This study is a qualitative study conducted using focus group interviews to examine the mixed offline and online education experience of nursing students in the context of Covid-19. The subjects of this study included 7 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at J City V University, and focus group interviews were conducted with sufficient explanation and written consent for the study. The contents of the interviews were recorded, and the interview contents were directly transcribed directly after the interview. Research results were derived through content analysis. As a result of the study, 5 domains, 10 categories, and 24 subcategories were derived from the experiences of nursing college students on mixed lectures. The 5 domains included 'mixed lectures,' 'tasks,' 'tests,' 'motivation,' and 'improvement.' The contents of each domain derived from this research result are expected to be used as basic data in the design of the on/offline mixed lectures in the future.

This research develops an evaluation framework of social network analysis, overlooked in traditional program evaluation, and applies to university funding research program. By setting degree increase, an indicator of level of research collaboration, as a goal from the viewpoint of network, we can conclude that researchers funded by university in a form of competition show statistically significant changes in degree increase via one-way ANOVA and permutation-based simulation. This research provides a tool for measuring and managing the degree of contribution of university funding to promoting research collaboration.

수문시스템은 기후변화와 도시화와 같은 다양한 인간활동으로 인하여 지속적으로 변해오고 있다. 수문시스템의 변화를 이해하는 것은 주요한 과제였으며, 수문모델링, 기후탄력모델 등을 통해 변화의 원인과 정도를 정량화하고자 하는 노력이 이루어져 왔다. 수문모델링 방법은 변화 원인을 통제하고, 각 조건에 따른 영향분석을 수행하기에 용이하나, 유역별 수문모형의 보정과정은 연구자의 많은 노력이 필요하다. 기후탄력모델은 주로 Budyko 곡선이 활용되어왔으며, 장기간의 실측자료를 기반으로 작성된 곡선에서 변화 폭을 통해 기후변화와 인간활동의 영향을 정량화하는 연구가 진행되어왔으나, 장기간의 실측자료가 미비한 유역에서는 적용에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화와 인간활동에 의한 수문시스템의 변화를 정량화하기 위해 climate elasticity model과 hydrological model을 접목하여 시범유역을 대상으로 분석하고자 한다. 장기간의 유역 유출량 자료는 HSPF 모형을 활용하여 모의하였으며, 2013~2015년은 보정, 2010~2012년은 검정된 모델을 활용하였다. 1970년부터 2015년까지 유출량자료를 활용하여 Budyko curve를 작성하였으며, 1970년대비 2015년의 수문시스템의 변화를 각 원인별로 정량화하였다. 본 연구는 수문시스템의 변화 원인 파악 및 회복을 위한 정책 수립에 기초로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This research analyzed the type of major research and support services provided by libraries in academic institutions. The research also investigated the awareness of users using the research and support services. We found that the awareness was influenced by users' major and status. In particular, prior usage of the services had statistically significant result depending on users' major and status. On the other hand, the rank of faculty members or the year of study for students were found to not have a significant influence on the general perception of the research support services. We also found that researchers require the support services in every stages of their study. In addition, the preference of training method and research guidance for such services differed by users' major.

This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach to investigate the meaning of the volunteer experience through group activities in nursing college students. From May 1 to June 12 2015, we collected data from 19 university students who participated nursing group activities at 3 universities and 30-40 minuties 1-3 times depth-interviews were conducted. Research question was, "Did you have any experience as a volunteer through club activities as nursing college students?" Results were obtained for seven central theme; 'Hard to put in unfamiliar situations', 'Crash to limit', 'Pride encroaching in rest of college life', 'To become mature human relationships', 'Found changed myself', 'Access to the majors', 'Pride for the future'. Based on the these results, in order to continous volunteer activities it is necessary to maintain introduce the program that establish commom goals and can solve out of the university and community.

다가오는 거대마젤란망원경 (GMT) 시대를 이끌어갈 신진 연구자들의 연구역량 증진을 위해, 2013년 8월 27일부터 30일까지 3박4일에 걸쳐 강원도 홍천 가람밸리 리조트에서 제3회 거대마젤란망원경 여름학교를 개최한다. 총 47명의 대학원생과 박사후연구원들이 참여하는 이번 여름학교에서는, GMT 개관, 1세대 관측기기 가운데 최초로 활용될 계획인 GMACS와 G-CLEF의 소개 및 그것들을 활용한 대표적인 과학연구 분야에 대한 강의가 이루어진다. 또한 계절학교 참가자들이 'GMACS 또는 G-CLEF를 활용한 관측연구 제안'이라는 주제로 직접 토론과 발표에 참가하는 조별 활동이 주된 프로그램으로 추가된다. 이러한 여름학교 프로그램은 신진 연구자들이 GMT를 활용한 다양한 연구 가능성을 경험하고 서로 능동적으로 교류할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다. 2013년도부터 새로운 방식으로 시도되는 제3회 거대마젤란망원경 계절학교 결과를 정리함으로써 앞으로 나아갈 계절학교의 방향을 점검해본다.

