Development of RFID for Automatic Radiopharmaceuticals Preparation System (방사성 의약품 자동합성 장치용 RFID 시스템의 개발)

  • In this paper, an RFID system for the automatic preparation system of positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals is developed. Since the preparation system uses radioactive isotope, the preparation system is generally placed in lead-shielded hot-cell. Disposable cassettes including tubes and valves are used in the preparation system, since they are easily contaminated by radioactivity during preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. Currently, a system for preventing re-use of the cassette and managing the information about the preparation precess and result independently from the PC which control the preparation system is highly required for preventing danger from the radiation accident. Since RFID can store and re-write relatively large amount of information, it is suitable for the purpose. However, it is hard to read multiple cassettes' information using antennas installed on the metallic surfaces with current RFID systems. For the problem, we improve RFID system in two directions. First, the interface of the RFID reader is changed then it is possible that multiple readers can be daisy-chained. Also, antenna is tuned while inserting in a metallic coated antenna case, then the effect from the metallic surface of the preparation system is minimized. The test result using the developed system shows that the developed RFID system can read multiple tags using the antennas which are attached on the metallic surface.

  • 본 논문에서는 출입국자 관리의 효율성과 체계적인 출입국 관리를 위하여 여권 코드를 자동으로 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 여권 이미지는 기울어진 상태로 스캔 되어 획득되어질 수도 있으므로 기울기 보정은 문자 분할 및 인식에 있어 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여권 영상을 스미어링한 후, 추출된 문자열 중에서 가장 긴 문자열을 선택하고 이 문자열의 좌측과 우측 부분의 두께 중심을 연결하는 직선과 수평선과의 기울기를 이용하여 여권 영상에 대한 각도 보정을 수행한다. 여권 코드 추출은 소벨 연산자와 수평 스미어링, 8방향 윤관선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 여권 코드의 문자열 영역을 추출하고, 추출된 여권 코드 문자열 영역에 대해 반복 이진화 방법을 적용하여 코드의 문자열 영역을 이진화 한다, 이진화된 문자열 영역에 대해 여권 코드의 인식율을 높이기 위하여 잡영 가지 제거 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 문자의 잡영을 제거한 후에 개별 코드를 추출하며, CDM 마스크를 적용하여 추출된 개별코드를 복원한다. 추출된 개별코드는 개선된 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 제안하여 인식에 적용한다. 실제 여권 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, CDM 마스크를 이용하여 추출된 개별 코드를 개선된 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 적용하여 인식한 방법보다 잡영 제거 알고리즘과 CDM 마스크를 적용하여 개선된 퍼지 ART 알고리즘으로 개별 코드를 인식하는 것이 효율적인 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 기존의 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 이용하여 개별 코드를 인식하는 경우보다 본 논문에서 제안한 개선된 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 이용하여 개별 코드를 인식하는 경우가 서로 다른 패턴들이 같은 클러스터로 분류되지 않아 인식 성능이 개선되었다.생산하고 있다. 또한 이러한 자료를 바탕으로 지역통계 수요에 즉각 대처할 수 있다. 더 나아가 이와 같은 통계는 전 국민에 대한 패널자료이기 때문에 통계적 활용의 범위가 방대하다. 특히 개인, 가구, 사업체 등 사회 활동의 주체들이 어떻게 변화하는지를 추적할 수 있는 자료를 생산함으로써 다양한 인과적 통계분석을 할 수 있다. 행정자료를 활용한 인구센서스의 이러한 특징은 국가의 교육정책, 노동정책, 복지정책 등 다양한 정책을 정확한 자료를 근거로 수립할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다(Gaasemyr, 1999). 이와 더불어 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스는 비용이 적게 드는 장점이 있다. 예를 들어 덴마크나 핀란드에서는 조사로 자료를 생산하던 때의 1/20 정도 비용으로 행정자료로 인구센서스의 모든 자료를 생산하고 있다. 특히, 최근 모든 행정자료들이 정보통신기술에 의해 데이터베이스 형태로 바뀌고, 인터넷을 근간으로 한 컴퓨터네트워크가 발달함에 따라 각 부처별로 행정을 위해 축적한 자료를 정보통신기술로 연계${cdot}$통합하면 막대한 조사비용을 들이지 않더라도 인구센서스자료를 적은 비용으로 생산할 수 있는 근간이 마련되었다. 이렇듯 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스가 많은 장점을 가졌지만, 그렇다고 모든 국가가 당장 행정자료로 인구센서스를 대체할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 행정자료로 인구센서스통계를 생산하기 위해서는 각 행정부서별로 사용하는 행정자료들을 연계${cdot}$통합할 수 있도록 국가사회전반에 걸쳐 행정 체제가 갖추어져야 하기 때문이다. 특히 모든 국민 개개인에 관한 기본정보, 개인들이 거주하며 생활하는 단위인 개별 주거단위에 관한 정보가 행정부에 등록되어

