This study empirically examined the effect of ownership on cross-border acquisition performance. This study analyzed 284 international acquisitions undertaken by Korean public companies between 1986 and 2008. This study showed that the ownership had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. Furthermore, this study found that the interaction between the ownership and cultural distance had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study also showed support that the interaction between the ownership and acquisition relatedness had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study improved the understanding of roles of the ownership and complemented previous research on the relationship among cultural distance, acquisition relatedness, and cross-border acquisition performance.

과거의 대학교육이 교수 중심의 공급자 중심이었다고 한다면 미래의 교육은 수요자 중심의 교육, 즉 학생 중심의 교육이 되어야 한다는 논의가 무성하다. 또한 교육과정을 이수하고 졸업한 학생을 채용하는 기업이 바라는 교육의 내용이 무엇인지를 아는 것은 매우 중요하며 공학인증제도의 도입노력과 연관된다. 즉 회사가 채용한 대학 졸업생의 실력을 통하여 대학의 교육성과를 최종수요자인 회사가 평가하여 그 결과를 대학의 교육과정에 피드백하는 것이 공-학인증제도의 취지이다. 그러므로 회사가 원하는 졸업생의 능력을 갖추도록 대학교육의 커리큘럼을 구성하는 것이 바람직하고 그렇지 못한 대학은 채용에 있어서 불이익을 받을 것이다. Recently SMEs(small and medium enterprises) in Korea have experienced severe labor shortages. In particular, college graduates avoiding SMEs are widely spotted. According to previous studies, the main causes of the evasion by college graduates are the inferior working environment and low wages. Some studies also state that SME workers experience discrimination. However, most studies have focused only on unemployment issues of the young graduates. In this research, the results of follow-up surveys on the employment status and job conditions of recent college graduates was linked as a panel data, and the performance of the graduates was analyzed. Based on the analysis, we found college graduates who are employed SMEs are likely to have their initial career fixed to the SMEs. Second, the job separation records of the young SME workers does not show positive labor market performances such as upward movements or wage increases, and the process itself turned out to be entailed frequent separation. Third, the inferior wage level at SMEs and the fact that this effect is cumulatively amplified has been a key factor for evading SMEs. Thus, it is difficult to say that the early-stage careers in SMEs are constructive in future career development. On the contrary, the early careers at SMEs result in lower labor market outcomes, and frequent job separation.

아주대학교가 전력수요관리를 위해 설치한 Demand Controller는 전기 사용량을 상시 감시하면서 목표전력을 초과할 것이 예상될 경우 에어컨 실외기를 자동제어 해준다. 지난해 ESCO사업으로 공사를 실시, 절감효과가 뛰어나 2차 추가공사를 진행하고 있다.

정부출연연구소는 대학과 차별화된 연구, 기업이 할 수 없는 연구나 기업에서 하지 않는 연구로 방향을 돌려야 한다. 즉 원천기술 연구, 대형 복합기술 연구, 그리고 국가의 과학기술을 증폭시키는 연구에 매진해야한다.

현재 물질특허도입 등의 많은 어려움속에서도 이 난관을 헤치고 나아가 생물공학연구개발을 국내에 정착시키고, 2000년대 생물공업분야 세셰시장 10% 점유를 목표로 일로 매진하여야 하는 의무는 정부의 지원체제속에 산.학.연 모두에게 지워진 사명이다. 그러므로 생물공학의 조기 정착화를 위해 대학은 우수인재를 양성배출하고, 지속적인 동관련 기본연구수행과 더불어 기업과의 많은 교류와 서로의 기화를 교환하여 연구과제를 수행해 나감과 공시에 기업은 이를 응용 발전시켜 시대적인 요구에 부응할 수 있도록 심히 노력을 기울여야 한다고 생각한다.

강원대학교는 지난해 국내 대학 가운데 최초로 무선방식의 에어컨 원격제어장치 설치를 위한 ESCO사업을 실시했다. 이 사업을 계기로 여름철 피크전력을 줄일 수 있는 부하설비인 팩키지 에어컨들을 최대수요전력제어기(Demand Controller)를 이용해 원격제어함으로써 전년대비 약500kW 이상의 여름철 최대수요 억제효과를 가져왔다. 특히, 무선방식은 선로공사나 누전시 오작동을 일으킬 수 있는 유선방식에 비해 안정된 운전$\cdot$제어가 가능하다.

본 연구는 대학의 전자상거래학과 교육과정 개발을 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 전자상거래 인력에 대한 교육수요조사를 실시한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 전국을 대상으로 전자상거래 관련 업무를 수행하고 있는 기업의 인력에 대하여 설문 조사를 수행하였는데 일반 산업은 전통적인 오프라인 기업에서 전자상거래를 도입한 경우를 중점 조사하여 비즈니스와 정보기술 지식이 결합된 체계적 교육과정을 개발하여 대학에서의 효율적인 인력 양성 체제를 구축하고자 한다.
