현재 대학업무는 크게 학사와 행정 업무로 분류할 수 있다. 모든 대학에서는 이 업무들을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 학사 업무를 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 전산화하여 사용하고 있다. 최근 컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전과 WWW의 확산으로 클라이언트 서버환경의 시스템에 대한 여러 문제점과 시대적으로 사용자에게 보다 친숙하고 편리한 서비스 강화 측면을 고려하여 학사, 행정 업무 처리는 학교 내에 국한되지 않고 시간과 공간을 초월하여 정보제공이 가능한 환경에서 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 대학의 모든 학사, 행정 업무를 웹 환경에서 구현한 개발모델 사례를 소개함으로써 현재 추진중이거나 계획하고 있는 시스템의 현안과 문제점에 대한 시행착오를 줄이고 개발 시스템의 사례정보를 공유하고자 하는데 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다.

매년 국내 많은 기업 및 단체에서 정보시스템 관련 프로젝트를 수행하는데 막대한 비용을 지불하고 있으며, 2008 년 국내 소프트웨어 및 컴퓨터관련 서비스 생산액은 24 조 4 천억 원에 이르고 있다. 그 중 컴퓨터 관련 서비스(SI 및 SM 등) 비용이 약 20 조, 응용 SW 비용이 1 조 8 천억 원에 이르고 있으며, 많은 기업과 단체들이 필요에 의해 다양한 정보시스템을 도입하여 운영하고 있음에도 불구하고 그 성과에 대해서 만족하지 못하고, 또 다시 정보시스템을 도입하여 운영하는 등 많은 시행착오를 겪고 있다. 이것은 기업의 필요에 맞는 정보시스템을 계획하고 구축하는 것도 중요하지만 정보시스템의 활용수준을 평가하고 이슈 및 개선사항을 도출하여 잘 활용하는 것이 정보시스템 성공의 핵심적인 요소임을 간과하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 개발되어 운영중인 정보시스템의 응용 소프트웨어가 효율적으로 이용되는지에 대한 활용 수준 평가/진단을 위하여 정보시스템 활용도 평가에 대한 선행연구의 한계점을 살펴보고, 체계적이고 합리적인 응용 소프트웨어 활용도 평가 지표를 새롭게 제시하며, 국내 기업의 차세대 CRM 응용 소프트웨어 활용수준을 적용하고 평가하여 이슈 및 개선사항을 도출하는데 있다.

본 논문에서는 주차 공간에 배치된 센서들로부터 차량을 감지하고 이를 서버로 전송함으로써 클라이언트가 실시간적으로 주차 공간 정보 서비스를 받는 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 이 시스템은 웹이나 앱을 통해 클라이언트가 쉽게 접근 가능하며, 직관적인 사용자 인터페이스(UI)로 쉽고 한눈에 알아볼 수 있도록 한다. 센서는 주차장 환경에 따라 구성과 배치 방법이 달라질 수 있으며, 핵심은 검증된 센서의 값이 서버 전송을 통하여 데이터를 가공하고, 이를 클라이언트에게 제공하는 것에 있다. 제안한 시스템으로 대형 주차장에서의 효율적인 주차 정보 서비스를 통해 주차시간 줄여주는 효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Major telecommunication companies are leading on providing mobile contents service to customers. With changes in technology and social areas, most organizations are struggling to achieve the competitive edge over other organizations. Like others, university has the same problems to meet clients' needs to become being competitive. 최근 교육부의 가상대학 설비의지가 표명되면서 각 대학과 소프트웨어개발업자들은 가상대학의 구현에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 외국에서는 명문대학이건 2년제 대학이건 또는 통신대학이건 오래 전부터 원격교육의 형태가 활성화되어 있었으며 최근에는 각종 정보 기술 및 매체를 활용하여 보다 효율적이고 본격적인 가상교육 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 가상대학의 도래는 오늘날의 정보화사회에서 홈뱅킹, 전자상거래, 재택근무등의 사회현상과 동일한 맥락에서 필연적인 당위성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가상대학의 구성형태별 특징 및 현황을 조사하고 또한 가상대학 구현을 위한 솔루션 현황을 조사하여 향후 가상대학의 발전 방향에 대한 연구와 가상대학 시스템의 설계를 위한 기본 자료로서 제공하고자 한다.

