텍스트 스타일 변환은 문장 내 컨텐츠는 유지하면서 문장의 스타일을 변경하는 것이다. 스타일의 정의가 모호하기 때문에 텍스트 스타일 변환에 대한 연구는 대부분 지도 학습으로 진행되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 병렬 데이터 구축이 되지 않은 데이터를 학습하기 위해 비병렬 데이터를 이용하여 스타일 변환을 시도한다. 트랜스포머 기반의 문장 생성기를 이용하여 문장을 생성하고, 해당 스타일을 분류하는 판별기로 이루어진 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 통해, 감정 변환의 성능은 정확도(Accuracy) 56.9%, self-BLEU 0.393(긍정→부정), 0.366(부정→긍정), 유창성(fluency) 798.23(긍정→부정), 1381.05(부정→긍정)을 보였다. 본 연구는 비병렬 데이터에 대해 스타일 변환을 적용함으로써, 병렬 데이터가 없는 다양한 도메인에도 적용가능 할 것이다.

Analog-to-Digital converters (ADCs) used in instrumentation and measurements often require high absolute accuracy, including excellent linearity and negligible dc offset. Incremental converters provide a solution for such measurement applications, as they retain most of the advantages of conventional ${\Delta}{\Sigma}$ converters, and yet they are capable of offset-free and accurate conversion. Most of the previous research on incremental converters was for single-channel and dc signal applications, where they can perform extremely accurate data conversion with more than 20-bit resolution. In this paper, a design technique for implementing multiplexed incremental data converters to convert narrow bandwidth ac signals is discussed. A design methodology to optimize the signal-to-quantization+thermal noise ratio of multiplexed IDC is presented. It incorporates the operation principle, topology, and digital decimation filter design. The theoretical results are verified by simulation results.

정형화되어 있는 데이터를 트리플 형식의 RDF 데이터로 변환하기 위하여 매핑 온톨로지를 제안하며, 이 온톨로지를 이용하여 실제 데이터를 RDF로 변환하는 변환기를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 트리플 변환을 위해 수행하는 매핑 작업을 개념화하고, 일반적인 매핑 타입을 정형화하고 제약사항을 설정하여 온톨로지 스키마로 제공한다. 트리플 생성을 위해 사용자가 매핑 내용을 인스턴스로 생성하면, 이를 이용하여 정형화된 데이터를 RDF로 자동 변환하는 변환기를 구현한다. 제안하는 매핑 온톨로지를 이용한 매핑규칙 작업은 온톨로지 편집툴을 활용하여 작업의 편의성을 제공하며 변환 작업의 안내 역할을 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 효과적인 제작을 위해 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 다양한 형태의 타입으로 표현될 수 있도록 하는 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 타입 변환기의 설계 및 구현을 제시한다. MPEG-4 컨텐츠 타입 변환기는 멀티미디어 저작 도구인 멀티미디어 Authoring Tool을 위한 핵심 보조 기술이다. MPEG-4 컨텐츠 타입 변환기는 효과적 타입 변환을 위해 MPEG-4, TRIF 및 SMIL을 포함하는 중간포맷을 정의하여 이용한다. 즉, MPEG-4, TRIF 및 SMIL로 정의된 각각의 트리 형태의 데이터와 중간자적인 트리 형태의 중간 포맷 간에 양방향 변환을 가능하게 하여 손쉽게 다양한 타입으로의 변환을 가능하게 한다. 그리고, 각 트리 형태의 멀티미디어 데이터는 그에 해당되는 스트림의 형태로 트레이스 되어 출력되며, 실행 가능한 데이터를 생성하기 위해 Encode와 Mux 또는 파싱을 실행한다.

In this paper, we propose new simple schemes for all-optical serial-to-parallel and parallel-to-serial data format converters based on a semiconductor laser amplifier in a loop mirror (SLALOM) for all-optical data processing. They have the advantages of simple and easily expandable structure, efficient operation and easy implementation. We implement the proposed all-optical data converters. and experimentally demonstrate their operation.

