includes the assessment of obesity. But the follow-up of obese children was not effective due to the workload of teachers and the lack of available manpower. For more active and systematic management, the combination of a smart device transfer in the existing ways for facilitating access to the information is more effective. The information of obese children such as fitness, health, and obesity automatically will be sent in web-PAPS, And when personalized exercise prescription, proper nutrition education for obesity are shared with their parent, it will be more effective in weight management.

디지털 트윈 기술은 산업 분야와 관련된 방대한 데이터를 다루기 때문에 데이터에서 유의미한 인사이트를 도출하는 것은 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 그러기 위해서는 관리자가 데이터를 직관적이고 빠르게 해석하고 이해할 수 있어야 하며 그와 관련된 표출 기술에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 현장에 대한 정확한 이해를 위해 전 산업 현장에서 공통으로 활용할 수 있도록 데이터를 초정밀로 표출하고 자동으로 디지털 트윈 가상 공간의 데이터 생성 및 저작이 가능한 서비스 플랫폼에 대해 논한다. 첫 번째, 데이터 초정밀 가시화를 위해 실사 영상 기반의 3D 가상 공간 및 현장 오브젝트를 자동으로 생성하여 표출하고, 저작 가능한 기술에 대해 논한다. 두 번째, 생성한 데이터를 서비스 하기 위한 경량화 표출 기술에 대해 논한다. 두 가지 기술 요소의 융합으로 디지털 트윈 가상 공간을 빠르게 생성하여 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 서비스 가능한 형태로 변환하여 광역 표출 확장성에 대한 효과를 검증하였다.

Due to the recent long-term economic downturn, the number of non-store and mail-order sellers is increasing as prospective entrepreneurs are concentrated due to the phenomenon of non-store start-ups with low start-up costs. In particular, in addition to unemployed young people and housewives who lack funds, many office workers who wish to have a 'two-job' are jumping into the business. Therefore, in this paper, we have moved away from provider-oriented service platforms that are dependent on specific networks, operators, and service types. In addition, we plan to design a business integration support system that can provide B2B services in the promotional material industry that contributes to business support and profit generation of wholesale and retail non-store entrepreneurs through sharing and participation. The proposed system is judged to be a business integrated operation support system applying orchestration and service management technology and enterprise business partner management technology that can provide stable operation management service.
