하천에서의 화학사고는 자연적 및 인위적인 원인으로 인해 발생할 수 있으며, 대량의 화학물질이 하천으로 유입되는 것을 말한다. 이러한 화학사고는 수환경의 변화를 야기해 생태계나 인간에게 악영향을 초래하여 심각한 문제가 발생 될 수 있다. 하천으로 유입된 화학물질의 정량적 평가에 대한 연구는 활발하게 진행되고 있지만, 화학사고 초기 대응을 위한 하천에서의 화학물질 감지에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 한국 하천의 주요 지점에는 pH 및 EC 등을 실시간으로 측정하는 자동측정망을 운영하고 있기 때문에 이러한 측정항목들을 활용하여 화학물질을 감지하거나 식별 가능성에 대한 평가 연구는 하천 화학사고 대응을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 미지의 화학물질을 다른 용매에 적용 시켰을 때 변화되는 pH 및 EC 결과와 통계적 수치비교를 통해 미지의 화학물질 식별 가능성을 평가하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 선정한 pH 및 EC 항목이 화학물질 감지 및 식별을 위한 대체지표로써의 활용 가능성을 실험적 연구를 통해 평가하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현장에서 쉽고, 신속하게 화학물질 감지 및 식별을 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있다는데 의미가 있으며, 화학사고의 신속한 대응을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 우리나라 대학의 창업교육센터(Entrepreneurship Education Center)에 대한 조사를 수행하여 선행 조사DB와 비교 분석하였다. 창업교육센터 실태조사를 바탕으로 대학별 정량적 정성적 지표를 측정하여 상위그룹과 하위그룹의 구분하고 두 집단의 차이점과 성공운영 요인을 분석하였다. 창업교육센터의 일반 현황과 특성, 교직원(교수자수, 교원창업자수), 교과목(과목, 수강인 원수), 학내외 프로그램(창업동아리, 창업경진대회, 창업캠프), 재정운영(예산, 전담인력) 등의 계량 지표는 대학정보공시(대학 알리미)와 중앙일보 대학평가 DB를 기초하여 조사하였다. 그리고 운영상의 문제점, 센터의 성과측정 항목 등 정성지표는 창업교육센터장을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 또한, 국내 창업교육센터의 표본특성을 살펴본 후 상위그룹과 하위그룹의 차이를 규명하여 상위그룹이 보유하고 있는 인적 물적 역량과 프로그램의 분석하여 창업교육센터의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교육부의 "산학협력 선도대학(LINC) 육성사업 (2012년~2106년)"에서 창업교육을 총괄 지원하기 위해 2012년 대학에 설치된 전담조직인 61개 창업교육센터의 성과를 분석하고 대학평가에서 상위 순위에 있는 대학 그룹들의 차이점을 도출하는데 의미가 있다. 또한 2017년에 새롭게 지정된 LINC+ 사업 ('17년~) 창업교육 분야의 정책적 시사점을 제시한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 창업교육센터 운영에 대한 구조적 설문지를 개발하여 실태를 분석하였다. 이 결과는 창업교육센터의 효율적 운영을 위해 대학교직원 연구자 공무원 학생 및 창업교육센터를 포함한 창업지원 기관의 이해 관계자에게 향후의 발전을 위한 자료로써 의미가 있을 것이다.

도서관 품질 평가를 위한 척도로 개발된 라이브퀼 플러스(LibQUAL+)를 국내 대학도서관에 적용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이용자 집단별(신분, 연령, 성별, 전공, 도서관 방문횟수, 도서관 홈페이지 접속 횟수) 사전 기대와 실제 인식 사이의 갭을 평가하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 평가 후 실제 도서관 경영에 필요한 서비스 개선방안을 마련하고 이용자의 인식 향상 및 요구사항에 대처하기 위한 활동과 책무를 밝힘으로써 도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 수행하고, 그 방안을 마련하였다.

