A Development of University Applications Entering System (대학 지원자 입력 시스템 개발)

  • 현재 호서대하교 대학지원자는 지원원서를 OMR카드를 통하여 입력하고 있다. 이러한 방법이 보편적이기는 하지만 작성과정에서 실수로 인하여 잘못된 자료를 입력할 수 있다. 이러한 자료는 그대로 데이터 베이스에 저장되고, 결과적으로 대학지원자 관리에 치명적인 문제가 될 수 있다. 대학지원자 입력 시스템은 단말기를 통해서 지원원서를 작성할 수 있으며 잘못된 자료에 대해서는 입력이 거부됨으로써 데이터에 대한 무결성을 유지할 수 있다. 추가적인 기능으로 기존의 OMR카드를 통해 입력된 자료들에 대해서 오류를 검출하고 그에 대해서 손쉽게 수정을 할 수 있기 때문에 기존 OMR카드 사용으로 인하여 발생되었던 문제점을 보안 할 수 있다.

A Study on Evaluation and Improvement Plan for Applications for Smart-phone Overdependence Prevention (스마트폰 과의존 방지 애플리케이션 평가 및 서비스 주체별 개선방안 연구)

  • As the use of smartphones has rapidly increased due to the development of digital technology, the expansion of smartphones, and the COVID-19 incident, dependence on smartphones and the Internet is emerging as a serious social problem. As one of the solutions to the smartphone overdependence problem, the government and companies are releasing smartphone overdependence prevention applications. However, research on the effectiveness of smartphone overdependence prevention applications is insufficient. Therefore, this study selects 25 applications serviced in Korea as analysis targets and evaluates smartphone overdependence prevention applications in terms of function and service using the FGI survey method to identify problems and propose improvements. In the function evaluation, the functions of blocking illegal/harmful apps/websites, limiting smartphone usage time, and monitoring smartphone usage status are provided in most applications, so satisfaction scores are also highly evaluated. However, functions such as location check, smombie prevention, and body camphishing prevention served by some applications are evaluated low due to poor performance and poor accuracy. Classified by service provider, government-providing applications need to accurately perform functions and improve convenience of use. Mobile-Carrier-providing applications need to improve connectivity with other carriers and compatibility with other smart devices like smartphone, tablet, etc. Other private enterprise-providing applications need to open AS channels such as customer service centre and chatbot to improve service.

Analysis on the Websites of College's Teaching and Learning Center of Quality (전문대학 우수교수학습센터의 홈페이지 분석)

  • This study analyzed the websites of domestic college's Teaching and Learning Center of Quality. The title of "Teaching and Learning Center of Quality" was given to 9 colleges selected for 3 years since 2010 by Korean Council for College Education. The websites mostly consist of introduction, teaching support, learning support, e-learning support, service, media support, resources, community, and so on. This study also analyzes the similarities and differences of the websites by the degree of the webpage menu activation. This study suggests the direction of the websites functions which college's Teaching and Learning Center should have.

  • 본 논문에서는 Kinect sensor의 음성 인식 기능을 활용한 매장 주문 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 노년층과 유아들은 무인주문결제시스템의 터치스크린 조작 및 사용자 인터페이스에 익숙하지 않기 때문에 매장에서 상품을 주문하고 결제하는데 불편함을 경험하고 있다. 이러한 불편함을 제거하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 키넥트 센서의 음성 인식 기능을 이용하여 음성으로 쉽게 주문을 할 수 있는 매장 주문 어플리케이션을 개발한다. Kinect에는 4개의 오디오 마이크로폰이 있어서 $-50^{\circ}{\sim}50^{\circ}$ 범위의 음성을 인식할 수 있으며 20db 이하의 주위 소음은 무시한다. 이 범위내에서 $10^{\circ}$씩 증가시키면서 음원의 위치를 추적한다.

  • The college English teaching-learning model in this study is intended to effectively apply dictogloss activities to enhance competencies such as communication, self-directedness, and cooperation by upgrading the utilization of various online platform functions. Dictogloss is a language teaching and learning activity that combines four functions (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) of communication. College English classes in this study focus on communication-oriented integrated English education. In this study, the teaching and learning is an online-based English integrated teaching-learning method based on constructivism theory. The model presented the roles of learners and teachers according to the seven procedures.

Analysis of University Information Disclosure Services in the Co-operative Universities for Operating the Information Disclosure System (대학정보 사전공개서비스 운영분석 - 대학정보공시 운영협력대학을 중심으로 -)

  • The research aims to analyze current university information disclosure services in the perspectives of both university records management and services and to recommend ways to improve the current university information disclosure systems and services. The research collects and analyzes various raw data such as laws, guidelines, and manuals of university information disclosure services and the portal site of 'Higher Education in Korea' also known as 'dae-hak-al-ri-mi', and data on each homepage of 40 cooperative universities selected as the research sample. At the result, the research found some limits in the current operation of university information disclosure services: first, the information posted on the university disclosure information system is mostly focused on administrative information rather than information related to research or education within universities. Second, there are the high rate of error and frequent modification in the information posted on the disclosure information system. Third, the menus on both the information disclosure system and homepages of each cooperative university are useless or contents of the menus are empty. The research suggests some solutions to improve these problems: it is required to make up the current legal systems for university information disclosure services and to cooperate all organizations and universities related to university information disclosure services within the united system and rule. Also, it is crucial to attach the metadata of the disclosed information when to post the information to the university disclosure information systems. Finally, it is necessary for each university to employ archivists not only to develop qualified university records to maintain the unique roles and value of universities but also to disclose reliable and authentic information to users and manage the university information disclosure systems effectively and efficiently.
