대학교육서비스 마케팅모형 구축에 관한 연구

  • WTO체제의 등장과 더불어 전세계는 단일 시장화를 지향하면서 경쟁에 입각한 생존경쟁 이 치열해지고 있다. 이러한 세계적 조류는 국내적으로 영리조직뿐만 아니라 비영리조직까 지도 경쟁력 향상을 통한 생존과 발전을 추구하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 대학교육서비스 질의 개선을 통한 대학발전을 위해 마케팅모 형을 구축하는데 그 주요 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 대학발전을 위한 학자 및 평론 가 등의 국내외 문헌과 연구논문을 참고하여 오늘날 대학교육환경의 변화양상을 살펴보고 이러한 환경변화 속에서 교육서비스 마케팅의 필요성을 고찰하고 대학교육서비스 마케팅모 형 구축의 결정요인을 도출하였으며 이들 요인에 의한 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 부산과 경남지역의 국 공립대학 및 사립대학을 합쳐 10개 대학의 교수(216명)와 학생(356명)을 대상으로 설문조사하고 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 롱하여 본 연구는 대학교육서비스 마케팅모형의 발전적 시사점을 도출하여, 대학의 교수와 교직원이 고객지향성, 시장지향성을 견지하면서 교육서비스 질을 개 선하고 나아가서는 고객만족과 재구매 의도를 강화하여 대학의 생존과 발전을 위한 대학의 경쟁적 발전방향을 제시하였다.

  • 사립대학들은 모처럼 맞이한 정체성 확립의 호기를 자체 발전의 자원으로 전환시킬 수 있어야 한다. 즉, 새로운 대학 경영의 기반을 스스로 구축하는 경영혁신이 필요하다. 대학도 개인이나 기업, 다른 사회조직과 마찬가지로 환경 변화에 적응하는 데 실패하면, 존립 기반과 정체성 상실의 위기를 맞게 된다.

A Study on Self-Esteem, Nursing Professional Values and Organizational Commitment in a Diploma Nursing Students (일 지역 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 간호전문직관 및 조직몰입에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose : This study was done to identify the relationship among Self-esteem, Nursing professional values, Organizational commitment in a diploma nursing students. Method : A descriptive research design was used in this study. The participants were 287 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between May 23 and May 27, 2015. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 17.0 Program, which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Result : The nursing students investigated a mean of 4.07 and 3.93 on self-esteem and Nursing professional values respectively. They attained a mean of 3.75 on organizational commitment. There were positive correlation between self-esteem, nursing professional values and organizational commitment for nursing students. Two factors explained 47.2% of organizational commitment of nursing students. Conclusion : It is necessary to enhance positive organizational commitment to improve Self-esteem and Nursing professional values in clinical practice of nursing students. Also,

The Hierarchical Linear Relationship of Individual and Organizational Variables with the Receptivity to Organizational Change of Professors in Junior Colleges (전문대학 교수의 조직변화 수용성과 개인 및 조직 변인의 위계적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the hierarchical linear relationship among receptivity to organizational change, individual variables of professors and organizational variables in junior colleges. The population for this study was 12,920 professors in 139 junior colleges. Using random sampling method considering subject, 800 professors in 40 colleges were sampled for this study. The data were collected from May 26 to June 13. A total of 445 out of 800 questionnaires were returned of which 441 of 40 junior colleges were used for analysis after data cleaning. These data were analyzed by both descriptive statistics and One-way ANOVA with Random Effects, Ranmdom-Coefficients Regression Model, and Intercepts-and Slopes-as-Outcomes Model of hierarchical linear model(HLM). All data analysis was accomplished using the SPSS 20.0 for windows program and the HLM 6.0 for windows program. An alpha level of 0.05 was established priori for determining the significance. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the level of receptivity to organizational change of professions in junior college was 3.94. Second, 56.5% of total variance in receptivity to organizational change was individual level variance. 43.5% of total variance in receptivity to organizational change was organizational level variance. Third, personal valence about organizational change, psychological ownership, experience of assignment, years of service and job security had positive effects on receptivity to organizational change while years of service had negative effects on receptivity to organizational change. The effect of personal valence about organizational change was highest, and the effect of job security was lowest. Fourth, degree of organizational change, participative decision-making, group culture and accessibility of information related to organizational change had positive effects on receptivity to organizational change. The effect of degree of organizational change was highest, and the effect of accessibility of information related to organizational change was lowest.

  • This study attempts to investigate the current practice of electronic resources in the academic libraries and to explore the changes of paradigm in the organization of information. It reviewed how academic libraries have acquired and organized electronic resources. It also investigated the library home pages of 30 academic libraries in order to identify the category of electronic resources, metadata, and linkage methods with various material types such as printed resources and theses. To perform extended functions of library catalogs, it is essential for academic libraries to manage the metadata of various resources together and provide enhanced access and linkage of related resources.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the culture of an academic library, fictitiously titled the New Millennium Library(NML). The study employed various research methods: pilot interviews with academic library workers, field observation at NML, a value survey conducted among NML workers and structured interviews with selected volunteers fromthe pool of survey respondents. Information gathered on the NML's culture is presented in a chart of five cultural dimensions and three organizational layers. The study is expected to inform library culture research as well as organizational culture research through a utilization of mixed methodology.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide general principles to be used in designing university websites from the perspective of information architecture. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria of web sites were developed based on information architecture principles. The students taking IA class were directly involved in constructing the evaluation criteria and they can be classified into four categories: 1) information organization; 2) navigation system; 3) labeling system; and searching system. These criteria were employed in evaluating twenty randomly selected university websites in Korea. General principles to be used in designing university websites were developed based on the findings of the study. They are composed of four major components in designing: 1) systematic information organization; 2) flexible navigation system; 3) consistent labeling system; and 4) efficient searching system.

  • This study explored a structural model that predicted the influencing factors of GRIT and job crafting on the organizational effectiveness of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical center employees and verified the relationship between them. This study was conducted on 450 subjects, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and technical health service staff working at a university-affiliated hospital, from June 1, 2020 to June 15, 2020, and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study showed that the higher the GRIT, the more active the job crafting(β=.751, p<.001), which appeared to have a positive effect on organizational commitment (β=.297, p=.005) and job satisfaction(β=.353, p<.001). Although the GRIT of medical center employees did not show a direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, indicators of organizational effectiveness and employees' job crafting thoroughly played an intermediary role in the relationship between GRIT and organizational effectiveness. These results are expected to be utilized as useful information in developing measures for human resources management of medical center employees.

  • A comparative electrophoretic study on protein and several important enzymes of calli induced from stem, intercostal area and minor vein area were conducted in Pinella ternata (Thunb.) Breit. Soluble protein band patterns of calli induced from stem, intercostal area and minor vein area were distinctly different from those of the corresponding plant parts. Esterase isozyme patterns of calli induced from stem, intercostal area and minor vein area were different from those of the corresponding plant parts. Glutamate oxalo-acetate transaminase isozyme patterns of calli grown for 4 weeks induced from 3 plant parts were similar to those of the corresponding plant parts. But a high molecular weight isozyme band appeared in the calli grown for 8 weeks. Alow molecular weight isozyme band disappeared on the peroxidase isozyme patterns of calli grown for 4 weeks appeared on those of the corresponding plant parts.