  • this paper, we propose a flexible, reusable, and extensible HL7 encoding and decoding framework using a Message Object Model (MOM) and Message Definition Repository (MDR). The MOM provides an abstract HL7 message form represented by a group of objects and their relationships. It reflects logical relationships among the standard HL7 message elements such as segments, fields, and components, while enforcing the key structural constraints imposed by the standard. Since the MOM completely eliminates the dependency of the HL7 encoder and decoder on platform-specific data formats, it makes it possible to build the encoder and decoder as reusable standalone software components, enabling the interconnection of arbitrary heterogeneous hospital information systems(HISs) with little effort. Moreover, the MDR, an external database of key definitions for HL7 messages, helps make the encoder and decoder as resilient as possible to future modifications of the standard HL7 message formats. It is also used by the encoder and decoder to perform a well formedness check for their respective inputs (i. e., HL7 message objects expressed in the MOM and encoded HL7 message strings). Although we implemented a prototype version of the encoder and decoder using JAVA, they can be easily packaged and delivered as standalone components using the standard component frameworks like ActiveX, JAVABEAN, or CORBA component.

  • 이용자(利用者) 중심(中心)의 대화방식(對話方式) 시스팀을 개발(開發)하고 시험(試驗)하였다. 2년(年)동안 280개의 프로파일로 CA - Condensates 데이터 베이스내에서 정보(情報)를 검색(檢索)해 보았다. 그 시스팀의 작업능률(作業能率)을 사용(使用)한 데이터 베이스와 하드웨어의 구조(構造), 소프트웨어 패키지, 이용자(利用者)의 수(數), 그리고 정보(情報)센터에서 제공(提供)한 보조(補助)에 따라 평가(評價)하였다. 대화식(對話式) 검색방법(檢索方法)이나 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 양화(量化)하는 것, 그리고 여러가지 분야별(分野別)로 검색(檢索)하는 방법(方法) 등 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 보다 충실(充實)하게 만족(滿足)시킬 수 있는 여러가지 방법(方法)들을 논의(論議)하였다. 모든 정보(情報)시스팀의 목적(目的)은 적시(適時)에 올바른 정(情)보를 적자(適者)에게 제공(提供)하는 것이라고 잘 알려져 있다. 다시 말해서, 정보(情報)시스팀의 주요목적(主要目的)은 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 충족(充足)시켜 주는 것이다. 이러한 관념(觀念)의 변화(變化)는 정보처리(情報處理)에 큰 변화(變化)를 가져와 정보(情報)시스팀의 적응성(適應性)을 증가(增加)시키기 위해 여러 가지 새로운 방법(方法)들이 개발(開發)되었다. 정보(情報)시스팀들 사이의 상호작용(相互作用), 사람과 컴퓨터와의 대화(對話), 그리고 컴퓨터의 조력(助力)으로 이용자(利用者)의 프로파일을 작성(作成)하는 것 등은 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 존중(尊重)하고, 필요(必要)한 정보(情報)를 쉽게 찾기 위해서 고안(考案)된 것이다. 한편, 우리들은 이용자(利用者)의 특성(特性)이나 배경(背景), 그리고 문헌(文獻)에 대한 그의 습성(習性) 등에 대해서 얼마나 모르고 있는가를 깨닫게 된다. 상기(上記)의 내용(內容)을 요약(要略)하면, 근대정보(近代情報) 시스팀은 다음의 필요조건(必要條件)을 만족(滿足)해야 한다. 1) 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)에 호응(呼應)하기 위해서 적합(適合)한 일련(一連)의 정보(情報)를 제공(提供)해야 한다. 2) 이용자(利用者)와의 관계(關系)에서 시스팀은 적극적(積極的)이어야 한다. 즉, 프로파일 검색공식(檢索公式)에서 유발(誘發)되는 잘못을 지시(指示)하고 지적(指適)할 수 있어 야 한다. 나아가서 컴퓨터의 조력(助力)으로 프로파일을 작성(作成)하고 쉽게 수정(修正)할 수 있는 바람직하다. 우리들은 상기(上記)한 필수조건(必須條件)에 일치(一致)하도록 노력(努力) 하고 Bratislava에 위치(位置)하고 있는 슬로박 과학원(科學院)의 무기화학연구소(無機化學硏究所)와 화학공업경제연구소(化學工業經濟硏究所)가 공동(共同)으로 개발(開發)한 시스팀이 상기(上記)의 특수성(特殊性) 최소(最少)한 몇가지 도입(導入)하였다. 시스팀은 CACS라는 작업명하(作業名下)에서 운영(運營)되었다. 대략 15개월동안 280여개의 프로파일로 CA- Condensates 데이터베이스에서 정보(情報)를 검색(檢索)하여 이용자(利用者)들에게 최신정보(最新情報) 주지사업(周知事業)을 해 보았다. 우리들은 시스팀의 작업능률(作業能率)을 평가(評價)하고 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 만족(滿足)시키는 최선(最善)의 방법(方法)을 모색(摸索)하였다. 우선 이용자(利用者)와 시스팀사이를 밀접(密接)하게 연결(連結)하는데 중점(重點)을 두었다. 작업능률(作業能率Z)을 분석(分折)해 보고 우리들은 효율(效率)에 영향(影響)을 주는 인자(因子)는 다음의 4가지 주요분류(主要分類)에 속한다는 결론(結論)을 얻었다. Multichannel Shopping and Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Shopping Experience and Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics (다채널 쇼핑과 고객만족: 쇼핑경험과 고객-기업 관계특성의 역할)