Educational satisfaction is an important indicator of the educational field but the existing customer satisfaction index mainly focused on partial area because measurements could not reflect the alteration of university environment. The purpose of this research is to develop a new UCSI for university to improve the quality of university education. This research demonstrates validity and reliability of UCSI. This research uses the second-order confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicate that the reliability and validity of UCSI is verified. Education condition, education course, university development and student support are clarified to be appropriate components of the satisfaction survey. This research develops UCSI and applies it in a university. University managers can be used to measure the satisfaction level of university education and to improve the quality of university education.

Offered in this paper are standards for evaluation of a center for scientifically gifted education attached to a university. Various methods of study are used, such as review of literature, professional meetings, seminars, and discussion groups. To implement this study we first analyzed the current status and problem of the center through examination of already published research in regard to scientifically gifted education. Based on this analysis, we then identified the direction and framework of evaluation of a center for scientifically gifted education attached to a university that could function as a local education center for the gifted. After this, we designed detailed standards for evaluation for such a center in regard to direction, organization, procedures and methods for selection of a center, curriculum development, and strategies of instruction and evaluation according to the characteristics, phase, and function of the center as identified. Lastly, we presented a framework for evaluation concluding standards and methods for evaluation classified by the domains and times of evaluation we had explored. Plans for evaluation of the center as described here, will provide meaningful suggestions enabling centers for scientifically gifted education to improve the quality of their institutions'educational environment.

This study was carried out for the university library to find out a strategy to stand tall as an institution to lead the university, by reflecting the university environment having with drastic environmental changes and reflecting the evolution of information technology. As a result, first, university librarians responded that big issues related to the university library is the University Library Promotion Act, University Library evaluation and assessment indicators, the value of university libraries at the university, and changing spatial composition and functions of the university library. Second, university librarians responded that changes of the university environment, government policy on universities, various national projects, and various university reform policy significantly affect to the university library. Third, about what you think would be helpful to the crisis in their universities as changing role of the library, they responded that they can contribute in terms of improving students' information and technology literacy, improving students' reading skills, improving research capacity, and improve students' learning ability. Fourth, they responded that services that users demand the highest in the university library will be expansion of e-books and information resource.

The purposes of this study are to compare and analyze the evaluation indicators for selection of journal suggested by scholars and organizations and to prepare theoretical background for the ideal model to meet opposing paradigms of collection management in academic libraries. A web survey method was employed to investigate applications of various selection criteria (27 for printed and 37 for electronic academic Journal) from the top 40 academic libraries in Korea. In addition, data were analysed statistically using factor analysis, t-test, Analysis of Variance(ANOVA), and Spearman's Rank Oder Correlation. The mean ranking for 9 evaluation indicators for printed were as follows: subscribing volumes per departments, degree of use, selection authority, electronic/print bundle, ISI impact factor, Internationality and reputation, costs for subscription, ILL ＆ DDS, space considerations for printed materials. But, 11 evaluation indicators for electronic were as follows : costs for subscription, accessibility, electronic/print bundle, consortia, selection authority, access expandability, subscribing volumes per departments, scholarly features of the university, ISI impact factor, ILL ＆ DDS, internationality and reputations.

본 연구는 가뭄 예측에 대한 오차를 알고리즘과 결합하여 다층 퍼셉트론 (Multi-layer Perceptron, MLP) 네트워크 구조를 인공신경망 모형에 적용하고, 표준강수지수(Standard Precipitation Index, SPI)를 입 력 및 출력 변수로 구성하여 가뭄예측을 시도하였다. 예측모델을 평가하기 위해 기상청 산하의 59개 관측소에 대한 1980년부터 2015년까지의 기상자료를 적용하였으며, 수립된 자료를 활용하여 한반도 전역의 가뭄에 대한 시공간적인 분석을 수행하였다. 단기가뭄 예측성능을 평가하기 위해 2000년에서 2015년까지 16년간의 모의결과를 ROC 분석을 통하여 시공간적 단기가뭄 예측성능을 평가하고 혼동행렬(Conversion Matrix) 구성에 대한 조건적 확률의 다각적 검토를 통해 모델 예측에 대한 정확성(Accuracy), 신뢰성(Precision) 등 다양한 예측성능에 대한 평가를 수행하고 2016년 가뭄전망을 제시하고자 한다.
