This study was conducted to explore differences of major selection regret and reasons by major selection motivation, and differences of college life, employment goal, first job satisfaction among groups by major selection motivation and regret of college graduates. For this study, '2013 Year Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey' of KEIS was examined by cross-tabulation analysis and one-way analysis of variance. The results were as follows: First, in the case of major selection by intrinsic motivation, less regrets were given than extrinsic motivation. Second, the biggest reason of regret was 'difficulty of unemployment' in case of intrinsic motivation and 'not fit in aptitude' in case of extrinsic motivation. Third, there were differences of college life, employment goal, first job satisfaction among four groups by major selection motivation and regret.

This study identified the effects of self-efficacy and social support on university life adaptation of male nursing college students. A survey of 200 male nursing college students was conducted. There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and social support, self-efficacy and college life adaptation, and social support and university life adaptation. Self-efficacy differed between major choice subjects and major satisfaction, social support differed significantly in military service, major choice subjects, and major satisfaction, and college life adaptation differed significantly in major choice subjects, major choice motivation, and major satisfaction. The application of social support and self-efficacy enhancement programs reflecting the characteristics of male nursing college students and continuous research with various variables are needed.

This study was conducted to understand the motivation for major selection and degree of satisfaction with major for university students in the department of Radiology, and to analyze the effect university life adjustment in COVID-19. From Jung 20 to July 20, 2021, 308 students in grades 1~4 were enrolled at universities in Busan and Gyeongnam. Factors influencing university life adjustment were found to have a good adjustment when majoring was selected with personal motive rather than social motive. Among the sub-factors of major satisfaction, general satisfaction and satisfaction with surrounding relationships had a positive effect on university life adjustment. Therefore, in order to adapt to healthy university life, it is necessary to secure closeness between school, professor, and students, and it is desirable to provide students with opportunities to experience various education by recognizing the rapidly changing policy changes in education to increase major satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for successful university life of students in the department of radiology.

최근 청년 실업 문제가 사회적 이슈로 대두되면서 취업의 대안으로 창업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 연구자의 대학 전공 분야이면서도 상대적으로 제도적 지원의 협소로 인해 창업에 대한 관심도가 저조한 예술 분야 전공 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업의지에 대한 생각을 살펴보고자 하며, 또한 그들의 창업의지를 보다 고취시키기 위해 필요한 방안들을 도출해보고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 서울, 경기도, 경상도, 강원도 등 4개 지역 예술 관련 전공 대학생 및 대학원생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 하며, SPSS 22.0을 이용한 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 밝히고자 한다. 이 같은 방법을 통해 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성(성취욕구, 위험감수성 등)과 환경적 특성(네트워크 환경, 창업지원제도 등)을 확인하고, 예술 분야 전공 대학생 및 대학원생들에게 가장 많은 영향을 끼치는 요인에 대해 알아보게 될 것이다. 또한, 창업효능감의 조절 효과 양상에 대해 파악하면서 개인적 특성과 환경적 특성 중 어느 쪽에 더 깊은 효과를 나타내는지 분석하고, 결과적으로 예술 분야 전공 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업 의지에 더 많은 영향을 끼치게 되는 창업 요인을 본 연구를 통해 구체적으로 확인하게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 예술 분야 전공 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업 의지에 영향을 끼치는 요인과 결부시켜 그들의 창업 의지를 고취시킬 수 있는 보다 명확하고 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 전문대학에서 운영하고 있는 전공심화과정은 산업체 경력이 있는 전공심화과정과 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정으로 구분된다. 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정은 기존의 산업체 경력이 있는 전공심화과정과는 달리 현재 전문대학 재학생들이 가장 중요한 입학대상자이다. 따라서 산업체 경력 없는 전공심화과정의 효과적인 운영방안은 수립하기 위해 반드시 선행되어야 하는 것은 전공심화과정에 대한 재학생 특성 파악 및 의견 조사 분석일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정에 대한 재학생 사전조사 및 분석을 통해 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정의 운영에 대한 효과적인 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.

This study investigated the relationships among major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and college life adaptation of the nursing students in order to present basic data to assist in adaption of college life. The study subjects were 553 nursing students from two universities in K and P cities by self-report questionnaire survey. Data were collected between November 7 and November 25, 2016. The data were analyzed through frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression using SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and college life adaptation averaged 3.86(out of 5), 3.97(5), and 3.34(5) respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between major satisfaction and nursing professionalism, college life adaptation on nursing students. In addition, nursing professionalism had moderating(F=8.460, p=.004) and partial mediating (${\beta}=.21$, p<.001) effects between major satisfaction and college life adaptation among nursing students. In conclusion, nursing professionalism is a very important factor in the effects of major satisfaction of nursing students on college life adaptation. Therefore, in order to promote college life adaptation of nursing students, and increase their major satisfaction, it is necessary to develop and apply an educational program that can establish the right nursing professionalism.

주경야독의 의지를 불태우는 회원사 및 회원사 임직원들에게 반가운 소식이 생겼다. 직장을 다니며 3, 4학년을 다닐 수 있는 길이 열렸기 때문이다. 이전에는 직장을 다니면서 주간의 4년제 대학에 편입하는 것은 너무도 먼 이야기였기 때문에 야간에 다닐 수 있는 유사전공을 선택해야만 했던 부담감이 있었다. 하지만 건축설비 전공으로 야간에 3, 4학년 과정을 다닐 수 있는 전공심화과정을 유한대학 건축설비과가 국내에서 유일하게 개설하여 건축설비와 관련된 학구열을 충족시킬 것으로 기대된다. 정기범 유한대학 건축설비과 학과장과의 질의응답을 통해 좀 더 자세한 정보 알아보았다.
