Next, this study analyze domestic aquaculture certification requirement and compare the global standard with the domestic requirement by using The Most Similar Systems Design. As a result, this comparing has founded all of two domestic certifications are similar to global standard's Good Aquaculture Practice module but those are a little bit different from System Element module. Therefore, this study suggest tree alternative. First, make up for the weak points in the current domestic aquaculture certification system. Second, the introduction of global aquaculture management system certification as supporting by government. Third, development of new standard in accordance with global food standard. This study has major implications for research into development of domestic aquaculture standard.

For the empirical analysis, SPSS 20.0 was used. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, product quality only has a significant effect on satisfaction among HMR selection attributes at convenience store, and product safety and convenience have no significant effect on satisfaction. Second, only the convenience of HMR selection attributes in the large market has a significant effect on satisfaction, and product safety and product quality have no significant effect on satisfaction. Third, HMR satisfaction in convenience stores and large markets has a significant effect on repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among HMR selection attributes, satisfaction, and repurchase intention, which are important in the existing HMR research, by each distribution channel(convenience store/large market). The examined results of the study have known that each attribute links to customer satisfaction via the only perceived quality. The strategic PB sales advantage should be achieved as giving customers the overall perceived quality, and has shown that it can increase the customer preference for PB.

  • Dark and desolate underground parking spaces in commercial facilities are optimal spaces for crime. First, this study reviewed 15 precedent CPTED guidelines and related literatures, and as a result extracted 45 CPTED planning criteria for underground parking facilities. Secondly by field survey, we investigated six parking spaces in commercial facilities whether they were planned properly based on 45 checklist items, in six categories of CPTED principles. In result, target facilities showed average 46.8% relevance ratio, which means less than a half of 45 items of CPTED planning factors were not applied. Guidelines suggest desirable illuminance level of more than 100 lux, however the measurement of illuminance levels in some parking spaces showed below 50 lux. Relatively department stores were keeping CPTED guidelines better than large discount mart and mixed used facilities. Definition of territory of loading dock and customer area should be clarified, clear signage and color scheme in different zones should be represented with higher level of territorial responsibilities and surveillance in mixed used facilities for further improvement.

  • The purpose of this study is to use an evacuation simulation program to measure the change in evacuation time according to the width of the evacuation route due to the installation of an intermediate sales counter and the placement of a shopping cart between the sales counters of a large supermarket and to analyze the results. Currently, the "Distribution Industry Development Act" does not regulate the size and installation method of intermediate sales counters installed between sales counters that serve as practical evacuation routes in the event of a fire at a large supermarket, the size of shopping carts, etc. Considering this, we set evacuation route widths of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 100 cm and compared and analyzed evacuation times according to various variables in the facility space. As a result of the experiment, as the width of the evacuation route was expanded, there was a significant difference in the evacuation time, from a maximum of 468.3 seconds to a minimum of 320.8 seconds. Considering the safety of evacuees in large supermarkets used by many people, it is time to regulate the size of intermediate sales stands installed between sales counters in large supermarkets and shopping carts that can become obstacles in an emergency.

  • Conceptualization of store image have been suggested in the past by many marketing scholars. The dominant perspective about store image is treated as the results of a multi-attribute model. Store image is expressed as a function of the salient attributes of a particular store that are evaluated. Though, there is a little confusions about what elements compose the store image, most scholars agree that merchandise, service, atmosphere, physical facilities, comfort, and location are generally accepted elements as store image. A considerable researches support that shopping can provide both hedonic and utilitarian value. Hedonic shopping value reflects the value received from fantasy and emotive aspects of shopping experience, while utilitarian shopping value reflects the acquisition of products. These two types of shopping value can affect shopping satisfaction. This study examines the relationships among stores images(store atmosphere, salespeople services, facilities, product assortment, and store location), shopping values(utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value), and shopping satisfaction based on discount stores (E-Mart, Home plus, and Lotte Mart). The author hypothesized that five store image components affect shopping values, and these shopping values affect shopping satisfaction. The author focused on the roles of perceived retail crowding between these relationships. Specifically, the author hypothesized that perceived retailing crowding moderated the relationship between shopping values and shopping satisfaction. The author also hypothesized the direct effect of perceived retail crowding on shopping satisfaction. Finally, the author hypothesized that five store image components affect directly shopping satisfaction. Research model is presented in

. To test model and hypotheses, data were collected from 114 consumers located mid-size city in local area. The author employs PLS methodology (SmartPLS 2.0) to test hypotheses. Data analysis results indicate that among five store images salespeople services, and store location affect utilitarian shopping value. Store atmosphere, salespeople services, and store location affect hedonic shopping value. Two shopping values affect shopping satisfaction. Hedonic shopping value affect more shopping satisfaction than utilitarian shopping value. Data analysis results is presented in . The author examines the moderating effects of perceived retail crowding between shopping values and shopping satisfaction. Results indicate that there are no moderating effects between shopping values and shopping satisfaction. Moderating effects of perceived retail crowding between utilitarian shopping value and shopping satisfaction are presented in
. Moderating effects of perceived retail crowding between hedonic shopping value and shopping satisfaction is presented in . The author examines the direct effect of perceived retail crowding on shopping satisfaction. Results are presented in
. The author analyzed the relationship between perceived retail crowding and shopping satisfaction using WarpPLS 3.0 which can analyze the non-linear relationship. Result indicates that perceived retail crowding affects directly shopping satisfaction and there is a non-linear relationship between them. Among five store image components, store atmosphere and salespeople services affect directly shopping satisfaction. The author describes about the managerial implications, limitations, and future research issues.