  • In recent retail environments, multichannel customer management increasingly has been considered a key element of successful CRM. Although customer's multichannel usage is believed to be potential cause of customer loyalty, the theoretical explanation about this causal relationship still remains unexamined and unanswered. In this paper, the authors present a systematic framework to test the postulated "multichannel usage-shopping experience-customer satisfaction" chain. To this end, we examine that the two core components of shopping experience(convenience and enjoyment) is a mediator of the direct causality of multichannel usage(based on both information search and product purchase stage) on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the authors examine that two types of customer-firm relationship characteristics(relationship age and purchase frequency) is a moderator of the multichannel usage-shopping experience relationship. Using integrating data with survey and customer database of multichannel retail company, the authors empirically test and substantiate shopping experience's mediating role in the multichannel usage-customer satisfaction relationship and customer-firm relationship characteristics' moderating role in the multichannel usage-customer experience relationship. These results suggest that multichannel retailers should deliver favorable shopping experience for building customer satisfaction and differentiate shopping experience according to customer-firm relationship characteristics.

Analysis of SCI Journals Cited by Korean Journals in the Computer field

  • It is very important to analyze and provide information resources for research output produced in the computer field, the core science of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In this paper, SCI journals cited from domestic journals in the computer field were identified and the citation rankings and their co-citation networks were generated, analyzed, mapped and visualized. For this, the bibliographic and citation index information from 2015 to 2017 in the KSCD were used as the basis data, and the co-citation method and network centrality analysis were used. As a result of this study, the number of citations and the citation ranks of SCI journals and papers cited by korean journals in the computer field were analyzed, and peak time(2 years), half-life(6.6 years), and immediacy citation rate(2.4%) were measured by citation age analysis. As a result of network centrality analysis, Three network centralities(degree, betweenness, closeness) of the cited SCI journals were calculated, and the ranking of journals by each network centrality was measured, and the relationship between the subject classifications of the cited SCI journals was visualized through the mapping of the network.