알코올연구자, 보건정책연구자, 입법관련전문가, 관련 NGO단체 전문가 등을 중심으로 전문가 집단을 2배수(60명) 선정한 후 확률적으로 30명을 선정하였다. 전문가 핵심 집단연구를 위하여 전문가 패널 국내 전문가 30명에게 목적과 취지를 설명한 후 동의를 구한 후 전자메일을 보내 일정기간 내에 응답하도록 한 후 수거하는 방식을 취하였다. 국내 전문가 조사대상자의 특성은 남성이 19명(61.2%)로 여성 12명(38.8%)보다 많았으며, 40대(64.5%)가 주로 응답을 하였고, 대학교수(67.7%)가 가장 많이 응답하였다. 전문가 집단은 한국인 음주문제에 대한 3문항의 모든 문항에 동의를 하였으며, 동의하지 않은 문항은 없는 것으로 나타났다. '인간관계를 술로 해결하는 관습', '업무상 술자리 많은 사업환경'의 경우 모든 전문가가 매우동의 혹은 동의로 응답하였다. '스트레스 많은 경쟁사회' 83.9%, '저렴한 알코올 가격' 64.5%, '술을 쉽게 접할 수 있는 지역 환경' 80.6%, '생활 대소사에 자주 노출되는 음주환경' 93.6%, '과음 통제할 사회적 통제수단 부족한 점' 90.3%의 경우 모두 매우 동의 혹은 동의로 응답하였다. 이 중 동의율이 가장 높은 문항은 '생활 대소사에 자주 노출되는 음주환경'(93.6%)으로 나타났다. '술을 좋아하는 국민기질' 61.3%, '여가활동을 할 수 없는 사회환경' 77.5%로 다른 문항에 비하여 동의율이 낮았고, 동의 안 한다는 응답도 각각 3.2%, 9.7%가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is a comparative analysis of the usage level of domestic academic journals in each discipline. The purpose of this study is that the results from this analysis can be used as basic data for evaluating domestic journals which is being done in every university. I atopted citation analysis as research methods target to dissertation and core journal in each discipline. From this analysis I got some results that can be applied as a tool for evaluating journals. First, there is distindtive difference in degree of reliance on the domestic journals, therefore we have to prepare different check points for each discipline. Second, if high rank journal can't take rule power under $50\%$, we must prepare another pertinent check points to evaluate journals efficiently.

홍수빈도분석의 실용적 측면의 목적은 특정 재현기간에 대하여 발생 가능한 홍수량을 설계홍수량(design flood)으로 설정함으로써 댐, 제방, 배수시설, 하수관거 등의 치수기능을 가진 치수시설물이 설계홍수량 내에서 홍수로 인한 피해를 발생시키지 않도록 그 규모와 기능을 설계함에 있다. 이와 같은 중요한 기능을 담고 있는 홍수빈도분석의 기술적 절차는 해외 및 국내의 기존 연구자들에 의해 많은 연구가 진행된 바 있으나, 보다 적절한 설계홍수량 산정절차 및 설계홍수량의 최종 결정을 위한 기술적 수단의 제공을 위한 연구가 많은 연구자들에 의해 지금도 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 이와 같이 결정된 설계홍수량이 특정유역에서 발생될 수 있는 피해규모에 대해 얼마나 적정한 지의 여부를 과학적으로 판단하기 위한 연구는 많지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 홍수빈도분석을 통해 산정된 설계홍수량의 적정성 여부를 과학적으로 판단하기 위해 비용-편익분석 기법을 이용하여 최적설계홍수량을 결정하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 불확실성으로 발생되는 범위를 고려한 최적설계홍수량을 산정하기 위하여 Metropolis-Hastings 알고리즘을 사용하였으며, 자료의 종류에 따른 홍수량의 변화를 분석하기 위하여 년최대계열 및 부분시계열 자료를 각각 적용하였다. 한강유역에서 가평대성, 여주 및 한강대교 수위표 지점에서 측정된 자동관측유량장치에 의한 홍수량 자료를 활용하였으며, 최적설계홍수량이 기존 설계홍수량에 비해 크게 산정됨을 알 수 있었다.

도입까지 시간이 걸릴 것이라고 예측됐던 건설정보모델링(BIM : Building Information Modeling, 이하 BIM)이 어느새 성큼 다양한 분야에 진입했다. 영국, 싱가포르, 미국 등 해외에서는 이미 공공사업 시 BIM을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 우리나라 또한 2018년 국토교통부에서 '스마트 건설기술 로드맵'을 마련한 후 공공사업에 BIM을 단계적으로 도입해왔다. 대부분의 발주기관들은 오는 2025년까지 공공사업에 BIM을 전면 도입한다는 계획이다. 성균관대학교 공과대학 건설환경공학부 및 미래도시융합공학과 교수이자 국제건설자동화학회의 종신 상임이사인 권순욱 교수는 '스마트 건설 관리' 연구자이자 국내외에서 활동 중인 CM, BIM의 권위자다. 관련 분야의 책 8권과 100편 이상의 논문을 집필하고 30여 개의 특허·소프트웨어 등록을 보유하고 있다. 텍사스 오스틴 대학교 토목공학 박사 출신으로, 삼성물산, 한국건설기술연구원 등 일반 기업과 국가기관에서 실무와 이론을 두루 경험하며 경력을 쌓았다. 건설연구개발사업, 첨단 융복합 건설기술 등 다수의 국가 건설 R&D에 참여해 초고층 자재, 안전 모니터링, BIM 프로세스 표준개발 등의 시스템을 개발하기도 했다. 해외 연구자들과의 교류에도 적극적이다. 세계 석학들과 '노령 공학' 관련 영문교과서를 공동 집필(스마트주택 챕터 담당)했고, 2016년과 2019년엔 국제건설자동화학회와 국제프로젝트관리학회의 연사 자격으로 강단에 섰다. "영국, 싱가포르 등에선 공공사업을 100% BIM으로 발주하기 시작했습니다. 우리나라 정부도 비슷한 길을 가고 있습니다. 일정 규모의 발주 물량이 안정적으로 나오는 공공기관에서 그렇게 한다는 것은 국가가 전체 패러다임을 바꾸겠다는 의지 아닐까요?" 6월 10일 그의 연구실에서 권순욱 교수를 만나 BIM의 현황과 전망에 대해 들어봤다.
