  • Major telecommunication companies are leading on providing mobile contents service to customers. With changes in technology and social areas, most organizations are struggling to achieve the competitive edge over other organizations. Like others, university has the same problems to meet clients' needs to become being competitive. The research is to provide meaningful thoughts by analyzing empirical data and provide meaning information for University being competitive with IS and Mobile campus related decisions.

  • 대학의 취업 정책은 졸업자의 취업지원을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 준비하야 대학생 취업을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 대학의 취업정책의 의도, 추진 성과, 준비성 등과 대학생이 인지하는 만족도, 효용성 등 부문에서 일부 차이를 보이고 있다. 이는 정책의 효과에도 문제가 있지만 정책 추진의 효율성도 떨어져 예산 낭비로 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 대학 취업 정책의 효율성과 효과성을 높이기 위해 대학 정책에 대한 대학생의 인지도, 활용도, 만족도 등을 분석하여 대학 정책의 수정을 제시하고 있다.

  • 부산대학교의 통합은 대학구조개혁과 캠퍼스별 특성화를 동시에 이룩한 국립대 구조개혁의 표본적 성공 사례라 할 수 있다. 통합으로 인해 입학정원 감축, 단과대학 및 산업대학원 통폐합, 유사·중복학과 통폐합, 행정조직 감축, 신입생 충원율 개선 등의 성과가 있었으며, 캠퍼스 특화 전략에 따라 부산캠퍼스는 연구중심대학으로, 양산캠퍼스는 세계적 의료 허브로, 밀양캠퍼스는 나노·바이오 분야로 특화하였다. 향후 부산대학교는 지속적 개혁을 통하여 혁신을 도모함으로써 단발성, 일회성이 아닌 일상적, 상시적 혁신을 추진하여 혁신의 시스템화를 정착시키고자 한다. 그리고 진정한 혁신을 위해 교육 분야 혁신, 산학연구 혁신, 행정 혁신에 더욱 박차를 가할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing individual job satisfaction and organizational commitment for maximizing organizational performance. And it aims not only for analyzing direct effects of organizational human resource management system on organizational achievement, but also for ones of high commitment system with empowerment, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention and so on. Also, instead of measuring the achievement of organizational and individual level respectively, this study shows the integrated model of correlation between organizational human resource management and individual achievement.

A Study on Determinants of University TLO's Performance: Effects of the Patent Manager Dispatch Program (대학 TLO의 성과 결정요인에 관한 연구: 특허경영전문가 파견사업의 효과를 중심으로)

  • Even though papers and patents generated by public research institutions including universities are continuously increasing in Korea, commercialization of research outputs is significantly lower than developed countries. Therefore, it is very important to improve the effectiveness of technology licensing offices(TLOs) of universities. In this study, we study effects of the patent manager dispatch program(PMDP) of the Korean Patent Office(KPO) on the performance of TLOs. KPO has dispatched patent experts to selected TLOs under the PMSD since 2006. Based on data of 126 TLOs, we analysed whether the PMSD has improved the performances of beneficiary TLOs. We tested two related hypotheses: (1)Whether or not a TLO received the dispatch service had effects on its performance? (2)Were early beneficiaries more effective than late beneficiaries or non-beneficiaries because of cumulative learning effects? The main findings are as follows. The past experience in itself did not improve performances of beneficiary TLOs. However, early beneficiaries were better than late beneficiaries or non-beneficiaries, that is, some learning effects might help the beneficiary TLOs improve their performances.

The Impact of Intra-Team and Inter-Team Social Ties on Team Innovativeness and Performance: On the Basis of IT Support (팀 혁신성과 성과에 대한 팀 내, 팀 간 사회적 연결의 영향: IT 지원에 기반하여)

  • Social ties play an important role in today's competitive world. The primary objective of this study is to explore the impact of intra- and inter-social ties on team innovativeness and performance. Through an empirical model of 97 teams in six companies, this study attempts to (i) examine how intra- and inter-social ties affect team innovativeness and team performance; and (ii) investigate how the support for information technology facilitates social ties. Our team-based analysis reveals that strong intra-bonds among members improve team innovativeness and enhance team performance. Inter-linkages among teams also lead to team performance through innovativeness, but they are not directly associated with performance. IT support also considerably enhances social ties.

  • We researched about the relationship among the Purpose of Assessment Certificate System, the preparation result, certificate, and, the performance of the assessment certificate on the purpose of the empirical analysis. For the testing of a research model, we tested 170 samples that our colleges tested by The Assessment Certificate System. As a result of the analysis; there are positive and causal effect relationships among the three variables. This study result will expansion and help to maintain performance growth in the college. In the future, the research about the improvement of management performance are needed.

Affective Outcome According to KCUE-Q1(Korean College and University Education Questionnaire) in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 KCUE-Q1(Korean College & University Education Questionnaire)에 따른 비인지적 학습성과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the affective outcome according to KCUE-Q1 in nursing students. The survey was performed with 424 nursing students of 3-year or 4-year that scheduled to graduate from college. Collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The level of affective outcome was 2.69. The affective outcome was significantly different according to gender, grade, nursing education accreditation and club activity. Learning passion showed a positive correlation with learning experience and educational outcome. Learning experience showed a positive correlation with leaning passion and educational outcome. The findings of this study indicates a need to develop outcome-based nursing curriculum for nursing students. It is also necessary to evaluate affective outcome in undergraduate nursing students.