A Study on the Acquisiton Methods of Theater Collections (연극기록물의 수집방안 연구)

  • This study is intended to recommend for acquisition methods of the theatre collection. Theatre activities is representative of the performing arts, and the Korea theatre history start from the modern history of Korea. In the meantime, theatre collections has already been lost by a lack of effort and management, and scattered most of the collections. In particular, a one-off nature and volatility of theatrical performances make future generations to enjoy the performances and to study should consult the relevant records. Therefore, collecting records can be very serious mission. In this study, theatre collections of the country which aims to collect and analyze the characteristics and type of theatre collections. Based on this information, collection scope, targets, priorities, acquisition level, method of collecting are proposed the following. First, collection scope is defined for the theatre related collections which was performed nationwide in the 1900s, the times that modern theatre was begun. The object includes related information of planning, administration, drama (script), directing, stage design, public relations, production, evaluation, personal records, biographical data, group data and space data. Second, the theatre collections are divided into records and historical records. Priority of collections object is determined by the historical value and the theatre performed by the support of public organization. Third, the acquisition level is divided into archived, mirrored, web linked and database, which is proposed by the determined levels of mandatory, recommend and discretion according to the characteristic of performance. Fourth, acquisition methods are suggested by the general acquisition methods of transfer, donation and purchase as well as the methods of copy, production, legal deposit, entry and web link etc. The acquisition of theatre collections is executed on digital-based environment, and a centralized authority control should be establishmented. And through the development of network with theatre's stakeholders and the cooperation of related organizations, theatre collections acquisition is feasible.

A Study on the Classification of Unstructured Data through Morpheme Analysis

  • In the era of big data, interest in data is exploding. In particular, the development of the Internet and social media has led to the creation of new data, enabling the realization of the era of big data and artificial intelligence and opening a new chapter in convergence technology. Also, in the past, there are many demands for analysis of data that could not be handled by programs. In this paper, an analysis model was designed and verified for classification of unstructured data, which is often required in the era of big data. Data crawled DBPia's thesis summary, main words, and sub-keyword, and created a database using KoNLP's data dictionary, and tokenized words through morpheme analysis. In addition, nouns were extracted using KAIST's 9 part-of-speech classification system, TF-IDF values were generated, and an analysis dataset was created by combining training data and Y values. Finally, The adequacy of classification was measured by applying three analysis algorithms(random forest, SVM, decision tree) to the generated analysis dataset. The classification model technique proposed in this paper can be usefully used in various fields such as civil complaint classification analysis and text-related analysis in addition to thesis classification.

  • The recent medical treatment guidelines and the development of information technology make hospitals reduce the expense in surrounding environment and it requires improving the quality of medical treatment of the hospital. That is, with the new guidelines and technology, hospital business escapes simple fee calculation and insurance claim center. Moreover, MIS(Medical Information System), PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications System), OCS(Order Communicating System), EMR(Electronic Medical Record), DSS(Decision Support System) are also developing. Medical Information System is evolved toward integration of medical IT and situation si changing with increasing high speed in the ICT convergence. These changes and development of ubiquitous environment require fundamental change of medical information system. Mobile medical information system refers to construct wireless system of hospital which has constructed in existing environment. Through RFID development in existing system, anyone can log on easily to Internet whenever and wherever. RFID is one of the technologies for Automatic Identification and Data Capture(AIDC). It is the core technology to implement Automatic processing system. This paper provides a comprehensive basic review of RFID model in Korea and suggests the evolution direction for further advanced RFID application services. In addition, designed and implemented DB server's agent program and Client program of Mobile application that recognized RFID tag and patient data in the ubiquitous environments. This system implemented medical information system that performed patient data based EMR, HIS, PACS DB environments, and so reduced delay time of requisition, medical treatment, lab.

Development of LoRa IoT Automatic Meter Reading and Meter Data Management System for Smart Water Grid (스마트워터그리드를 위한 LoRa IoT 원격검침 및 계량데이터 시스템 개발)

  • In this paper, water meter AMR(automatic meter reading), one of the core technologies of smart water grid, using LoRa IoT network is studied. The main content of the research is to develop the network system and show the test results that one PC server receives the readings of water meters from multiple households through LoRa communication and stores them in the database, and at the same time sends the data to the web server database through internet. The system also allows users to monitor the meter readings using their smartphones. The hardware and firmware of the main board of the digital water meter are developed. For a PC server program, MDMS(meter data management system) is developed using Visual C#. The app program running on the user's smartphone is also developed using Android Studio. By connecting each developed parts, the total network system is mounted on a flow test bench in the laboratory and tested. For the fields test, 5 places around the university are selected and the transmission distances are tested. The test result show that the developed system can be applied into the real field. The developed system can be expanded to various social safety nets such as monitoring the living alone or elderly with dementia.
