This study aims to design a humanities model for preliminary universities using an online platform to develop and expand humanities thinking of preliminary university students. P University Expert Focus Group Interview and student surveys are conducted, and based on the analysis results, a preliminary university model suitable for the humanities field is proposed. Expert FGI suggested the necessity of human resources education to build an online platform-based preliminary university model and improve humanities capabilities. As a result of the student survey, it was found that a majority of the respondents had high interest in humanities and recognized the need for a humanities preliminary university. This study proposes a humanities-based preliminary university model that enables interactive communication in virtual space using the cross-platform Photo Server. The implication of this study is that it contributes to strengthening the humanities capabilities of preliminary university students by presenting an online platform preliminary university model that can respond to changes in the external environment. Since this study has a limitation in that it does not present examples of preliminary universities, it is necessary to verify the educational effect of platform-based ppreliminary university management in the future.

사립대학들은 모처럼 맞이한 정체성 확립의 호기를 자체 발전의 자원으로 전환시킬 수 있어야 한다. 즉, 새로운 대학 경영의 기반을 스스로 구축하는 경영혁신이 필요하다. 대학도 개인이나 기업, 다른 사회조직과 마찬가지로 환경 변화에 적응하는 데 실패하면, 존립 기반과 정체성 상실의 위기를 맞게 된다.

This study empirically analyzes how factors inside university influence the creation of technology-based spin-offs, employing unique data sets. We posit a two-year time lag between the explanatory variables and the dependent one using total 270 university data sets for 5 years in Korea. The results show that universities with experienced technology licensing offices (TLO), those with R&D personnel size, those in possession of incubation policies or business incubators have an edge in creating technology-based spin-offs. The findings provide policy implications. By making more informed decisions on fostering technology-based spin-offs at universities, policymakers can promote the creation of new industries and lead them to create jobs in line with the national economic growth policy.

최근 대학을 둘러싼 외부 환경은 학령인구 감소로 인한 대학 입학자원 감소, 4차 산업혁명 도래에 따른 청년 일자리 감소 등의 급진적인 변화가 나타나고 있으며 이에 따라 내부 역량 강화 및 고도화, 대외 경쟁력 강화 및 사회적 역할 변화 등 체계적인 대응이 요구되고 있는 상황이다. 향후 학령인구 감소가 본격화될 것으로 예상되는 가운데 국내 대다수의 대학 특히 지방 대학의 경우 학령 인구 감소로 인해 나타날 다양한 변화에 대한 대책 마련이 절실히 요구되는 있다. 지방대학의 위상 약화로 지방대 졸업생의 취업의 질이 낮아지고, 우수 학생의 지방대학 기피로 이어지는 구조적 문제 발생하고 있으며, 이러한 지역 대학의 위기는 특정한 지역의 일부 대학만의 문제가 아닌 현재 우리 사회 전체가 직면하고 있는 구조적이고 복합적 원인에 기인하여 악순환의 고리를 형성하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역 혁신을 위한 대학 역할 및 활성화 방안 도출 및 지역 혁신에 기여하는 대학의 국내외 우수사례 분석 지역을 중심으로 한 창업 생태계 현황 및 구성 체계, 창업선도대학, 캠퍼스 타운사업 등 대학을 중심으로 한 지역기반 창업 생태계 선도 모델 분석을 통해 지역사회와 상생하는 대학 중심 지역 창업생태계 구축을 위한 창업기반 지역 혁신형 대학 모델 발굴 및 제언하고자 한다.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사서가 지각하는 근거기반실무 지식의 정도와 영향요인을 식별하고자 하는 연구이다. 근거기반실무 지식에 유의한 차이가 나타난 변인은 연령, 교육 정도, 고용 유형, 직위, 학술지 읽기, 학술대회 참여이었다. 근거기반실무 지식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육 정도, 학술지 읽기로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 근거기반실무 지식은 대학도서관과 사서직의 지속적 발전과 혁신의 촉진 요인이기 때문에 근거기반실무 역량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 연구 관련 활동을 지원하는 조직단위, 도서관계, 학계 차원의 지원과 정책이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 강우앙상블 멤버를 입력자료로 한 강우기반 유출앙상블 멤버와 관측 강우자료를 입력자료로 한 모형기반 유출앙상블 멤버를 생성하고 각 유출앙상블 멤버의 정확도를 비교·평가하였다. 본 연구에서는 강우앙상블 멤버 생성을 위해 서울 지역을 대상으로 강우장 이동 모의에 필요한 모의 격자망을 구축하였다. 다음으로 최근 10년 동안 발생한 37개 호우사상의 관측자료를 토대로 격자별 특성방향을 결정하고 특성방향의 통계치로부터 유도된 베타분포를 기반으로 강우앙상블 멤버를 생성하였다. 유출앙상블 멤버는 대한민국 서울에 위치한 구로1 빗물펌프장 배수유역을 대상으로 shot noise process 기반 강우-유출모형을 이용하여 생성하였다. 강우-유출모형 매개변수의 난수 생성을 위해서 감마분포를 이용하였다. 2017년과 2018년 발생한 호우사상을 대상으로 강우기반 및 모형기반 유출앙상블을 생성한 결과, 강우의 방향성을 조정하여 생성한 강우기반 유출앙상블의 정확도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to seek the innovation challenges of "University Department of Special Education" with convergence on lifelong education of the disabled which is constantly stressed due to the educational needs of the disabled. For this purpose, the study first examined the compatibility between special education and lifelong education of the disabled based on the universal basis and then suggested faculty competence development for the foundation of organization and an integrated cooperation system of "University Department of Special Education" with support of National Institute for Lifelong Education of Disabled, lifelong education centers, related local organizations, and local colleges. In regards to the curriculum, the study also suggested lifelong education curriculum of disabled within the university lifelong education centers and a foundation for gradual restructuring of the curriculum of the "Department of Special Education". A program for 'lifelong education instructors for disabled (temporary name)' was introduced based on interdisciplinary course with "University Department of Special Education" for qualification of instructions.

The purpose of this study was to identify the levels and factors influencing perceived knowledge of evidence-based practice(K-EBP) among university librarians. The results were as follows. Variables with significant differences in K-EBP were age, education level, employed type, position, frequency of reading journal articles, and attendance of conference. Multiple regression analysis showed that the predicting factors influencing K-EBP were education level and frequency of reading journal articles. Also, It turned out to be weak in critically appraising and applying research evidence in practice, and in understanding research literature and conducting research among items of K-EBP. For developing university librarians' K-EBP, they need to improve overall research literacy. Library organization and library sectors need to support research activities of librarians. Finally, many different education programs are needed to develop librarians' research skill and to utilize for enlargement of evidence-based practice.