최근 인터넷상에서 DTD 기반의 XML 문서가 문서의 교환의 목적으로 사용되어 B2B 상에서 XML문서의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 DTD는 데이터 타입이 제한적이고 사용자가 원하는 형태를 정의하여 사용할 수 없기 때문에 좀더 유연하고, 재사용이 가능만 스키마를 B2B 상에서 표준으로 이용을 하게 되었다. 스키마는 객체 지향적이기 때문에 새로운 타입을 선언 시 기존의 데이터와 타입을 이용하여 확장 또는 제한을 하여 재사용성이 뛰어나다. 그러나 기존의 스키마 자동 생성기는 사용자가 바라는 최적화 코드가 아니고 스키마의 장점인 모듈화가 전혀 되어 있지 않아, 재사용을 할 수가 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 자동 생성기의 단점을 극복하여 문서를 XML 스키마로 변환할 때 모듈화가 되고, 재사용이 가능만 코드를 만들 수 있도록 자동 변환기를 설계하며, 기존의 변환기가 사용자 시점에서 사용하기가 어렵고, 복잡만 인터페이스를 가지고 있기 때문에 이를 사용하기 쉽게 단순화하고 DTD와 스키마를 다양만 외양으로 볼 수 있는 스타일(Style) 에디터를 첨가하여 변환기를 구성한다.

음성 언어 자료의 확보 및 활용을 위해서는 다양한 소프트웨어의 도움이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 본 연구실에서 설계 및 개발한 PC용 Workbench에 대하여 기술한다. Workbench는 음성 언어 자료의 확보를 위한 텍스트 처리 모듈들과 음성 데이터의 처리를 위한 신호처리 모듈들로 구성되어 있다. Workbench에 포함된 모듈로는 텍스트를 자동 읽기 변환하는 철자 음운 변환기, 발성 목록 선정 모듈, 끝점 검출기를 이용한 음성 데이터 편집 모듈, 끝점 검출기를 이용한 음성 데이터 편집 모듈, 다단계 레이블링 시스템, 텍스트에서 원하는 음운 환경을 포함하고 있는 문자열을 다양한 조건으로 검색할 수 있는 음운 환경 검색기를 포함하고 있다.

In this paper, We have studied the structure of a Telemetry Transmitter capable of transmitting variable data rates. This paper proposed a structure combining variable pre-modulation filter with cutoff characteristic with variable input sample rate converter. Variable pre-modulation filter has the same characteristics as pre-modulation filter and is converted to a constant sampling rate without structural changes according to the variable input data rate. We propose a software program that actively controls variable pre-modulation filter and variable input sample rate converter to respond to real-time changing data.

관계형 데이터베이스(RDBMS)의 내용을 XML로 표현하게 되면 지금까지 축적되어온 방대한 비즈니스 데이터들을 지속적으로 이용할 수 있게 된다. 다양한 형태로 저장된 XML 문서에서 원하는 데이터를 추출하고 변환하는 작업을 위해 W3C에서는 XPath를 핵심으로 하는 XQuery를 새로운 질의어 표준으로 발표하였다. RDBMS에 XQuery 질의어로는 구조가 다르기 때문에 질의어를 사용할 수가 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XQuery 질의어로 RDBMS에서 검색이 가능하도록 XQuery 질의어를 SQL문장으로 변환시켜 검색할 수 있는 변환기를 설계하였다. 이 변환기는 복잡한 Numbering 기법을 사용하지 않고 child-parent relationship만 사용하므로 효율적인 데이터의 업데이트를 처리할 수 있다.

The LNB phase noise of user terminal for high data rate satellite transmission was analyzed in this paper. The phase noise severely affects the service performance in low data rate transmission as well as multi-mode signal for high data rate. As the satellite link frequency is increased, the effects of phase noise for multi-mode signal is increased. The phase noise of LNB, which is operated in high frequency band, is about equal to the transmission system phase noise and have an major effects on service performance degradation. The available transmission mode was analyzed in presence of phase noise of LNB and analysis method for LNB phase noise spectrum distribution was proposed in multi-mode signal.
