This study was done to identify the relationship between emotional labor, self-esteem, and major satisfaction of clinical practice among nursing students. Participants were 199 nursing students who had clinical practice that located in B- city and K- do during the period from August 3rd to 17th, 2015. The average mean scores for self esteem, emotional labor, and major satisfaction were 3.53, 3.26 and 3.46 (5 scale). Pearson's correlation revealed self esteem had a significant positive effect on major satisfaction, while emotional labor had a negative effect on major satisfaction. Factors having a significant influence on major satisfaction included self esteem, satisfaction of college life, and level of academic scores. These factors explained 34.0% of variance in major satisfaction. Thus, the satisfaction of college life, self esteem, and academic score were required to manage for major satisfaction of nursing students.

This study was conducted to find out the characteristics of H University's students admitted through affirmative action program. The differences between the affirmative action program enrollment students and all students were compared by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis methods. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted for students who entered the affirmative action program. A qualitative research method was used to analyze the contents of in-depth interviews. The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the entrance score, the higher the university score for students in the affirmative action program. Second, the college satisfaction of students entering the affirmative action program is higher than that of students enrolled. Third, according to the results of the in-depth interview, the affirmative action program students were both active and not. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a system in which students can actively prepare for their careers in universities. Accordingly, the expansion of the affirmative action program is likely to contribute to the development of universities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations of learning attitude, class participation, and learning satisfaction, and to identify the influencing factors on learning satisfaction of nursing students in fundamental nursing curriculum. Data were collected from 173 nursing students from September 1 to 8, 2017. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Learning attitude, class participation, and learning satisfaction according to the general characteristics commonly showed significant differences in satisfaction with major, satisfaction with school, friendship, last semester grade, and interest in fundamental nursing. Learning satisfaction showed significant positive correlations with learning attitude and class participation. Satisfaction with major, interest in fundamental nursing, and class participation, which accounted for 36% of the variance, were significant predictors influencing learning satisfaction in nursing students. It is necessary to increase majors' satisfaction, fundamental nursing interest, and class participation in order to improve learning satisfaction of nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to examine that major satisfaction and college adjustment effect the professional self-concept in nursing students. The data were collected from 154 nursing students at U city and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. As a result of this study, major satisfaction and college adjustment of nursing students showed a positive relation with professional self-concept, and major satisfaction and college adjustment were the factors that affected the professional self-concept in nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary to make and apply the programs to enhance the professional self-concept for the nursing students. and supports are required to increase major satisfaction and college adjustment.

The authors of this study conducted research on universities located in China, and the primary purpose of the study was to test whether the quality factors of university education service have a positive (+) effect on student satisfaction. The secondary purpose of the study was to identify and analyze whether university instruction and curriculum variables had a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between quality factors and student satisfaction. First, Research Hypothesis 1, which suggested that university education service quality factors would have a positive effect on student satisfaction, was adopted. As the second analytical process of the study, controlled regression analysis was used to verify whether instruction and the curriculum had a regulatory effect on the relationship between the university education service quality factors and student satisfaction. When the two variables were analyzed as control variables, the results showed that curriculum had a significant positive regulatory effect, and instruction was shown to not be suitable for generating win-win cooperation or synergistic effects. The contributions of the theoretical perspective of this study were the analysis of the relationship between university education service quality factors in Chinese universities and student satisfaction, and systematically linking instructions and the curriculum and analyzing the impact on student satisfaction. The study implies that it would be more effective to analyze additional factors in the operation of universities through in-depth analysis on instruction from a practical standpoint.

In this study, we examined the satisfaction level of J university's compulsory liberal arts subject with quantitative research. The results quantitative research are as follows. First, men are more interested in creative thinking, college life guidance and career path design than girls. Second, the level of satisfaction with the required liberal arts subject by grade was found to be without a statistical significant difference. Third, the satisfaction level of each line of learning was shown in the order of natural engineering, health and welfare, physical fitness, and humanities. The satisfaction level of the lines of learning was found to vary. Fourth, The satisfaction level of each campus was found to vary. The results of this study could be used as basic data to improve the college liberal arts curriculum, especially the compulsory liberal arts curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of the service qualify, the satisfaction of the users, and the loyalty of the users on the academic libraries. The study develops a model and a hypothesis based on the previous researches, and testifies through multiple regressions and path analysis using questionnaires from 266 academic library users(undergraduate students and graduate students) in the C University. The result of this study is summarized as the following: the service qualifies of e-service, contents, and librarians significantly influences the satisfaction of the users-undergraduate students on the qualifies of library space/environment and contents, and graduate students on the qualities of e-service and librarian. The satisfaction of the users and the quality of e-service are the variables that influence the loyalty of the users. The quality of e-service is an important variable that influence both the satisfaction and the loyalty of the users in academic libraries.

The study aimed to understand how general characteristics, health consciousness and health behavior of college students are related to physical symptoms, psychological symptoms, self-esteem, social support and the students' satisfaction with college life while it examined how self-esteem and social support are affected by the physical symptoms and psychological symptoms as depression and anxiety and the college life satisfaction. According to the results from path analysis, age, with the social support as a medium, appeared to have had a positive influence on the students' satisfaction with college life while physical symptoms, depression and anxiety had been found, with self-esteem and social support as a media, to affect the students' campus life satisfaction, with physical symptoms positively while depression and anxiety negatively. In conclusion, the study verified mediated effects, sizes and paths of both self-esteem and social support when they are related to physical symptoms, psychological symptoms and college students' satisfaction with their campus life.

In this study, explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Real-Time Entrepreneurship Education is being Promoted through Professional Entrepreneur in the field of Entrepreneurship Education. It is necessary to study the ways of establishment of university Entrepreneurship through Ground Theory. on the basis of previous studies, three factors were university entrepreneurial education service quality : materiality, consensual, differentiation. First, in this study is university entrepreneurial education service quality(materiality, consensual, differentiation) of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization was evaluated on the survey results. Second, in this on the influence of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education of entrepreneurial intention. Third, regarding how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects the entrepreneurial intention, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization. First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention. For this study, question and result of the study were obtained for the students who start-up course of K engineering university.
