자가용 수, 변전설비 원격감지시스템

  • 건축물의 대형화, 정보화, 자동화 등으로 전력수요가 급증하면서 전력설비가 대용량화되고 복잡해져서 한 순간이라도 정전이 발생하면 유, 무형의 경제적 손실이 따르게 된다. 이와 같은 배경에서 과거보다도 전력설비의 고안정도, 고신뢰성이 한층 요구되고 있으며 특히 수, 변전설비에 대한 안전관리의 중요성이 날로 부각되고 있는 실정이다.

고층 빌딩 수변전설비의 최신기술

  • 최근 초고층빌딩이 잇달아 건축되고 있다. 이들 빌딩의 전력수요는 빌딩규모의 대형화 및 OA 기기의 도입으로 대폭적으로 증대하고 있다. 따라서 빌딩용 수변전설비는 ''고전압''또는 ''대용량화''추세에 있으며 새로운 수변전설비의 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 여기서는 이와같은 추세에 비추어 개발된 수변전설비를 소개하기로 한다.

A Case Study on Cost-Benefit Analysis of the Septic Tank and Exclusive Sewage Pipe Line in Designing the large Building at Combined Sewer District (합류식 하수도 지역에 대형 건축물 설계시 정화조 및 전용오수관로의 비용편익분석 사례연구)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the relative economic benefits between the septic tank and exclusive sewage pipe line in designing the large building at combined sewer districts. With the case study of Lotte World Tower Building, we analyze a cost-benefit between two alternatives. The research results showed 2 years of payback period, about ₩6.17 billion of NPV, and 1.93 of B/C ratio for installing the exclusive sewage pipe line in comparison with septic tank. This results provide useful guidelines for policy establishment of the septic tank closure and for plausibility of installing exclusive sewage pipe line when constructing a large building. In the future, it will be necessary to consider additional cost-benefit analysis including burden charge borne by causers, the burden of management responsibility with a exclusive sewage pipe line, and the economic benefits of reducing odor.

  • This research proposes on effective analytical methodology for vertical vibration of three dimensional frame structures including slabs. The consideration of slabs, although allows more precise results, requires large amount of computer time and memory space due to the use of plane stress elements. In consideration of these problems, a method to properly manage nodal points and degrees of freedom is proposed based on matrix condensation technique. Also studied is the use of super elements to obtain fast and reliable results with simple input data when they are applied to conventional building structures.

  • This research analyzed the location of stores using a space syntax analysis model to measure the location of building interior stores in a quantitative way. Measure walk population of each space and analyzed analysis model and actuality measurement rent and difference to calculate value of store. With this, analyzed mad effect factor to rent. Drew effect factor of rent which is appropriated present. Had cleared that rent which consider walk population is required.

  • In this study, a numerical analysis using a three-dimensional numerical simulation was performed to assess the applicability of foundation reinforcing method using load transfer apparatus which can be used in the remodeling of deteriorated structures. The numerical model was validated through comparison with the real scale experimental results, and then a parametric study was performed to investigate the effect of friction coefficient of load transfer apparatus and axial stiffness of pile on the performance of foundation reinforcing method. It was confirmed that the foundation reinforcing method considered in this study can efficiently control the load applied to an existing foundation.

  • Building use classification is classified the building types according to the similar structure, the goal of the use, and its shape. The important reason of building use classification is that building restrictions are applied according to building use classifications. But there are a lot of confusion because the building use classification is regulated not only by the Building Act but also by the several individual Act. Particularly in the large-scaled, high-raised and complex building construction, it is very important to remain the consistency of the building use classification between the Building Act and the Fire-Fighting System Act for safety of occupants. So the purpose of this study is to suggests the improve direction of the building use classifications through the comparative analysis of the Building Act and the Fire-Fighting System Act.

  • In order to derive the success factors of a Mega-scale national project, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on experts participating in the Yongsan National Park development program to obtain critical success factors in the program definition phase. AHP analysis was performed for each category through a survey of experts participating in the definition phase of the Yongsan park development program to derive relative importance. The categories were classified into program strategy, process, and people, and the importance between categories was people, strategy, and process in that order. In addition, as for the 27 critical success factors in the program definition phase, the program manager's competency and leadership, environmental and cultural property survey planning, program management plan preparation, operation and maintenance philosophy, and integrated program office showed high priorities. Therefore, in promoting the Yongsan Park development program, we propose a strategy for selecting and focusing on the critical success factors with high priorities in the program definition phase proposed in this study.

  • 최근 건축물이 대형화, 복잡화, 초고층화가 되어감에 따라 건축물의 변화에 대해 발생하고 있는 재난 재해는 더욱 다양해지고 대형화되어 가고 있다. 이러한 건축물의 변화에 대해 소방시설은 통합네트워크시스템을 구축하고 있으나, 우리나라와 미국은 시스템은 개별업체가 하고 있지만 수신기의 상호 시스템통합은 협의하지 않고 독립적이며 일본은 공업회에서 전용프로토콜을 사용하고 있었다. 수신기와의 상호 신호 전송방식은 Polling Addressing/RS-485과 P-MAST Polling Addressing이었다. 타 시스템과의 신호 상호연동은 3개사 모두 Ethernet 연결하고 있었으나 2개사는 광변환장치를 사용하였고 1개사는 Ethernet를 사용하였다.

  • 최근 건축물은 초고층화 대형화 지하심층화 등으로 변모하고, 더나아가 복합화가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 건축물은 화재 발생 시 기존의 건축물보다 큰 인재로서 다가오며, 특히 연기로 인한 피해가 주를 이루고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 화재시 피난과 연기의 상관성에 대한 연구 중 이론적 연구는 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 화재시 피난과 연기의 상관성에 대한 연구에 기초자료를 제시하고 향후 피난과 연기의 상관성 연구에 대한 하나의 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
