By examining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and investigating its current conditions of Japanese companies, which have relatively high reliability in global market and similar oriental ways of thinking in aspect of corporate culture, the study tries to suggest the direction of Korean companies' CSR. As result, the study found that Japanese companies actively participate in the array of actions of giving information about their CSR activities and collecting others opinions to promote their company and brand images. Therefore, this research suggests the following CSR implications: First, companies need to establish a responsible department and responsible system for CSR. Second, they need to reorganize business ethics. Third, companies must provide information about their CSR activities and improve the CSR awareness. Lastly, they need to make strong efforts to communicate with consumers and take actions to consumer correspondence actively.

In this paper a web-based real-time education system, which is able to support education through multimedia, is suggested for the expansion of learner's creative ability in the school. This system is designed so that it can support three things: 1) a real time interaction between instructors and learners, 2) individual learning through such an interaction, and 3) a coercive distribution of display by instructions for preventing the deviation of learners from learning. Also, this system, which UML is applied to, makes efficient interaction possible through the module for the real-time exchange and management of messages even in the multi-user environment. Through this system, not only the simulation by learners can be made for experiments and practices, but also Questions and respondence can be supported on the procedure of experiments and the analysis of their results. This system is built on constructivism, and aimed at helping the learning progress and knowledge formation of learners.

Objectives : There is a need to develop a data quality management algorithm to improve the quality of healthcare data using a data quality management system. In this study, we developed a data quality control algorithms associated with diseases related to hypertension in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods : To make a data quality algorithm, we extracted the 2011 and 2012 discharge damage survey data from diabetes mellitus patients. Derived variables were created using the primary diagnosis, diagnostic unit, primary surgery and treatment, minor surgery and treatment items. Results : Significant factors in diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension were sex, age, ischemic heart disease, and diagnostic ultrasound of the heart. Depending on the decision tree results, we found four groups with extreme values for diabetes accompanying hypertension patients. Conclusions : There is a need to check the actual data contained in the Outlier (extreme value) groups to improve the quality of the data.

In this competitive environment which changes rapidly na extensively we can perceive that the role of education is getting important more and more. The challenge that we face is how we can handle the information and convert it to the knowledge. A lot of schools have already tried to improve the effect of education by using the computers. Besides providing the content of education newly and interestingly the educational use of the integrated Media has a strong point in terms of efficiency and effectiveness that it is excellent in storage, communication, control and handling enormous information as well as in a peculiarity of reciprocity, the high usefulness of communicative education using the experience of vision, audition and simulation in the method of participating of students themselves in education that the previous media systems didn't have. This thesis brought up a substantial problem in producing the consequences of education for children by investigating the psychological and recognitional abilities of children and by understanding the essence of the Integrated Media. And this study provided the solution in terms of the content and the viewpoint in design to raise the educational efficiency and effectiveness of the Integrated Media even though it is just a partial solution.

Patient's trust in their physician is crucial for relationship between patients and their doctors, treatment outcomes such as satisfaction and adherence or revisits. The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning of trusting the doctor in the doctor - patient relationship and to examine it through the multidimensional measurement tools. Using the convenience sampling method, 328 respondents in their 20s or older who had visited the hospital within 6 months were used as the analysis data. As a result of the research, it is difficult to define the meaning of the patient's trust in the doctor, but it can be summarized as having at least four meanings. First, the doctor should listen carefully to the patient's story and show communication behaviors expressing interest and forming an atmosphere of dialogue. Second, the patient's health should be considered first to understand the patient and empathize with the patient. Third, it should be honest in the examination and procedures related to the treatment as well as the technical ability. Finally, we should try to cooperate with patients.

Humanities and social sciences researchers and database experts have teamed up to build a database of IPR materials prepared by the Institute of Pacific Relations (IPR). This paper presents the issues and solutions inherent in the database construction for ensuring the quality of IPR materials. For the accessibility of the database, we maintain the database on the Web so that researchers can access it via web browsers; for the convenience of the database construction, we provide an integrated interface that allows researchers to perform all tasks in it; for the completeness of IPR materials constructed, we support the responsible input and the responsible approval that identify responsibilities of each IPR material entered; and for the immediacy of the approval, we support an interactive approval process facilitating the input of researchers. We also use database design, query processing, transaction management, and search and sorting techniques to ensure the correctness of IPR materials entered. In particular, through concurrency control using existence dependency relationships between records, we ensure the correctness between the operating system files and their paths. Our future studies include content search, database download and upload, and copyright related work on IPR materials.

A Digital TV system is necessary for data Processing as well as video and audio processing. Especially in the case of interactive broadcasting, it should manage returning channel created by the Internet, PSTN, and so on. Because of many functionalities and multitasking jobs, it needs an Operating System. Embedded Linux as open source program can increase a cost effectiveness in market and has many advantages - reusable device drivers and application programs, more convenient developing environment using shell and file system, and easy problem resolution within Open Source Community. In this paper, we modified Embedded Linux kernel and cross developing environment for a big-endian system, redesigned devices for kernel execution, and configured system memory map in order to load a linux kernel. Also we developed an device driver for entire system control.

Due to the continuing technical progress in the capabilities of modeling, simulation, and sensor devices, huge volume data with very high resolution are common. In scientific visualization, various interactive real-time techniques on high performance parallel computers to effectively render such large scale volume data sets have been proposed. In this paper, we present a mobile volume visualization system that consists of mobile clients, gateways, and parallel rendering servers. The mobile clients allow to explore the regions of interests adaptively in higher resolution level as well as specify rendering / viewing parameters interactively which are sent to parallel rendering server. The gateways play a role in managing requests / responses between mobile clients and parallel rendering servers for stable services. The parallel rendering servers visualize the specified sub-volume with rendering contexts from clients and then transfer the high quality final images back. This proposed system lets multi-users with PDA simultaneously share commonly interesting parts of huge volume, rendering contexts, and final images through CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work) mode.

The purpose of this study was to explore relationship among communication with parent, self differentiation, self esteem, life stress in nursing department students. Data were collected from 305 nursing department students and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regressions with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Stress frequency differed according to stress importance, self differentiation, self esteem. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed stress importance, self differentiation, self esteem explained 38.6% of the total variance in stress frequency. The findings indicate that stress importance, self differentiation, self esteem have an influence on stress frequency. We need to develop and provide nursing intervention programs to decrease college student's stress.

Recently, the need for telemedicine services and user's service requirements are increasing, the research for more convenient telemed service is underway in various fields. In this paper, we propose that Integrated telemedicine system possible to regular health care. unlike the existing telemedicine system, we combine the voice communications systems and biometric information based on CPS (Cyber Physical System) using wireless communication sensor and elderly people who disabilities are transmit the information comfortably, Also doctors in correspondent site are able to improves the accuracy of the medical treatment by received information about biometric and audio communication. In addition Health status information is stored selectively and then doctor can check the elders status everytime and everywhere. In this paper, we designed the telemedicine system suitable for korea aging society situation, therefore we could offer the Elderly-friendly medical service for seniors who live in silver town.