최근 대학도서관들은 정보화 환경에 대한 능동적 대처를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 교수나 학생의 연구, 교육, 학습에 필요한 각종 전자 정보원을 한 장소에서 검색, 열람이 가능하고 대학의 구성원들에게 새로운 정보기술과 정보의 활용 능력을 교육시키기 위한 다양한 기능을 가진 하나의 복합 공간으로서 전자 정보실 또는 멀티미디어실(이하 멀 티미디어실) 등을 설치, 운영하고 있다 그러나 아직도 대학도서관 내의 멀티미디어실의 역할과 개념이 모호하다는 지적이 나오고 있다. 이러한 가운데 운영면에서도 표준 솔루션의 부재로 관리 전산화가 이루어져 있는 곳이 부족하여 인력 및 시간의 낭비가 초래되고 이용자 관리에 있어서 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 체계적인 운영이 이루어지지 않고서는 양질의 서비스 제공은 기대하기 어려울 것이다. 따라서 전국 대학 도서관에 적용할 수 있는 표준적인 멀티미디어실 관리 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 UML(Unified Modeling Language) 기반의 정보시스템 구축 방법론을 제시하고, 제시된 방법론의 유효성(effectiveness)을 검증하기 위하여, 본 방법론에 입각하여 동국대학교 경주캠퍼스의 멀티미디어실 업무 프로세스를 분석 설계하였다. 시스템 구현을 위해서, 데이터 베이스로는 Oracle RDBMS를, 개발도구로는 Visual Basic 6.0을 사용하였다 본 논문에서 구현된 시스템을 통하여 멀티미디어실의 효과적인 운영관리에 대한 기반정립에 기여하고, 향후 장기적인 발전계획 수립에 하나의 도구로서 사용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅이 많은 관심을 받고 발전하면서 여러 IT선도업체에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술 개발에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 이러한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 대부분의 데이터를 서버에 저장한다. 이러한 이유로 클라우드 환경에서 사용되는 파일 시스템은 기존의 파일 시스템 보다 많은 데이터를 저장하게 된다. 이에 따라 많은 데이터를 처리하기 위해서 클라우드 환경에서는 분산 파일 시스템 기술을 활용하고 있다. 또한 분산 파일 시스템은 네트워크상의 여러 스토리지 서버에 데이터가 분산되어 저장되기 때문에 데이터의 관리뿐만 아니라 성능, 장애 허용, 보안 등의 요구사항을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 XtreemFS, Ceph, GlusterFS, MooseFS 등의 분산 파일 시스템들을 기능적 측면에서 살펴보고, 각 분산 파일 시스템을 본 논문에서 제안하는 기능적 평가요소 측면에서 비교하고 평가한다.

본 논문에서는확장성을 높인 스마트 미러 시스템을 개발한 결과를 보인다. 스마트미러 (Smart mirror)는 사용자가 요구한 데이터를 거울에 보여주는차세대디스플레이어로 유용성과 편리성이 뛰어나다. 기존의스마트미러 시스템은한 지역 내에서만 사용하거나 자체 데이터베이스만을 가지기에 확장성이 낮다. 본 논문에서는 이 점을 보완하여 외부 데이터베이스 서버 구축을 통한 서비스를 제공하여 확장성을 높였다. 테스트를 위해 스마트 미러와 미세먼지 제어 시스템 및 온습도 데이터 제공 시스템을 사용했다.

According to action of 'National University Finance And Accounting Act' enactment, national universities plan to introduce a new university accounting system reflecting the accrual basis and bookkeeping by double entry. For stable execution of the system, it is necessary to construct a national university financial and accounting system to be treated in a lump according to a new university accounting system. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to survey operating status of the existing national university financial and accounting system to prepare for that 'National University Financial And Accounting Act' would pass National Assembly, to draw its problems and to suggest a plan to construct national university financial and accounting system on the basis of the above. It is expected that the proposals suggested by the results of the study will give the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and national universities a help in raising transparency of university finance and be utilized as basic data to construct national university financial and accounting system offering quick management information. to action 'National University Finance And Accounting Act' enactment, national universities plan to introduce a new university accounting system reflecting the accrual basis and accrual basis and bookkeeping by double entry.

The aim of this study was to analyze the operation status of administrative information datasets of private universities and present improvement plans. For the system of private universities, the generation, correction, and deletion of functions, development types, and data were analyzed politically. As a result of the analysis, it has one or more administrative information systems and uses the academic management system in common, and the system is often developed on its own through the university's infrastructure, and data is deleted by the person in charge, but the regulations are not clear. To solve these problems, it was proposed to revise the EA portal to properly investigate the current status of the administrative information system of private universities, manage records centering on systems without data correction, and revise internal regulations to conduct education.
