본 논문은 디지털 플랫폼과 헬스케어 서비스를 통합한 병원 애플리케이션(병원 앱)의 개발 및 활용에 초점을 맞춘다. 목표는 환자와 의료 제공자 간의 의사 소통과 효율성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 주요 기능과 이점을 탐색하고, React Native를 사용하여 기술적 측면과 디자인 원칙을 제공하고, 적절한 사용 및 보안을 위한 지침을 검토한다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 잠재력과 장점을 평가하고 의료 서비스 효율성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 실용적인 지침을 제공하고 있다. 병원 앱의 통합으로 환자 치료, 커뮤니케이션을 개선하고 의료 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있다. React Native와 같은 기술을 활용하여 약속 일정, 예약 확인, 의료 정보 액세스, 의료 전문가 디렉토리와 같은 기능을 구현하여 포괄적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 지침과 규정을 준수하는 것은 의료 데이터의 적절한 사용과 보호를 보장하는 데 필수적이다. 향후 연구에서는 인공 지능 및 원격 의료와 같은 신기술을 병원 앱에 통합하고 장기적인 영향을 평가할 수 있다. 이 분야의 지속적인 개발과 혁신은 디지털 시대에 의료 서비스를 변화시킬 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

This study is to conceptualize nurses' satisfaction, patient satisfaction about nurses and hospital, and patients' revisit and recommendation intention as linear structural equation model, and then, identify the significance of the path coefficient and goodness of the research model. Data were collected from 2,079 nurses and 6,776 patients in 5 university hospitals. The results were as follows: The research model was generally found to be good in terms of goodness of fit. The significance of the path coefficients are as follows. 1)A nurse's satisfaction has great influence on a patient's satisfaction about nurses, 2)A patient's satisfaction about nurses has influence on patient's satisfaction about the hospital, 3)A patient's satisfaction about the hospital has great influence on patient's revisit intention, 4)A patient's satisfaction about the hospital has great influence on patient's recommendation intention. These results will provide basic data for the hospital managers practicing customer satisfaction strategies in their health care marketing.

건국대학교에서는 의과대학부속병원 현상설계경기를 실시, 원도시건축(윤승중+변용+정현화)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 10월 10일 발표했다. 일반진료기능은 물론 대학병원으로서 교육기능, 수련병원으로서 의료인력 수련기능 등 21세기형 첨단병원으로서 기능을 갖추고자 실시된 이번 설계경기는 지명설계경기로 치뤄져 서울건축, 원도시건축, 우일건축, 정일엔지니어링, 부림건축, TSK수림건축, 희림건축 등 7개 사무소에서 참여했다. 우수작으로는 정일엔지니어링(송기덕) 건축안이 선정됐다.

최근 한 대학병원 의사의 한국사랑 이야기를 담은 책이 화제다. <내 고향은 전라도, 내 영혼은 한국인>이란 제목의 이 책은 세브란스병원 국제진료센터 인요한 소장이 쓴 에세이집이다. 푸른 눈에 큰 키, 서구적인 외양을 갖고 있는 그가 자신의 영혼은 '한국인' 이라고, 한걸음 더 나아가 '순천촌놈'이라고 이야기하고 있다. 그 주인공을 만나기 위해 그의 일터, 세브란스병원 국제진료센터를 찾았다.

We report the rehabilitation of Class II malocclusion with multiple teeth fracture due to trauma. A multidisciplinary team approach was necessary to treat patient's problems such as bone fracture, malocclusion, and multiple teeth fracture. Emergency conservative treatment, orthodontic treatment and prosthetic restoration successfully restored the occlusion. However, special considerations were needed along the orthodontic treatment process due to the unexpected complications such as ankylosis, root resorption and detection of additional teeth fractures.

외부 데이터가 진료병원 Server에 저장됨에 있어서 판독을 의뢰하지 않을 경우, 대부분의 병원이 무상으로 이루어 지고 있는 상황이며 이에 외부 데이터 단순 import의 효율적인 관리를 위한 수가 적용 여부를 검토하였다. 2007년 3월부터 4월까지 서울 경기 지역의 PACS가 도입 된지 1년 이상, 병상 수 500Bed 이상의 종합 대학병원 25곳에 근무하는 각 병원의 PACS 운영실 및 PACS 관리자를 대상으로 하였다. 외부 데이터에 관한 10가지 항목의 설문지를 작성하여 각 병원의 PASC 담당자 및 관리자를 대상으로 E-mail을 이용한 자기 기입 방식, 전화를 통한 질의응답 방식으로 조사하였다. 조사된 25개의 종합 대학병원의 96%이상이 외부 데이터 단순 import를 지원하고 있었으며, 그 중 92%의 병원은 무상으로 이루어지고 있었다. 이와 같이 진행 되는 부분에 대하여 각 병원의 PACS 담당자 70% 이상이 단순 import에 대한 수가 적용의 필요성을 느끼고 있으며, 현재 많은 병원에서 단순 import의 무상 지원으로 인한 문제점을 인식하고 있었다. K병원을 기준으로 단순 import에 년간 H/W 소요 비용은 336만원이고, 년간 인건비 소요비용은 421만원이다. 또한 단순 import 한 건당 평균 데이터 size는 48MB 정도로 조사되었다. 환자 입장에서 진료에 참고자료로 사용 될 외부 데이터의 정확한 저장과 정당한 PACS 사용을 위해서는 그에 상응하는 수가가 적용 되어야 할 것이다. 보험심사평가원 급여기준에 따라 수가적용이 인정되어 의료영상 디지털화로 인한 초기의 고액 투자비용 보장과 회수를 위해 단순 Import의 수가 적용이 반드시 필요하다고 사료 된다.

In this study, we evaluated web usability for hospital web sites in Korea and analyzed the evaluation results of web usability. Estimators investigated twelve hospital web sites and answered a questionnaire. They also performed predefined tasks which were frequently used services in hospital web sites. We had an interview with the estimator for finding what happened in process of evaluating usability. The evaluation results showed that university hospital provided comparatively better web usability for users. But ambiguous and complicated user interface caused confusion among users. The simplifications of service processes and interfaces were necessary to improve web usability. Some hospitals did not offer primary web services and their services related to the tasks were not systematic.

This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing the severity of pressure injuries of patients with pressure injuries admitted to acute university hospital. This study was a secondary analysis on the data of the study conducted to identify the factors influencing the deterioration of pressure injuries during hospitalization. The data were collected by retrospectively examining the medical records of patients with pressure injuries who were 18 years of age or older and who were admitted to acute university hospital from May 2017 to November 2018. We used data from 472 patients with pressure injuries at admission for this secondary analysis. In order to identify the factor influencing of severe pressure injuries compare to superficial pressure injuries, we analyzed the data using logistic regression analysis. As a result of the study, gender, body temperature, and patient's movement were identified as factors affecting severe pressure injuries. Therefore, special care is necessary to increased the number of position change for inpatients with pressure injuries, especially for patients with decreased mobility.
